God Yet Lives

*Kite's blasted away at the same time that his bladerang, having followed Iris, flies into his left side.*

*Senthose buries himself in the sand again.*

*Soon after she retreats, she lunges, grabbing for his throat. Her vision starts to go dark.*

"Oh, crap..."

Mortal yawned a bit to pop her ears, "So, you can yell loud too?" She then looked up, "Fire too? I'm going to enjoy killing you." Without putting up hand, she formed scales to take the fire balls. She then began to beat the shit out of the sand in front of her, recreating the action were a pair of dragon fists, aiming at Enkidu's head.

Noctis shrugged, "I'm sure Euryale can take care of that, what with her being able to control the rocks."

"How dare you interfere!" Enkidu boomed, swinging his axe into one of the dragon's hands and generating a flame sword that stabbed into the other. "You will pay the price of your rudeness!"
While blocking the fists with his weapons, he looked down at Mortal and breathed a great ball of flame at her.

*Iris doesn't have enough time to do anything about it, thus is forced to take the hit. It flies into his side as blood flies out. He manages to ignore the pain long enough to pull it out, but collapses to one knee afterwards. He holds onto his side as blood flows down.*

Iris: <Heh... I think I may have underestimated you.>

"Gran Lagarto Cero motherfucker." With seemingly no charge time a dragon head appeared directly over Enkidu, and shot out a Gran Lagarto cero. She then put her arms out in front of her to take the brunt of the fire, which didn't really do much damage anyway. Thanks to her Aliento de Fuego she had a kind of... elemental affinity for fire.

"Wait, how did you do that?"

"Like it, its new. I realized that I could hide the charge by keeping the dragon hidden, I just can't rugido since, well, that'd be telling."

"Any other tricks?"

"A few, I meant to save them for Keter, but this guy is a fun warm up."

*Meanwhile, Senthose pops up & stabs him in the foot. He removes the blade & takes several leaps back, tossing the blood off of it.*

S"That's better. Now that you've breathed some of it in, I can cut directly into your bloodstream. Which means...."

*Black liquid starts dropping off of the blade.*

S"I can begin working towards a lethal dose."

L"That kind of looks like wood to me."

Noct let out a sigh, "Then we'll have to go to the store and fix it that way."

Mortal didn't relent, or give Enkidu time to come up with a witty one liner, instead, launching another volley of dragon punches Enkidu.

When Enkidu was stabbed, his foot spewed out several streams of lava into Senthose.
Meanwhile, Enkidu had tanked the Cero with minor burns and let out another roar, forcing everything away from him before flying upwards again and lashing out at the lightning barrier with his flaming sword.
Anybody watching closely would notice that his halo had dimmed slightly.

*Unfortunately for Senthose, his lightning was also started to taper, & Enkidu easily managed to slice a hole in it.*

"I do believe he killed my other sword. In retrospect, I probably should have used the broken one."

*He burrows into the sand again.*

E"Breakfast is ready!"

*When Taiyo's vision completely darkens, she comes to in a basement. The staircase is smashed, the door above locked & boarded up. This is all hard to see because the lightbulb is smashed to pieces on the floor. The only light is coming from a door with a bunch of broken chains lying beside it. Taiyo can vaguely see the outlines of what was once a heart on the door, but a huge gash has been ripped out of it & bright, crimson light is shining out, making the damp basement look as though it's coated in blood.*

Enkidu blasted through the hole and hauled himself into the open. He landed on his side and easily rolled up onto his feet before sprinkling his candle flames all around the edge of the hole and backing away.

*Taiyo takes a deep breath and draws her sword.*

[I can do this. No one else is going to get hurt becuse of me.]

*She takes another deep breath.*

"Where are you, you bitch!"

"Yeah" Yue closed his eyes.

OOC: For Astarte. Aliento rugir del fuego del Gran lagarto cero: Aliento de Fuego part, her sword is covered in flames, Rugido part, it is vibrating at high speeds making it more or less a chainsaw, Gran Lagarto Cero, think the black Getsuga, before it leaves the sword.

Mortal appeared beside him after releasing to her second form literally instantly, thanks to Sab, and aimed to cleave him in half with her Aliento rugir del fuego del Gran lagarto cero. Should he decide that moving was his best option of living he'd realize that his legs were wrapped in scales, "Think you can tank MY attack?! Welcome to die, mother fucker!"

"Awesome, time to eat." Noct said, going to eat.

*Senthose bursts out of the side of the hole. Once airborne, he puts his hands together & fires another Cero Oscuras at Enkidu.*

"'Welcome to die'? Is conjugation too complicated for you?"

*A sharp slap comes across Taiyo's face as her white alter ego steps into view. At first she scowels & yells, then her voice softens as she puts on a sickly-warm smile.*

<DO NOT talk down to me like that...it's not very ladylike.>

L"What the Hell is this? Bread slathered in gravy?"

"Truth hurt?"

*Taiyo slashes at the Hollow.*

Sab replied, "It is from a video game. We passed an arcade in the world of the living a few months ago and I said it would be funny if someone said that before killing someone. It is sweet, in a weird way that she remembered."

"It is called French Toast, it is good, try it."

Enkidu's halo dimmed considerably and he exploded into his loudest yell yet. The majority of the scales were torn off and the attacks did not touch him.
After the huge exertion of power, Enkidu stumbled away from his two foes, his flame sword dissipating.
"You.. bastards!" He yelled in-between ragged breaths. "At least.. let's finish this one on one.. either of you?!"

Astarte lay down on her side and fell into a light sleep.

*She takes a bite while Euryale is over there talking to fairies or whatever.*

L"...That is good."

S"That is a ridiculous, unbelievable, & incredibly forced hand wave. Just admit she's stupid."

*Senthose shoots a lightning spear through his throat. After that, his halo disappears & he reverts to his first resurrecion.*

S"I'd tell you about how blocking an enemy's signature attack can be dangerous, but you won't need the advice where you're going. For that matter...where ARE you going? We can't risk you getting sent to Hell, now can we?"

*Taiyo's Hollow blocks by unsheathing her own sword, then slaps her across the face again.*

<I'm going to teach you your place, & for my sake, I hope you learn as slowly as you usually do.>

OOC: I think she doesn't hold a grudge.

Mortal licked her lips, "I do believe I know exactly what to do with him." She said, grinning, and bearing her teeth.

"No, no, it is true."

"I'm glad you enjoy it."

Enkidu fell to his hands and knees, his chest heaving.
"Just finish me, you pieces of shit!" Enkidu barked. "Don't drag it out!"

"Oooooooh no, I'm dragging this out." Mortal said.

*Taiyo tilts her blade so she's holding it, horizontally scraping it against the Hollow's in the process.*

"Hadō #32! Ōkasen!"

*From her blade she fires a blast of yellow energy at the Hollow.*

*A spark escapes from her fist & the blast explodes in Taiyo's face, sending her into a wall. The Hollow starts laughing at her.*
