Speaking of which, Spiral of Death:

You had no red mage so I figured why not. Also, I didn't see anything about Overdrives, limit breaks, ect. Then again I didn't look past the first post. Let me know anything I missed.

The classes in the first post are the ones that we have to select from.

Warrior, Thief, and White Mage are taken which leaves Samurai, Black Mage, Soulscribe, and Ranger.

At some point other classes are bound to be added.

Also, I'm spearchick. I'm not necessarily against the idea of a bladed staff, but since that would almost always end up being a spear, I can't see it as a mage weapon.

Technically, the way FFX & the RP work, any mage is automatically a Red Mage. Abilities are learned permanently with spheres, only they're bought or found instead of being on a grid.

I am not planning to add any other classes.

It's a class that gains every single ability of a monster they kill. They have a long range weapon that ignores defense & does not consume MP or ammunition. It is also based on the Gun Mage class. What the fuck more do you want from me?

I essentially added in Dark Knight & Geomancer, or their abilities, anyway.

Edit: Oh yeah, I forgot to address the thing about Overdrives. I added, at some point, the stipulation that you could submit an Overdrive & a pattern for approval. The pattern is what gets you new Overdrives, & it has to be something I can sort of regulate. For instance, mine is every time a Sinspawn is beaten & Tae's is every machina boss. Overdrives are used when the member's post total is a multiple of 10.

Goddamnshit, I've been attempting to go by 5 or 7 as was the usual way.

Also Gun Mage wasn't a very good class. I only ever bothered trying to master it because it was Paine who I had as a Gun Mage.

Gun Mage was awesome. And are you retarded? Don't answer that. It was 5 & 7 because that was an FF7 RP. The 5 was because it's hard as Hell to tell when something's a multiple of 7.

As for how the stave/ blade would work, well, something like this. I couldn't find actual gameplay that didn't suck, but in game it works less like a blade and more like a stave, the blade only coming in play when enemies get close. For a good example look at the fire spell the guy does in the trailer.

If I must choose can I just call her a bad ass black mage and be done with it, or are you planning on being difficult?

As for the overdrive... damn, it is hard to set a pattern that isn't dirty... I said she was on a pilgrimage, would it be alright if she got one for each new important area visited?

That'd be two Overdrives as there are no important locations left to visit.

In any case, Harley wouldn't know, but we still have a few locations to visit. More if we don't say "Fuck Yojimbo & them."

Bikanel Desert: Ark related shit. Not important.
Calm Lands: Grass everywhere. Not important.
Cavern of the Stolen Fayth: Some obscure cave. Might be important.
That temple shrine or whatever: Might be cool.
Mt. Gagazet: Some mountain. Not important.

You are assuming, quite incorrectly, that these locations will have the same significance that they did in FFX.
