Episode Seven: Our War Game

Diaboromon stretches an arm out and grabs on to a wall, evading their attacks and firing its own at them.

Pegasusmon & Nefertimon fly out of the way and attack while Taomon conjures up a shield which doesn't last long against the attack.

*Everyone dodges and attacks, Eve holding on to Lilamon for dear life*

*DoruGreymon flies out of the way, charging up another attack. WarGrowlmon uses one of its metal arms to help Taomon block, then blasts back.*

It stretches and pulls itself out of the path of their attacks.

Diaboromon leaps at DoruGreymon, arms and legs spread like a frog. Two more Diaboromon emerge from it and proceed to mob him.

Pegasusmon reverts to Patamon who looks both confused and tiredly at Azuma.

Azuma: "One thing and you're free to rest."

Patamon Digivolves, drawing the stare of the Diaboromon to MagnaAngemon who looks like he can barely stand.

Azuma: "Heal Terriermon."

MagnaAngemon does just that before reverting back to Patamon. Terriermon still feels hungry and fairly crappy, but he's better than when he first got.smacked down by Diaboromon.

Eve:<Thank you...>

*Terriermon tries to wiggle out of eve's arms and digivolve, however in the very likely case he fails Eve grabs him again. Lekismon and Karatenmon both attack one of the clones*

*Apparently not having had time to fire its attack, DoruGreymon scratches at them with its horn, tail, & claws, also trying to smash them into the nearest solid object. WarGrowlmon flies to his aid. Lilamon tries to hand Eve off to Roatha.*

The three Diaboromon all wrap around DoruGreymon, restraining his tail, limbs, and one around his neck begins to choke him.

From the Diaboromon around DoruGreymon's neck, another emerges. Flashing a wink at WarGrowlmon and lunging at Karatenmon.

*I guess Eve and Terriermon are handed over successfully. Karatenmon uses Feather Flare then slashes with his swords. Lekismon uses tear Arrow*

*WarGrowlmon just digs his claws into the neck clone & tries to pry it off. Dorugreymon, having a long & flexible neck, tries to bite the nearest one that he can reach. Lilamon flies over, slapping the shit out of a clone with an attack that should cause it to immediately fall in love with her. Meanwhile, Roatha hangs on to Eve.*

Diaboromon having long & flexible arms and legs, stretches and keeps up the choking, DoruGreymon's vision begins to blur.

The Diaboromon Lilamon desires ceases what it's doing and grabs her waist and hand.

Diaboromon?: "Hello."

It promptly begins dragging her around as it dances.

The Diaboromon stretches its arms out to catch Karatenmon's to keep him from attacking, the rest of it crashing into him.

*With its free hand, Lilamon shoots an energy needle into its eye. Meanwhile, WarGrowlmon uses his metal cord thing to wrap around Diaboromon's neck & return the favor, while he uses his Pendulum Blades to slice his arm cables at the shoulder, where they don't have much room to move.*

*Karatenmon use Feather Flare at close range, while Lekismon continues using tear Arrow, aiming for the eyes*

The Diaboromon's wounds begin to emit some black smoke. WarGrowlmon smells salt water as the wound closes up, the smoke solidifying and pulling itself back together.

Chokey Diaboromon?: "Goodbye."

DoruGreymon blacks out as the two Diaboromon hanging on him explode, WarGrowlmon getting a faceful of explosion. When the smoke clears, Dorumon is left behind, looking pretty crappy while WarGrowlmom aches all over.

Not too keen on its dance partner stabbing it, the Diaboromon's grip on her arm and waist tighten, bringing out excrutiating pain.

Diaboromon?: "Goodbye."

Like the other two, Lilamon's dance partner explodes, leaving Lalamon behind once the smoke clears.

From the original Diaboromon who feels the need to demonstrate a real explosive attack on Karatenmon with a point blank Catastrophe Cannon comes another clone that gets up in Lekismon's face while spawning a clone to go after Nefertimon.

Not being within hand to hand range of anyone, Taomon moves to take on the Diaboromon that's hassling Nefertimon leaving WarGrowlmon and whatever Terriermon Digivolved to unengaged.

*Since I guess Terriermon is digivolved again, Rapidmon fires at the Diaboramon Taomon is fighting. Lekismon tries to put her opponent to sleep, and I guess Karatenmon is back to Biyomon*

Diaboromon: "Goodbye."

Lekismon's opponent explodes, leaving the original to scamper up the walls and begin to makes its way deeper through the tunnel.

The one hassling Nefertimon jumps and stretches, wrapping itself around her where it explodes, sending Salamon crashing down.

Azuma: "This is a Mega-level? It's unreal. Can we really defeat this thing?"

Taiyo squeezes Aroma's hand. Unfortunately for her, it's not a gentle reassuring kind and more of a hard, angry or stressed out kind.

Taiyo: "Of course we can. Walk all over it, Taomon!"

*So Rapidmon pursues, as does Lekismon. Both continue attacking*

Lekismon does not make it far before falling over and reverting to Lunamon feeling sore, hungry, and overall exhausted.

Further into the tunnel, (God hope the humans are following as well) the world around them gets brighter the further they go.

Diaboromon dodges, jumping from the ceiling to a wall then to the floor when Taomon throws some seals at it. On the floor, it comes barreling towards them.

*Aroma looks like she's trying to scream, but can't, & her eyes tear up. Lalamon taps on Euryale's shoulder as they scoop her up follow. Seeing Lalamon pointing with her stub, she looks back at Aroma.*

"...Uh, Taiyo, honey, you wanna hold my hand?"

*Meanwhile, Roatha collects Dorumon & WarGrowlmon speeds ahead of them. When Diaboromon is in his sights, he tries to slam into the Digimon from the side, body checking it & grabbing it with his claws.*

*Kylie grabs Lunamon while Rapidmon attacks with his homing missiles*

Taiyo: "Sorry!"

Taiyo lets go of Aroma's hand, now that they're both sweaty and gross.

Diaboromon jumps over WarGrowlmon which does nothing to evade the missiles nor Taomon's follow up attack.

Diaboromon scampers up to the ceiling where the Light of Digivolution begins to form around it. As if in responce, Rapidmon, Taomon, and WarGrowlmon begin glowing although they glow green, yellow, and red respectively, an entirely different light than that of Digivolution.

*So Rapidmon starts to glow*

Eve:<Um, ok...>

R"It's like the Golden Noose! Try to do something together!"

<Like what?>

*War Growlmon flies around, trying to make some kind of shape with the other 2.*

Taomon takes off, following WarGrowlmon's lead, each of them feel a surge of power flow through them.

Within the light, Diaboromon begins changing and growing.

G<There's 3 of us...maybe a triangle?>

R"Lalamon, sing your song! Maybe if you can slow him down, he won't be able to Digivolve!"

L<R-right!>

*And so she starts singing.*

*Rapidmon flies after the other two, attempting to form a triangle with them*
