It isn't the best example, but I can't find the right scene. The point is, super badass level is determined by how well you can see and analyze. Everyone who is smart in the RP will have their characters have great eyesight.

And my point is that there's a big difference between "good" & "physically superhuman." I'm not saying he has 20/20 vision, I'm saying he's already halfway to seeing in bullet time in normal mode.
