"Oh... I'm alright, I guess," Astarte kept her voice quiet and steady for her reply. "Thanks. For calling. Is everything okay?"

T"If you can make it here without getting attacked, or something, it would probably help. We're in--"

*In a jumble & a burst of static, the call is dropped.*

N"How did you find this out?"

E"A DVD was left in our room...shit...we'd come get you, but I think that Thiera & Lilith are in danger. But she was about to tell us where she was, so I don't think that they're in her room."

N"Whatever, I'll just come to meet you, & we'll figure that out then."

E"No! I really don't think it's safe to be moving around alone, right now."

N"So you want me to stay in a room that only me & a guy possessed by the devil or whatever have a key to? Yeah, I don't think so."

E"Damn it, we don't have time for this!"

*Eve tries to call back*

{Uh, I don't know. I just got off the phone with Eduj, and he seems alright. Have you heard from anyone?>

Azuma: "He's not safe anywhere, is he?"

"No... nobody..." Astarte said, almost in a whisper, looking over her shoulders. "Are you alone?"

Eduj continued the walk, probably looking like an escaped convict thanks to his shaven head and nervous look.

*No answer.*

E"We have a lot of people here. Maybe we could go out in 2 groups."

*Eve hangs up and puts her phone away*

"Well... I think Eduj is coming around," Astarte said, nervously picking at a loose thread on her pajama top. "Do your parents... know? About any of this?"

E"Alright, just don't move."

N"I promise nothing."

E"If you're not there or dead by the time I get there, I'll kill you myself!"

*Euryale hangs up, puts her arms around Taiyo's shoulders, & tries to ease her into a standing position.*

E"Come on, Taiyo, we've gotta move."

Taiyo: "Y....yeah."

Taiyo stands up as do the other two.

{I told my sister that there's something after me, but not really anything else. What about yours?}

*Eve stands up as well*

<How far is their dormroom?>

"No... not even now that..." Astarte's voice caught and she stopped.

E"I think it's down a floor. Hitomi, Azuma, will you try to find out where Thiera & Lilith are?"

*She leads Taiyo to the door, grabbing coats.*

Azuma: "Yeah, for sure."

Mimiru: "Becareful out there, all right?"

Taiyo: "Y-yeah. You too."

*Eve puts on a coat as well, and tries Thiera one more time*

<Once we get Nero, should we meet up?>

"No, no... I just don't know how I'm supposed to, you know," Astarte took a long breath and checked over her shoulders again. "Tell."

*Euryale puts her backpack on on her way out.*

E"I should say so. Call us. If we don't answer, assume that you're on your own, get out of the dorms, & find somewhere safe. Or at least as safe as can be."

*She opens the door. Not seeing anything out there, she tucks the hunting knife into her coat. She takes out her flashlight & turns it on. Aiming it up & down the hallway, she doesn't see anything.*

Azuma: "Aren't there usually lights on in the halls?"

Eve:<(It could be the Shadow. Or Ira. Or both. Who knows.)>

{Yeah, that's why I didn't specify it was some evil monsters after me. Even if your dad won't believe you, I think you should warn him. Some of us could come over and help you.}

E"Fantastic."

*And so the group splits up at the stair well, as per agreement. Their steps echo slightly, but their flash lights expose only flights of stairs disappearing into an inky abyss above & below. Euryale pushes through the door, shining her flashlight to the right & left. Before the light hits it, they can already see the red eyes ducking around the corner & hear it dragging its weight down the hall.*

*The trip down to Nero's dorm is less eventful, save for the fact that they hear someone climbing the stair well even after both groups had left it.*

*I guess Eve knocks quietly on Nero's door*

The two presumably head to The Psyche's room.

*Nero comes out with all of his stuff.*

N"Great, let's see this whatever, then."

E"It's back in my room, but we have to find the others, first."

*They encounter the Psyche Sisters sitting against the wall in the hallway, nowhere near their room. They're sporting various cuts on their shoulders & forearms. Thiera appears to be asleep, while Lilith has her arm around her.*

Azuma: "What happened, are you all right?"
