Bent Bullets (A Wanted RP)

There is no Wanted RP, so I figured why not test the waters and see what the interest level was.

Zac Roe

Assassin Title: Script.
Age: 22.
Height: 6'0''.
Gender: Male.
Appearance: Zac
Sex: Straight.
Assassin Faction: Woven
Bio: Zac was born and bred in The Bronx, New York City. His life at home was not what most would call loving. His father was a drunk and a wife beater, his mother had left when he was born and his step-mother would be what therapists call an "enabler." She would give all of her paycheck to Zac's father just so he could blow it on booze, and come home and beat her in a drunken rage. It was at an early age that Zac figured out that the outside world had things to distract him from his heartache at home. He discovered dance, it started with Salsa, the dance of his ethnicity. From there it branched out into many other forms and styles, he just couldn't get enough, it was beautiful to him.
At the age of 14 he came home to his apartment and saw his father mounted over his step-mother's lifeless body. Zac lost his control and fought his father off of his step-mom, out of the building, and into the street. When the cops came they got the wrong idea and arrested Zac. Once the story was set straight Zac was let go and his father got life in jail for voluntary manslaughter. Not old enough to live on his own and with no other family Zac was put into foster care.
After house hopping for about a year Zac settled down with what he thought was a nice old couple. At first he was trouble maker, and a nuisance. Zac was acting out because he felt he was unfairly singled out by the world. When Zellana came into the picture things got even worse. After a while though he came to figure out he wasn't the only one living a crap life, and that making everyone else's life hell didn't make anything better.
Zac was 16 when his foster father came to him in his room one summer afternoon. That's when it all changed for him, he walked into the room with a pistol and started to yell and scream at him. Zac kept trying to calm him down and get away but he couldn't everything seemed to be spiraling out of control. Finally Zac lost it in the same way he did when he was his dead mother, everything slowed, but in a weird way. Zac picked up the nearby lamp and launched it at the pistol, knocking it out of the man's hand. Zac got up and punched him in the face, sending him back a step, but before Zac could continue the offense his foster father, fast as an arrow, an arrow with a bad hip mind you, spun around Zac and put him on his back.
He explained to the shocked Zac that he was trying to bring out his latent ability, something that manifested in times of stress. Zac didn't understand at first but when he sat down and had it all explained to him, that his mother ran out on him because she was part of the Woven, that it was his destiny to join them. What could he do but agree? Later that night, Zac and the "elderly couple" burnt down the house they were living in and left to take Zac to the Woven, to get him trained. They searched and searched but couldn't find any remains. After a few days of searching they said that the family must have died in the fire, that was the "official" story...
Personality: Zac is cocky, arrogant, and a womanizer. Always out for a good time, even if he can't remember it in the morning, Zac has gained somewhat of a reputation for being a rolling stone among his Woven and even Zellana looks down on his actions every now and again, though she has much to answer for herself. Through it all Zac is a warm person to be around and a loyal friend.
Weapon: An ornate pistol made to look like an old school flint lock pistol but it uses modern day tech like bullet clips and a modern hammer. It was said to belong to his mother though he has yet to confirm it. Along with his main pistol he is also known to carry around a knife and is a talented hand to hand fighter.
Extra: Has a cat named Lulu which has been the only permanent female resident in his apartment.

