Episode Three: Beneath the Deep

*Eve lays down again and stares up at the sky*

Azuma gets the fire going again before sitting back down.

Salamon: "Why do you always have to have a fire going?"

Azuma: "It seems like a good idea to not be in the dark at this time."

Hitomi: "Man fears the darkness, and so he scrapes away at the edges of it with fire."

Taiyo: "Wait, don't go."

R"Quoting Evangelion doesn't make you deep & introspective."

*Roatha comes back, with Guilmon & Dorumon.*

R"Dorumon buried Guilmon in the sand, & I had to dig him out. Also, it's morning."

*Aroma looks back, confused.*

A"Aren't you going to...you know?"

L<Going to what?>

*Eve sits up*

<Already?>

Azuma: "Morning hours, maybe."

Taiyo: "Well, um..."

She shakes her head, unsure of what to say and instead looks guilty.

Taiyo: "Sorry..."

*Eve lays back down*

OOC: What is the chronology of this bloody RP?

OOC: I've said it's night many times.

Because reading is hard, it's now the next day. Aroma's feelings were probably still hurt because the issue wasn't resolved in a manner where everyone wins. Except Euryale & Taiyo as everyone can see where that went.

*Eve stands up and walks over to Roatha*

<Morning.>

*Kylie and Lunamon are up, and playing tag with Biyomon on the beach. Cameron watches, sitting on the sand*

*Aroma's curled up with Lalamon in her blanket, off by herself somewhere.*

Azuma rubs his eyes, having not slept.

Azuma: "Breakfast then attempt to cross the ocean?"

Taiyo is cuddling with Euryale.

Cameron:<Sounds like a plan to me.>

Eve:<Did you sleep well?>

R"I'm not sure whether or not I slept at all."

And so Azuma sets to preparing some seaweed to roast. Or scaveging for some if they have none left.

*Kylie, Lunamon, and Biyomon start helping Azuma*

Eve:<I'm sorry about that.>

*Eve looks away, very awkward*

OOC: It's YOUR pretend seaweed, how should I know?

*Roatha shrugs.*

R"We can use the rest of the drinking water to re-hydrate the seaweed, then get more before we go, &...I'm sorry, would it be possible to eat something OTHER than seaweed?"

Cameron:<There might be some coconut milk left.>

R"Not quite what I meant."

OOC: The pretend seaweed that Sunflowmon gathered.

Azuma: "Could try fishing again, but that means sticking around here longer."

Cameron:<We'll want to be at top fighting condition.>

R"Couldn't we have the bigass flower just kind of soar over & boil them alive with her cancer face rays?"

Azuma: "Pretty sure it doesn't work that way."

Taiyo decides to get up and stretch."

Taiyo: "Good...day?"

R"Well, why the Hell not?"

*Euryale makes no visible movement, & still has her eyes closed.*

E"Hm?"

Kylie:<We can give it a shot.>

Azuma: "You do whatever you want."

After fishing a handful of seaweed out of the shallows, Azuma goes to roasting it, sitting beside a coconut half partially buried in the sand and filled with water.

Taiyo: "Just wishing you a good morning."

She then leans down and kisses Euryale.

Taiyo: "I guess today's when we cross the ocean."

In a castle hidden from the rest of the world, Wisemon enters a large open room where the castle's lord resides.

Wisemon: "Millenniummon, I've located the Mercury Stone. Shall I order MetalSeadramon to destroy it?"

Millenniummon: "No, I must have have the Crests they hold in my possession for when I accend to Godhood."

The orbs flanking Wisemon glow and project a map of the Digital World, the Mercury symbol appearing in the middle of the ocean near WWW Continent.

Millenniummon: "Has MarineDevimon made contact with the Chosen Children?"

Wisemon: "No. Although Dagomon has made contact with two of them."

Millenniummon: "Dagomon's false hopes are of no concern to me. IceDevimon's dealings with it made no difference nor will it."
