Team p0wersurge

Because, for some reason, people who are aware of the recent Bleach Forums hack expect that I have some kind of answer, & appear to be equally incapable of using Google, here's what I've found:

Team p0wersurge is a group or individual who makes torrents for online/app games. p0wersurge.com is a discussion forum that may-or-may-not be linked to them. Although listed as a member, addiction king is co-admin.

They do not credit themselves with defacing Bleach Forums (at least not yet), but they have a topic archiving the websites they've defaced & how.

So, there you go. That's the story of who fucked up BF.

These guys did what you pansies could not.

And that was something.

Script spent ages going on about he was going to bring BF down single handed but never did it, so my first instinct was to go to Script and of course, Neo (since you both seem to have BF furthest up your arses).

This seems like a random attack, though.

While it is a pity, unfortunately bleachforums isn't that active that you'd be majorly pissed off about it. Still meh

And actually yesterday there was someone suspicious on the forum, possible he got banned real quick or something and decided to act on it.

I wouldn't bet on it.

BF wants everyone to think that trolls don't phase it, but they're completely clueless. MayuriUrahara believes you can run out of IP Addresses (impossible) & do you know how I kept getting around my IP Ban? I didn't. They never IP banned me. Because they can't. They've IP Banned everyone else, but my Wi-Fi stumps them.

Wait and see. If Adam doesn't just say, "Fuck it," then whenever they finally get back, they'll keep acting like they're invincible & what happened wasn't a major breach of their security. They may even openly antagonize Team P0wersurge. They never learn.

I have no idea what you all are talking about so I'm going to j-j-jam myself into this conversation like the ignorant fuck I am.

Bleach Forums sounds like some sort of stupid club run by elitist dumbasses who feel like they're the top authorities/biggest fans on/of a children's manga.

It also sounds to me that you guys want back in so you can keep track of their stupidity and troll them hilariously.

I'm assuming that you all are mirthfully giggling over their demise at the hands of some talented troublemakers.

Hehe, nah I like to discuss Bleach there but it can be an annoying place too. Still it can be kind of a ghost town in there, and whenever someone decides to post it's usually to nitpick or to whine.

I expect it'll be back sooner or later, not like it was jampacked with activity anyways

I can't speak for the staff's goals. The admin is largely inactive, due to IRL issues, & it's clear that the staff members are pushing their own agendas in his absence. But I don't have the foggiest idea what they might be.

But I think I can speak pretty well for my own group of miscreants. And I think our motive is largely just "payback." I could easily slip back in & continue posting unnoticed, until I gave myself away, then I could get a new account. I've proven that several times. But there's just not a whole lot to gain from it.

There's also not a whole lot "payback". Or any.

I don't see you doing any better. It doesn't have to be Bleach Forums, either. WeMade, AQF, RR, TLS, Oreo, or just something random. Pick a forum & show us how to do it.

Edit: I just want to say that the site has been drastically improved. They even gave it a nifty 8-Bit Era Music Theme.

I think BF should just merge with some other forum, because on its own it's not much member- and staff-wise. I'm also guessing this was more directed at the staff of BF, seeing as hacking BF doesn't really do much against the community except piss the staff off. There are tons of Bleach forums out there and like I said, BF is just too small to care that much about.

I don't know much about the behaviour of the staff but the mods there do seem to focus more on rules than freedom. I mean who even gives a damn about double-posting or going offtopic when barely anyone posts.

Script might've heard of them. I don't know why I think that.

The way I see it, they are just another bunch of hackers bringing down another site temporarily. They could have many different motives.

There was this new guy called Nuclei last time I was on (a while before the hack) and the guy seemed to be heading towards the conflicting side of things, got a hunch he's involved but probably not.

It seems like the only ones who have neglected to post in this thread have been Script and Entranced, but I doubt they know more than this.

It could be possible that SSSD did this. I'm not sure if you guys were around when he was, but he was probably BF's biggest troll. I've got no idea why he was banned, though, or how long ago, but he made a lot of sockpuppets.