Zellana Roe

Assassin Title: Butterfly.
Age: 22.
Height: 5'6''.
Gender: Female.
Appearance: Zell
Sex: Lesbian.
Assassin Faction: Woven.
Bio: ]Zellana was born in Manhattan, and raised in L.A. She used to be a chipper little girl with long brown hair, creamy skin, and dark brown eyes. Now she is a killer, the blame could be placed on two people, herself and a boy named Zac Roe.
When Zellana was 11 her single mother had fallen into hard financial times, and turned to drugs. At first it was small, and hidden from Zellana, but as Zellana's mother fell deeper into addiction it became apparent to everyone that she wasn't fit to mother a child. Saddly, Zellana couldn't find any outlet for her heartache and turned to the streets for help. Zell became a drug dealer and a gangbanger, always in constant trouble with the law, she even spent some time in Juvie.
Zellana once found her mother being mugged on the street and went into a kind of tunnel vision, beating the man back and saving her. Her mother only yelled at her for scaring away her drug dealer. A year later, when her mother O.D'ed on cocaine, Zell was sent into foster care.
She house hopped here and there, only becoming more ridged and distant from those around her after every new home. Until she was 15, it was at this time she was adopted by a nice old couple, who already had another adopted kid, a boy her age named Zac. Her brother really understood her, they both had crap lives and they both were not going to take it sitting down, and why should they. They both caused trouble for everyone they knew and along the way became really close. Zell idolized Zac, she wanted to walk like him, talk like him, and went everywhere with him.
When Zac finally stopped acting out it didn't take much for him to convince Zell to do the same. Then, 2 days after her 16th birthday, on a warm summer night, after she had stayed over a friend's house, she came home to find her house burned to the ground. The cops couldn't explain why it happened and could not find the bodies but told her the entire family must have died in the fire. Zell wasn't buying it, she fell back into her old ways after being tossed into another foster home. It took another year for her to find Zac again, well actually he found her. He came to her at night, she could tell he had changed. The reunion wasn't the most loving, but it was... emotional.
After some convincing and a lot of explaining Zac took her to the City of Cherry, where he trained her personally to become an assassin. Zell took to the training easily but couldn't bring herself to kill until Zac told her something. "Kill one, and save a thousand, it isn't just something we say to rid ourselves of guild, this guilt probably won't ever go away. But that is why the world needs us, without us to bear this burden the world would crumble. If you truly love me like I love you, you'll do it." Some might say he manipulated her into killing but she believes wholeheartedly that he meant his words, and pulled the trigger that day.
Since then Zellana has become more of a historian than assassin. Though she still is assigned hits every so often she is more responsible for tracing family lines and finding new recruits, along with chronicling successful hits and the deaths of any current of former members. On top of this work load is usually training new recruits with knives, her specialty.
Personality: Zellana is her brother's sister and acts much the same way. Not a drunk, but a drinker. Not promiscuous, but not a stranger to waking up to a nameless person. Unlike her brother she actually does feel bad about some of the things she has done even going so far as to buy a self help book. Once again like her brother, Zell is warm and inviting and very loyal to her brother and the Woven. On a deeper level she harbors a deep guilt for every life she has taken, though she tries to deny it.
Weapon: Four Balisong Knives, known more commonly as butterfly knives. Though most deadly with her knives, to which she owes her title, she is also known to carry a simple pistol and is a talented hand to hand fighter.
Extra: Was the original owner of Zac's cat before he stole it.

Divum Talea

Assassin Title: Angel.
Age: 34.
Height: 6'2''.
Gender: Male.
Appearance: Div
Sex: Straight.
Assassin Faction: Skelter.
Bio: Divum was born poor, raised poor, and grew up poor. Very little is known about his life up till his fourteenth birthday, where he killed a would-be burglar in his own home with a knife. This was the day he caught the eye of both the Woven and the Skelter. He was, however, picked up by the Woven first- he was trained, and he was a natural at all he attempted. However, in his twenty-fifth year of life, he died. He was killed by his target, the current (at the time) leader of the Skelter. He hadn't been told who his target was, only that it was imperative that the man died.
However, Divum's will to live pushed him back past the gates of Heaven, and he returned to life several days after he had died. After his death, the Woven had forgotten about him, deeming him a failure- he shouldn't have failed, the target, albeit well-trained, was an old man. Divum was believed to be dead, and he swore revenge against the Woven , and was taken in by the Skelter. He began his training once more, honing every aspect of his body with a singleminded determination unseen by any before him. Finally, Divum began killing again, though he no longer used firearms, and they were no longer quick, clean kills. He drew pleasure from torturing his victims, or, at least, those he deemed unworthy of a quick, clean death. He used knives, now, and it was apparent to those who had known him before that he had changed drastically.
His quest became solely to kill the people responsible for his own death.
Personality: Divum is amiable enough toward the people he likes, or, at least, doesn't mind. He often swings back and forth between emotions, hinting at a certain instability behind his fractured persona. He is loyal to the Skelter, and will risk anything to save a comrade. Divum is very confident in himself, and will not let a target escape, no matter what it may cost him.
Weapon: Divum carries a total of ten throwing knives at all times, sometimes- but rarely- more, and fights in close quarters with a long knife about the length of a tanto. However, if he is forced to, he will fight with his hands or any other weapon available- he's rather good with most anything.
Extra: N/A.

Well good. As for Harley, well, that is a sad thought, but I guess it can't be helped really.

I bitched about him trying to pull some Wanted shit in an RP based off the Dark Tower.

As for Wanted in general, didn't care for the movie and I have no intention of playing the game.

Game wasn't too bad, bit short and repetitive. Movie was done well, and had a visual flair that caught my eye. The story wasn't the greatest, but the concept caught my eye as well. The comic it is based off is nothing like the movie, but not a bad read if you want something "deep" with a bunch of vulgarity.

Deep is a relative term. It is "deep" because it is supposed to show the downfall of heros in the modern phyce. Ohh, real deep.

That aside the movie was a pretty cool movie with some neat visual tricks.

