"How many quincy are still active here in Japan?" Karasu asks.

"So? I'm well off. I can pay for you." Noct replied.

Atae lets out a small breath, That was easier than expected.

Astarte bowed slightly to the three Arrancars as she was introduced. She was certainly not unaware of the two female Arrancar's apparent suspicion, but she showed no signs of caring.
Her attention was caught as Yue spoke, and she began sweeping her eyes up and down his body before fixing them on his own eyes.
"You want to train immediately?" She asked, accepting the cage from Mortal with a slight nod of recognition. "I was not too injured in my fight with Mortal, so I suppose it is reasonable."

Enkidu twisted his Cero-charged palm to face the girl's body and fired it.
He also dipped his shoulders and twisted his torso away from her blade so that her stab did nothing more than scratch him.

"Have you ever taken a cero directly to the body before?" Yue asked nonchalantly whilst waiting for Astarte to attack.

Astarte held the cage in one hand and kept the other free.
"Yes. Have you?"
By this time, there were two Astarte's standing motionless behind him.

"G.sonido won't work on me" he spun and delivered an open palm strike to both of them releasing a cero from each as he did.

"This is my power, I call it Bakufushi, Blast Knuckle. I was never good with Spanish so forgive me for using my native tongue to name my techniques. let's get started" he vanished only for eight Yue's to appear and attack Astarte, their fists and feet crackling with ceros.

The Astarte they attacked flickered slightly and three more appeared two dozen metres in the air above them all.
"Shouldn't we wait for the others to move away before we fight? Or move away ourselves?"

"Nope" Yue was behind her already launching a kick that released a sickle shaped cero blast.

"They'll manage. I doubt ether of us has anything that could harm them anyway and I'm purposefully being mindful of where I aim. Focus on the battle or you're gonna get splattered."

"Enough chit chat, get to fighting!" Mortal called out, before she reclined on the sand and looked at Aroma and Sab, "So, where did you guys head off to?"

"The soul reapers wanted to dissect Aroma's zanpakuto."

"And you went with her?"

"She wanted me to, and I was happy to keep her company."

"Glad to see you guys getting along," Mortal said with a smile, "So, how did everything go?"

The Astartes scattered, one of them being caught in the blast and hurled to the ground before disappearing.
Three of them reappeared the both sides of an behind Yue, slashing at him with their blades.
A fourth remained at a safe distance, watching Yue fight.

The blades sliced into "Yue" looking real enough before the Yue disappated revealing it was just a product of G.sonido.

Another Yue appeared to the side of the fourth Astarte releasing a round-house cero like before.

Astarte balled her fists and opened her mouth wide, launching a trio of Ballas into the oncoming Cero, minimizing the damage before disappearing entirely only to reappear a few dozen metres away without clones.
He seems to be a hand-to-hand combatant... He is capable of infusing Cero into his physical strikes as well. On top of that, he's very quick. My best bet should be to overwhelm him from a distance, or use my other power.

"Are you thinking you can take it easy just because I'm a fist fighter?" Yue grinned as the bindings unwound from his zanpakutou. The giant red fang of a blade too ridiculously huge to be handled by anyone but him.

"We're done with our warm up stretches now, its time to get serious. Enchain, Beastia Escarleta." Red chains with fangs on the end shot from his zan into his body before he became encased in a cocoon of chains that exploded revealing his release.

"Obscuridad Cobertor" Yue vanished again only this time his reiatsu vanished as well. Of course the more powerful arrancar could still probably sense him but someone on his own level... well for them his movements would be totally masked from here on out.

To accentuate this point he reappeared behind Astarte and tapped her shoulder only to vanish again before a wall of red bindings flew out of nowhere at her face threatening to engulf her in a sea of explosions.

"Noche Roja" his voice seemed off, distant, watery as if the air became like a liquid distorting it.

The moment Astarte lost track of his location, she had scattered her clones around, fifty metres away from each other. She had also changed her own location.
The Astarte he attacked was annihilated, and the other three let out quiet, tired sighs.
Again so soon... This side of myself...
Placing the cage down at her feet, Astarte flew into the air and took her Zanpakuto in both hands, cutting a new wound into her left hand.
"Cry, Amentia."
Once again, Astarte's skin, dress and hair turned completely white while her eyes switched from blue to a macabre blood red and her hands became black and clawed.
To finish the transformation, a pair of bat-wings burst from her back.

Within moments of her transformation, she had flown up further into the sky and was showering blasts of lightening down on every metre of Las Noches in an attempt to flush out her opponent. The blood-thirsty Astarte gave no thought to the well-being of their spectators.

She felt something press to her back.

"You're wasting too much energy with too flashy an attack" he then drove his elbow down toward's her shoulder.

Both wings immediately snapped backwards and unleashed a considerable amount of lightening into whatever was behind her.
Burn.

"Are you done throwing a temper tantrum?" his voice seemed to come from all directions.

"I thought I told you to cut out the chit chat!" Mortal hollered up at Yue from the mouth of her cave. Sab and Mortal had taken refuge from the lightning inside, dragging Aroma along with them.

"Quit hiding..." She growled before firing off two short bursts of lightening that burnt through the air all around her for twenty metres.
If only I could see him...
Her next move was to use all four of her speed clones and spread herself out in a very wide circle formation. She then began to focus on pinpointing his spiritual pressure while charging more lightening strikes in her fingers and wingtips.

"Astarte, let him come to you, then react swiftly when he attacks. React, don't overreact. When your opponent is faster than you, or hard to pin down, root yourself, and use all your senses to find him, then keep track of him. Once you have him, never let go of his scent, and attack as soon as the opportunity raises." Mortal advised, having never lost Yue it was a bit disheartening to see her flounder about, especially after remembering the sinner who made use of gargantas in ways that made something like mock invisibility seem petty by comparison.

Yue knew Mortal could still sense his presence but even in a calmed state he doubted Astarte could.

Time to check and mate for the day, the real Yue appeared finally and fired a cero down straight into the ground creating a blast of debris to add to the already present obscuring cloud from Astarte's wild strikes. With vision obscured he sonido'd behind her and held a cero powered hand against her neck in a chopping formation.

"Checkmate, this is your loss for the day. We'll continue tomorrow."

Mortal let out a small sigh, she had thought Astarte would win. Still, the fight gave Mortal some data about the two of them. She fought Astarte, so she knew her power level, or about it. Having not fought Yue it was good to have this fight to be able to gauge his strength in a practical way.

*When she asked how everything went, Aroma showed Mortal her gloves.*
