In Zanarkand

Ingrid can't seem to figure out why Ark isn't stopping, dropping, or rolling to put out his flaming leg, but she doesn't dwell on it too long. "Alright, lead the way Luna."

*After some amount of walking, they encounter a district brightly lit with upbeat colors. It is filled with shops for food & clothes, as well as shops for magic & items. There is a teleport pad in front of them, as well as a sign.*

Hover Lift: 10 Gil per passenger. Free after 8 PM. Arrives every 20 minutes.
Teleport Pad: 100 Gil per passenger.

"Erm...does anyone know how to read time in ancient Zanarkand? Or where to find a clock, for that matter?"

*Hitomi wanders into what she hopes is the magic & items shop.*

*Ark leans over to Ingrid, smiling awkwardly.*

Ark: <Pour some of your magic water on my leg, yes? Please?>

Ingrid looks at Ark and backs away, "Uh, could you stop that." She said, casting Water on him. With that out of the way, she follows Hitomi into the shop and buys Geomancy, Firaga, and an Ether.

*Ark's leg snaps like a damn twig, but Luna doesn't notice, because she followed the others into the shop & starts staring at a clock.*

"It's a lot like a Spiran clock, only it uses machina instead of shadows."

OOC: Also, you forgot Noctis last post in BRP. And this is why we use MSN.

*Hitomi makes her own purchases then leaves. Outside she stares at the other shops as if deciding which one to look inside next.*

Without looking at the clock Ingrid asks Luna, "So, do we get a free ride, or not?"

"If we use the lift. If we don't want to depend on a schedule, we'll have to use the teleport pad."

"I realized, I was asking for the time, unless you want to give me 50 gil for the telepad."

*Hitomi hesitates for a moment then slowly enters the clothing store.*

"The next one's coming in 10 minutes or so."

*Inside the clothing store is clothing similar to what every other jagoff is wearing, which mostly looks completely alien to Hitomi.*

*Hitomi browses about not liking what she sees.*

"Ah, great."

"In the mean time, I'm gonna go window shopping."

*She exits the building & enters the clothing store that Hitomi is in.*

"See anything you like?"

"No."

Ingrid waves bye to Luna as she leaves, and walks over to a corner overlooking a portion of the city. "I don't know whether this is a dream, or something else, but it sure is pretty." She said with a small smile.

"Well, we could always look in another store."

*From this vantage point, she can see the Zanarkand Dome, currently closed up.*

Ingrid realizes that she should have bought something else from the shop so she rushes back, and gives back Geomancy and buys a Demi sphere instead. With that out of the way she returns to the overlook and gazes at the Zanarkand Dome, "This place is beautiful, how could anything destroy this... why would anything destroy this?"

"O...Okay."

*The shopkeeper, a man with khaki shorts & a beret, is restocking the spell spheres. He looks at her with an eyebrow raised.*

<What are you talking about? ...You're not thinking of blowing up the Dome are you?>

*They head into a jewlery store. Luna checks the clock.*

"We've got 5 minutes before the lift shows up. Now do you see anything you like?"

"Why are you asking me this?"

"Me, no, not at all. Like I said, this place is beautiful." Ingrid said with a bit of a smile. Bevelle and Sin might have different opinions than me however...

"I want a second opinion & Ingrid is kind of...masculine."

*She looks at the wears for a bit before pointing to a plain sky blue bracelet.*

"I like that bracelet."
