"Uh, um.." Noct didn't know what to say.

Gabe just laughed for a second.

"...I'm starting to believe something is up with your cake," Mortal said.

"I don't get it...we could all try some! How about next Friday?"

*She texts Astarte, asking if she should give Nero Astarte's number.*

Gabe laughs even harder, then leans over to whisper something into Mortal's ear, causing her to break out laughing too.

Noct does not look amused. Sab just looks at Aroma, confused.

Astarte quickly reached into her pocket, retrieved her phone and read the message. She sent a short reply and put it away, looking back at Cameron.
I guess.

Taiyo leans over Euryale's shoulder.

Taiyo: "She say anything yet?"

"Yeah."

*She sends the number to Nero.*

"Err, what is it?"

*Astarte gets a text from Nero.*

Hey babe, sup?

Taiyo: "I'm sure that won't end badly at all."

"Baking a cake is something Noct does after--" Mortal was cut off.

"Boy! This ravioli sure is great!" Noct called out, growing red. "What kind of sauce is that?"

"Marinara..." Sab said.

"Well, it tastes great!"

"Uh, thanks."

*Cameron smiles*

<I was thinking of becoming some kind of engineer, what about you?>

"I don't really know," Astarte said. "I mean, I know what kind of path I want to take, but I don't have a specific career in mind. Especially since we got lost, the whole topic has been kind of thrown into disarray for me."
She took out her phone again and read the message. She sent a reply and put her phone away again.
Getting a drink with Cameron. You?

*Aroma looks down at the sauce.*

"I'm glad you like it...I was worried that Mortal would have preferred meat sauce...I want to know the secret."

*Euryale shrugs.*

"It's not my problem, I can't control them."

*There is a delay, but eventually, he sends a reply.*

At the dorm, looking over the creepy spam I've been getting.

*Cameron takes a sip of his drink*

<You could be an author, or a teacher, or doctor.>

*He shrugs*

Taiyo: "I guess."

This time Taiyo pulls Euryale down onto the bed.

Taiyo: "Where did we leave off?"

"I like non-meat things too..." Mortal said, a bit dejected that everyone probably thought she was some meat eating weirdo.

"It isn't a secret, it's just embarrassing," Noct said.

"Wait... So was 'cake' some kind of sex joke this entire time?" Sab asked.

"Basically," Gabe replied.

*Aroma pats Mortal on the arm.*

"I didn't mean to insult you...."

*She then looks up at Gabe.*

"I'm not sure I get it."

*Euryale slips a hand under Taiyo's shirt, rubbing her stomach.*

Taiyo purrs and wiggles, trying not to giggle.

Azuma walks into the dorm room.

Mimiru: "How was the poetry thing?"

Azuma: "Pretty...awful."

"I guess so, but I had better settle on something soon," Astarte said. She ordered another drink and looked at the message.
Okay.

Mortal smiled at Aroma, "It's okay."

"Noct has a habit of baking cakes after having sex for some weird reason," Gabe said, "Not sure why she finds it so embarrassing, I think it is a bit funny."

"So, to get her to make a cake by Friday she'd need to find someone to warm her bed on Thursday," Mortal said with a chuckle.

"Yes, thank you two for sharing," Noct said, shaking her head, "I can't help it. It burns a lot of energy, and who doesn't like cake?"

"O-oh."

*Aroma takes a drink to try to disguise the fact that she is now blushing furiously.*

Sab mirrored Aroma, and Noct felt herself warming with embarrassment. Mortal shrugged, "There is nothing wrong with cake. I wish you'd get laid more if it means I can get more of your leftover sex cake."

Gabe laughed again.

Long into the night.

Mimiru: "Care to explain the arranged furnishings?"

Mimiru indicates that the two seperate beds are now pushed together against one wall.

Azuma: "Got bored this morning while you were at the gym and I had finished breakfast. Figured I could get that old bench out of Kentaro's basement to put against the other wall. Or something. Maybe a nice chair."

Mimiru: "You're an idiot."

Azuma: "And I'm hungry. Cafeteria should be open."

The two head out.

<Well, what kind of classes are you taking?>

"Well, I guess I could be a teacher, with the classes I'm taking," Astarte said. "Or even a journalist. Not that I think I'd be any good at either of those things. What about you?"

*As they begin walking down the long path towards the main building, they notice that most of the light posts have blown out. Since only every 3rd or 4th light still works, there are long sections where the only thing that can be seen is the next working light--or nothing at all, if it's blocked by a building or a hill. They can absent-mindedly note footsteps plodding along ahead & behind them, although the person ahead of them is seen entering a building.*

*Aroma blushes more, & chokes on her drink. She puts it down & smacks her chest to try to stop her coughing.*

*While they're snuggling under the covers, Euryale's phone buzzes repeatedly, until it almost falls off of the bedside table. She catches it & checks it, finding the same message repeated about 10 times.*

Taiyo: "Just ignore it. Now's not the time for creepy videos."