Senthose Rasheverek

Assassin Title: Slicer
Age: 22
Height: About 6 feet.
Gender: Male
Appearance: Caucasian, shoulder-length silver hair & red eyes with slitted pupils. The pupils are a genetic mutation, the eye color are contacts, & the hair is dyed. Their natural colors are black & blue. Wears simple black robes, which could be passed off as a coat, or pretty much anything, if he needs to blend in.
Sex: Heterosexual
Assassin Faction: Woven
Bio: Senthose's parents gave him up for adoption shortly after he was born, so he'd been a ward of the state for most of his life. When Senthose was 15, he entered into a relationship with a girl named Lilith. By the time he was 19, she was dead. She was killed by a serial killer the media dubbed the "Cherry City Slicer." Senthose was made a suspect, & over time, it started to look as though he would be convicted. He was always odd. He had few real friends, all of whom he alienated after Lilith was killed. He was borderline prodigial in most areas of his life, but most people tended to find him cold, shrewd, & unempathetic. He also had unusual expertise in 2 areas that should not mix: Anatomy & edged weaponery. Perhaps it was because of these things, or perhaps he was framed. Either way, he decided he would disappear from the public radar, resulting in the occasional skirmish with law enforcement. It was in these skirmishes, where he was surprisingly competent, despite being outnumbered & outgunned (literally), & also surprisingly ruthless, apparently not caring whether officers were permanently disfigured or died from their injuries, that garnered attention from the Woven. He agreed to join them if they helped him disappear. He carries the title "slicer" both as a reference to his fighting style, & as an ironic reference to the original killer. Although he does not know who the killer was or what organization, if any, he belonged to, he plans on finding out & getting revenge one day.
Personality: Put simply, a psychopath. He has no problems killing those who appear in the Weave, feels no remorse over their deaths, so long as it doesn't go against his personal, utilitarian beliefs. All the same, he is not a believer in "unnecessary evil." He does not go out of his way to torture victims, lie unless he deems it necessary, or kill without purpose.
Weapon: A black katana.
Extra: Eyesight & visual memory exceeding that of a normal human's, which is further enhanced in "bullet bending."


Schwarz Fisch

Assassin Title: Shark
Age: 35
Height: A little taller than Senthose.
Gender: Male
Appearance: Long, dishevelled black hair, trenchcoat, blue eyes, white skin. Wears gloves & boots.
Sex: Heterosexual.
Assassin Faction: Skelter
Bio: Schwarz was an introverted kid with few hobbies, one of which was marksmanship. At the age of 18, his parents died in a car crash. He became severely distraught, turning to alcohol & abandoning plans on furthering his education after high school. This left him with few carreer opportunities. One day he overheard a drug dealer complaining about a thief, & in desperation, arranged to bring him the thief in exchange for payment. He cornered the thief in an abandoned apartment, killing him in the struggle. However, he got the money back, & word spread through the underground, entering him into a career as an assassin. He was 22 at the time. 3 years later, he was called to assassinate the head of Skelter, but they gave him a better offer, so he joined them instead, killing his client. He has retained his job & drinking problem ever since.
Personality: A man of few words, & even fewer principles. He holds the philosophy that killing is done for personal gain, does not bring order nor honor, & that anyone who says otherwise is deluding themselves. Although he kills primarily for financial gain, unlike Senthose, he does feel remorse, so he tries to avoid targets he doesn't like the idea of killing.
Weapon: A handgun modified to his specifications, featuring a short knife-like bayonet & a spike on the handle which can be twisted & pulled to produce a spiked 2 foot chain, primarily for garrotting. He calls it "Grendel."
Extra: Don't tell me what to do.

Andrew Hart

Assassin Title: Firefly
Age: 21
Height: 5'8"
Gender: Male

Bio: Insert your Biography/History
Personality: Insert your characters personality
Weapon: [ur=https://2img.net/h/oi55.tinypic.com/2lm5oh4.jpg].45 Caliber Handgun[/url], he carries two, one is usually prepped with incendiary bullets but not always. He also may carry a pair of fighting knives.
Extra: Has perfect, if not better than perfect vision. He wears glasses with fake lenses for reasons known only to him. He got the title Firefly from his love of tracer rounds and incendiary ammo.

Two characters have "super duper vision". I'm cool with it I guess, but it is pretty contradictory none the less since the whole point of Wanted is that all the characters have great vision, ergo being able to make impossible shots from miles away.

God damn it, Dark.

The point of Senthose is that he has somewhere around double the normal human ability to perceive frame rate, as well as the ability to retain all of the information, instead of splicing it from 200-300 fps down to 20-30, or for him, 400-600 down to 40-60. Which, like I said, goes up even further when "bullet bending." Probably not exactly proportional to "normal" people in the RP, as if that were the case, he'd be seeing in excess of 30,000 frames per second, when a bullet tends to travel at 1000 fps, but whatever.
