<Gabe gets fancy, & Tirea takes out her aggressions on each of them, but the Rabaroos press on. Ula blocks Tirea's attack & Umi goes back a zone, but Adi has time to react with a fireburst. Euryale flings a disc off of the ring. Adi ducks, but Euryale has just enough time to handspring away from the edge. She moves pretty fast for a woman her size.>

"Hey!"

*While Euryale is being offended, a blast of fire plows into her & knocks her back a Zone.*

<Euryale is sent back to Zone 2. I can't help but feel like that was partly my fault, & for that, I apologize. For those of you listening at home, I meant that the Dragons' substitute is tall & muscular. It was not a jab at her waist line, which I'm sure is quite healthy.>

Mortal said, "Hey!" at the same time as Euryale.

Gabe doesn't relent, and shoots a two fisted blast at Umi.

Astarte cracked a little smile at that.

Sidon hesitated for a moment, then returned the bow. This seemed to amuse him a little, "The pleasure is mine. I'll be in touch."

Dalia, still listening to the match at home, allowed herself a smile at the misunderstanding.

*Tirea sends a few blasts at Adi*

*Monu smiles then exits the cafe, heading for home*

*Euryale flashes a thumbs up at the commentator box & then quickly flings a few discs at Ula, who blocks with her own. Of course, as the discs break, a cloud of dust begins to rapidly accumulate.*

<An Earthbender brawl has broken out, but there's so much dust, I can't see who's winning. The other Rabaroos try to keep up, but they've got nothing left in the tank. Umi flies back to Zone 2, & Adi just barely slips over the line. Adi stands in front of Umi & releases a fist of fire at the other 2 Dragons.>

*Tirea dodges to the side, then sends an arc back at Adi*

*Upon arriving home, Monu immediately falls asleep*

- Weapons. Other useful things. For taking over the Triads. Order from the Leader.
Was her jerky response. Maybe it would get better if she could get him to tell her about all the stuff he had on the table.

Gabe blocks the blast of fire with a quick blast of her own, then shoots another quick blast at Adi's legs.

<Adi joins Umi in Zone 2. A disc bounces off of the ring, hitting Ula with the side. She joins her teammates & the Dancing Dragons are given the green light to advance into Rabaroo Territory. Once there, Umi leaps, sending a pair of sickle-shaped kicks at Gabe. Adi lets out a quick flurry of fire blasts at Euryale, sneaking a kick at Gabe. Ula tries to hurl a disc, but Euryale is faster, & she goes back another Zone.>

*Aamon turns to her & smiles a crooked smile, gesturing over the table.*

<The powders make poison gasses. I have a variant that stuns & shuts down Chi Lines, & another that dissolves skin & lung tissue. I'm also working on modifying the "gun" I've invented. They can now hold up to 6 arrow bolts & can fire 1 or more, depending on how many times the trigger is pressed.>

Gabe blasts the two kicks away with quick volleys of fire, and braces herself against the kick before sending a quick burst at Umi.

Mortal smiled, "Man, we're doing really good! I thought you said the Rabiroos were supposed to be the bee's knees or something."

Astarte continued to watch, finding the game much more interesting than the last.

<Umi's acrobatics cost her, & she's in the drink. Seconds on the clock to get a knockout...Ula is dancing on the edge from Euryale's strikes, she just can't get a chance to strike back. But Adi comes to her teammate's rescue, sliding in front of her & letting off a vicious arc of flame that knocks Euryale back a Zone...and a quartet of fireballs that send her to another...she rolls...Ula runs to the other side of the ring, hurling discs at Gabe as she goes.>

*Tirea sends a few shots at Adi, then an arc at Umi*

Since his answer was intriguing she didn't dwell on the crooked smile he had given her; Instead she attentively listened to what he said.
- The gases sounds very useful, but how does the user protect oneself from contracting the effects of the gas?

*As I've been more than patient with this months-long night, Gabe is hit by a bunch of discs & goes back to Zone 3. Adi dodges, but Umi is sent over the edge. Adi attempts one last desperate move, firing 3 quick shots at Tirea, then an arc-shaped kick at both Euryale & Gabe.*

*Tirea runs out of the way, then jumps into the air, and sends three arcs at Adi*

<Adi gets too close to a knockout for comfort, so Tirea sends her to cool off in the drink. Better luck next season, girls. And congratulations to the Dragons, for securing their place in the quarterfinal match next month.>

<WE DID IT!>

*Tirea runs over to Euryale and Gabe, dragging them into a group hug. She's nearly crying with happiness*

Astarte smiled brightly.

Mortal cheered, standing up and throwing her arms above her head.

- I see. . . but what if it's used outside and a gust of wind changes the direction in which the smoke was headed, so it moved towards the user instead? Is it possible to direct a gas and regardless of outside factors, for example the wind, the gas will move in the original direction, without interruptions?
