Lulu ran over towards Noct, climbed up her leg, and back, and onto her shoulder. "Meow." -She is going to kill me, I can see it in her cold, dead eyes.-

Noct scratched behind Lulu's ears, "Be nice Lulu, she won't hurt."

"Meow." -Yes, because I'm going to believe the lady who hides food at the back of cages to get me trapped.-

Astarte flew up into the sky a few dozen metres above Mortal and her dragon before unleashing an especially violent and huge blast of electricty directly downwards.

Enkidu pressed his dislocated shoulder against the nearest wall or tree and forced it back into place without complaint before taking a few steps towards his opponent.
"I'm going to enjoy seeing you die."

Mortal looked up and furrowed her eyebrows. She only had time to throw up a swath of scales with her hands before the lightning bore down on her. As the lightning hit, and vitrified the sand around her Mortal looked up from the glass she was standing on with a smile. Her arms were badly burned, but still there. Mortal's dragon was also still around, only this time it was behind Astarte, "Aliento de fuego." With that another stream of flames shot out at Astarte.

<No, you literally are not.>

*She flashsteps up to him & slashes at his chest.*

E"Relax, Lulu, Lilith's a friend. She's a lot like me, I'm sure she loves cats. Maybe she can't actually see you? I do sometimes forget that you're a ghost."

*She hurries off to follow the unnamed Soul Reaper.*

Astarte cried out in fear and pain as the flames washed over her before she sonido'd away from it.
Four Astarte's reappeared directly before Mortal, each of them staring at her with wide, angry eyes.

Enkidu struck her blade with a one-handed swing that caused several metres of ground behind her to shudder and charged a Cero in his other hand.

Atae goes to do just that.

"I'm pretty sure she can, she only came to me when Lilith approached." Noctis said.

"Meow." -I can see her, I know she wants me dead!-

Each of them received a cero to the face.

The real Astarte landed on Mortal's back, digging in claws and biting her while simultaneously running electricity into her.

Mortal reached behind, grabbed Astarte, used scales to bind her hands to the woman, and pried her off of her back. Mortal threw Astarte onto the glass floor hard, then held her in place with scales connecting Mortal's left hand to Astarte's shoulder, and Astarte to the ground. Mortal then cocked back her fist, now surrounded in scales creating a kind of blunt gauntlet, then launched it at the spot next to Astarte's ear. The first strike shattered the glass and sent out a small shockwave through the sand, the punch from the dragon that followed created a crater, raining sand lightly down onto Mortal and Astarte.

Mortal gave a few strained huffs of air before sitting back with a content smile. She sealed her zanpakuto again, and said, "Better, but you've still got some work to do."

"Looks like the battle is over." Sab said, proud at seeing Mortal defeat whoever this girl was. When Mortal did not end the battle in her usual way (eating her opponent) she furrowed her eyebrows, "What is going on."

Mortal finally noticed Sab, Aroma and Yue, and waved for them to come over. "I guess I should introduce you to my allies, Astarte."

Astarte rose to her feet, her eyes still fixed on Mortal and her hands twitching as though holding back a flurry of attacks.
But then the colour returned to her skin, the wings disappeared into her back and her eyes turned back to their beautiful blue.
"Okay," She spoke with utter indifference, all of her anger had vanished and her regular demeanour had returned.

"I'm listen'" Kujaku says.

*Iris stops his Cero and dodges by a thin margin and manages to get behind him, aiming to slash his back.*

Sab approached Mortal and Astarte, "What is going on?" She asked, eying Astarte furtively.

"This is Astarte Cyprus," Mortal replied, "She is going to help during the fight."

"She needs work," Sab said, instantly cursing herself for the biting edge her remark had, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be rude," She added, towards Astarte directly. She let out a small sigh, "I'm Sab Rosa, nice to meet you."

*Aroma stands there staring at her stiffly.*

"Aroma Zinginzer...but you do really need work."

*She tilts the blade & stabs at his shoulder, grabbing his Cero-wrist with her other hand.*

*The Soul Reaper stabs him in the abdomen while his blade is in his back. He then lets go of the spear & falls to the ground.*

L"Yeah, I brought one of Urahara's inflatable ones."

*She pulls a balloon out of her pocket & blows it up. As she does so, she becomes less & less visible & the balloon starts to take on a more realistic human shape, until Lilith is standing there, in flesh & blood...so to speak.*

<Well, for one thing, apparently many of the FullBringers were made as a result of an experiment by a Quincy scientist. He's dead now, though. Wait, do you know what a "Quincy" is?>

"Motherfuckers that's what they are!" Kujaku says vehemently.

"We've had some bad run ins with them. Forgive my brother's rudeness" Karasu elaborates.

"Forgive my ass Karasu!"

Sab gave Yue a sideways glance, "That is different..."

Mortal ran a hand through her hair, "Not really. They both do need to get better, especially if they're going to be any use to us." Mortal then smirked, "I don't think fighting me is going to get us anywhere. I'm holding back, so in honesty, it actually hurts the cause, but you two, you're a lot closer to each other in strength," Mortal said, motioning towards Yue, and Astarte, "If you were to train against each other, with a guiding hand, we'd be able to get a lot more out of the time we have available to us." Mortal looked at Yue, "You're not doing much more than randomly shadowing Senthose here and there, so stay here and train with Astarte."

"I'm alright with that" Yue made sure the hell's cage was secure on his waist before opening it and letting the miasma pour forth from it.

"Ladies first."

*Since Taiyo's apparently at home, she drags herself out from under her bed where she'd been since coming home sometime the day before or whatever. She looks to the foot and head of the bed then looks away, staring at the floor.*

"Still not back..."

*Not even considering changing out of her current attire she leaves.*

"So what do you want us to do John?" Karasu asks.

Noct held out Lulu to Lilith so if she was scared she wouldn't show it by jumping off of her shoulder and scratch her.

"Meow." -You're going to be unhappy if I bite the hand of the scary, human like thing that I know wants to kill me, aren't you?-

"She is nice." Noct said.

"Meow." -I hate you all, and my vengeance will be swift and bloody.-

Lulu got petted.

Mortal handed Astarte her miasma cage, "You have to learn to fight while breathing in the miasma. Those are the conditions of hell, so get used to it."

*Still moping about, Taiyo begins heading in the direction of the infirmary. Staring at the ground, she's unaware of it.*

*With everyone gathered around the bed, Soi Fon abruptly sits up.*
