Sins of the Father

*He obtains a potion. Luna runs forward & slashes, killing the monk. Conveniently, they're both missed by the large shells that slam into the ground where they were standing previously. The monk with the flamethrower retreats, dousing them, while the big golem thing jogs up to Hitomi.*

*Hitomi casts Holy on the Defender Whatever.*

*Ark raises an arm to cover his face and dashes forward, slashing at the attacking monk.*

*He stops shooting the flame thrower as the other monk gets in front of him, blocking Ark's attack & firing into him. The YAT fires 2 shells at Luna, blowing her back 5 feet & ripping open her side. The Defender takes all of the magic ripping through it like a boss & swings a fist at Hitomi.*

*Hitomi fucks off running towards Luna casting Cura on her.*

Ingrid stops, drops, and rolls, before using a potion.

*Ark covers his face with his arms and throws himself backwards away from the monks. He then runs around the group at high speed thanks to Haste, casting Hitomi's Cura on Luna before charging at the monks once again.*

"Thank you."

*She stabs at the attacking golem monster thing. The monk shoots at Ark again, the other moving around to aim his flamethrower at Ingrid & co.*

*Ark hurls a dagger at the monk to try and cause him to stop shooting and dodge and speeds up, stabbing at his torso.*

*Hitomi casts Firaga on the attacking monk.*

Ingrid Flares the golem.

*The golem falls apart, but the YAT shoots at Ingrid. Ark attacks a body that's already dead by the time he reaches it. Luna slashes at the monk with a flamethrower, who blocks with said flamethrower & douses her in flames.*

*Ark stabs at the monk with the flamethrower from behind.*

*Hitomi casts Blizzaga on the monk.*

OOC: Ark can teleport!

*The monk may be dead, but that doesn't stop the YAT from firing shells in the air at Hitomi & Luna.*

*Hitomi casts Firaga on the YAT.*

Ingrid dive rolls out the way, and Flares the YAT.

*Luna stabs the YAT, the combined attacks causing it to fall apart. No more enemies bar their path & the temple is now deserted, the airship being parked above the bridge not far away.*

Ingrid lets out a long sigh. "Hey, can someone tell me, how many places have we been since Dream Zanarkand?"

"Real Zanarkand, Baaj, and here."

*She boards the airship.*

*Hitomi boards the airship and heads to the engine room.*

*Ark also boards the airship and sits down in the bridge.*

Ingrid boards and tries to look for a private shower.

"Excuse me, Captain? Is there a shop on this ship?"

<Yes, why?>

"We're going to the Farplane, & I expect Maestar Jyscal might try to stop us, so we really should stock up."

<I see. Well, it's in the hall that leads to the cabins, the door at the end.>

"Thanks."

Ingrid continues to look for a shower.
