Ren facepalms and follows.

"I suppose she did. Why does this concern a high school principal so much?"

Allina: <I dunno. Hawaii was fun.>

<Because it concerns my students. She retrieved her "specimen" shortly after coming here, which suggests that she might have expected it to be here. I didn't think about it much until these odd coincidences started stacking up. And now it looks as though she's trying to cover something up.>

*He suddenly pounds on the table.*

<Someone could have been severely injured or even killed because of that woman's harebrained scheme! I will not tolerate this at my school!>

*He stops in front of the building, scratching his head & looking down the various roads.*

*Taiyo stops nuzzling Euryale's shoulder long enough to jump when the principal pounds on the table.*

"If it's any consolation, the only one who may have been killed is Nero apparantly."

Taiyo:<A frog-fish monster bit my butt.>

"I guess someone was hurt."

Ren grabs his shoulder, "Stop acting crazy dude. What are you looking for?"

Aiden sighs when the cops are finally gone. He walks back towards a statue of Cu Cullain and places his hand on the base with his head hung. He takes a few deep breaths. His butler comes out and looks at him.

"Michael..." Aiden begins, "I'm late for an art exhibition."

"Painting, pottery, or sculpture?" he asks.

"Sculpture" Aiden's voice sounds almost like he's in pain.

"How late are you?"

"Very late" Aiden answers.

"Will you be wanting tea when you return from the art exhibition?"

"No, brandy, vintage brandy" Aiden finally looks up at the statue's face.

"Anything else sir?"

"Yes, mother wanted to know how I was doing. I haven't been able to call her so please tell her I'm doing well."

"As you wish sir" Michael bowed.

Aiden walked forward to a door to the left of the statue and placed his hand on the knob. He turned it three times to the right, twice to the left, and then opened the door. When it closed behind him it let out a pneumatic hiss and a mechanical lock as several bolts slammed into place creating a circuit throughout the house.

Aiden made exactly one phone call then snapped the phone shut. He walked forward and looked in a mirror, "I really hated the color brown anyway" he said to no one in particular.

After 10 minutes had past he went down a corridor and down a set of stairs into a private garage where an olive green sedan of a non-descript make and model was waiting for him. The windows were tinted and probably bullet proof. He got in. The car drove off.

Exactly 6 minutes later the mansion was a sea of flames.

A half hour later Aiden was on a private jet bound for Australia. The jet was owned by MI6.

And after that a news broadcast was bringing breaking news all over the world that Aiden Cunningham had perished in the fire that burned the Cunningham Manor to the ground. His charred body had been found in the wreckage.

It would take them several days to piece together the whole thing. Aiden had already taken precautions in case something like this where to happen. Records were being erased and new ones replacing them. Files were being burned, lost, and disappearing. Data was being misplaced and vanishing.

It was almost as if Aiden Cunningham and indeed, the whole family had vanished from existence. Money records and files were going cold, leading to dead ends except for donations to various historical societies which were coming up as having been paid by the British government.

And when it was all said and done, the red haired boy sat back in his seat on the jet which had just landed in Australia at an undisclosed location and made one more phone call to the phone he had given Euryale. Hopefully she'd pick up and he could tell them where they could meet him.

OOC: Most convoluted post ever.

Allina: <Nero keeps saying she's evil.>

E"Oh, just because I don't say anything, I'm dead? You can't be assed to look 3 feet to the left?"

*A loud ringing issues from Euryale's pocket. She whips out her phone & starts pressing buttons randomly, a look of mounting panic on her face.*

<Go ahead. You can answer it.>

E"No, I can't, I don't know how!"

*Roatha shakes him off. Ren notices that he has a sword at his side. He starts walking right up to the front of the school.*

Ren tackles him to the ground.

By some stroke of luck (or maybe he had planned it), the phone clicks and Aiden's voice comes out loud and clear all though it sounds waaaaay more bubbly and enthusiastic and less count stick in his ass, "Euryale..." a pause, "You want to hang out at the park with the others? Nero, Allina, Taiyo, Azuma, and Mimiru? I had a great vacation and I brought souvenirs! I have so many stories to tell you all! It'll be amazing! I'm really happy to be back. I missed you all so much!"

*Taiyo looks over Euryale's shoulder. How Euryale can't notice she's being clung to as usual is a mystery.*

Taiyo:<Do we have to? He sucks.>

Mimiru:<Gotta agree with her, that guy sucks. I'd rather hang out with Nero than that guy.>

Allina: <Don't be mean. He's just a little stalker-ish and I little Iliketotalkaboutmymoneyalot-ish. But he's cool! Right? Wait. He misses us all after three days?>

*She leans over to the phone*

Allina: <Stalker!>

N"Allina. It was an answering machine."

<I suppose we're done here, then.>

*Roatha yells something & punches him in the face.*

"I'm not an answering machine!" Aiden sounds hurt.

Ren reels back but drives his fist into Roatha's stomach.

Allina: <Maybe he was trying to make us think he was an answering machine to listen to our conversation. Like a stalker.>

*She grabs the phone*

Allina: <Hey, bring us pizza, I'm hungry.>

"I suppose we are."

Taiyo:<We're not actually going to see him, right? All he did in China was brag about how much money he has.>

*Roatha bites him.*

N"Give me that."

*Nero grabs the phone & hangs up. Someone else comes into the office.*

<Hey, there's a fight/gay sex thing going on outside.>

Allina: <Fight!>

*She runs outside*

"We're not going to go see it, right?"

Mimiru:<I think I'm just gonna go home.>

*Azuma and Mimiru walk out of the office.*

Taiyo:<Euryale, can I have a piggyback ride?>

Aiden takes a deep breath where he is. "Stupid perverted jackass Nero" he says and huffs.

Ren kicks him off and takes up stance, "I don't know what asylum you broke out of but my friends are in that school and I'll die before I let you hurt them."

E"No."

*Roatha whips out the goddamn sword & brandishes it in front of Ren. The Principal, Euryale, Nero, Allina, & whoever else came with them arrive just in time to see this.*

<What is the meaning of this?!>

"I won't let you hurt any of my friends, you hear me you psychopath!?" Ren places himself between the group and Roatha. He's totally unafraid of the fact Roatha brandished a sword.

Allina: <Wow. That is so cool.>

Taiyo:<Why don't you love me, Euryale?>

Mimiru:<What the hell is this?>

"Who are these assholes?"

E"What?"

*Roatha slashes at him, sending a wave of electricity towards him.*

N"What the fuck is going on, here?"

<Language, Mr. Schwarz!>

Taiyo:<Is that unwashed weirdo a friend of yours, Euryale?>

"I'm not unwa... Oh, that guy with the sword."

Mimiru:<Way to jump to conclusions.>
