Homecoming

"Yeah, really good," Astarte nodded.

<It'll be hard to get back in the swing of things. It's so nice to get to eat stuff other than spam and beans.>

"I haven't really eaten much since then," Astarte replied. "When I got home I just showered and went to bed... I had some breakfast though... It was good."

<I ate last night, but I've only had a donut today. Maybe the bar will have some food.>

*He smiles*

"I guess," Astarte replied. I assume that about now they reached the bar, and after glancing over her shoulder at the campus behind them, she entered.

*Cameron enters behind her*

<Where should we sit?>

Astarte moved to the bar and took a seat next to Noctis. She got a black russian.

*Cameron sits down on the other side of Astarte, then looks at the menu*

<Um, what would you recommend? I don't really drink often.>

"You could try what I'm having," Astarte suggested. "Or you could just get a beer or something."

<I'll try a black Russian then. Time to be adventurous!>

*Cameron orders that, then turns to Astarte*

<So, what do you do in your spare time?>

Astarte shrugged, "Just little things like drawing, reading, music and stuff... Nothing too special. And yourself?"

<I like to play video games, watch movies, go adventuring in new places. What do you like to read?>

Taiyo: "All right. Bye."

Presumably after Euryale's farewell, Taiyo hangs up.

"Generally fiction, sometimes fantasy kind of things," Astarte answered, looking at the surface of the bar as she spoke.

"Forensics is alright. It can get pretty gross, though."

"Alright. I was thinking of scrambling an egg & having it on a salad. What would you like?"

"Well, I gotta leave for class."

*Euryale begins putting her pants back on.*

*The dorm building is pretty much on the opposite side of campus as the administration building. Surrounded by a large parking lot, it's a simple white building several stories high. Each dorm room, of course, has a window.*

Taiyo leaves, going to Creative Writing.

"I can imagine," Noct said, "You need to look over a bunch of cases for law, which you probably know, and some of the violent cases can get pretty intense." Noct then ventured a look to the girl sitting besides her and noticed she was having a black russian, and decided she might get that next, having already finished her white russian. "I'll have what she's having," She said.

"That sound lovely, I'll have that too," Sab said.

"Later," Mortal said.

"Yea, it was nice to meet you," Gabe added. "Oh, we've got to get to class soon."

Mortal looked at the clock then nodded, "Oh yea."

Astarte glanced over at the woman next to her before looking back to the bar and speaking to Cameron again, "What kind of movies do you watch?"

*That is also in the arts building, the one with the hydrangeas in front.*

"Okay."

*She pushes the button for the elevator. Because a lot of classes just got out, they end up waiting for a while.*

"So, are you going to introduce me to this boy?"

*Senthose is only about halfway done with his pina colada. He has the umbrella in 2 of his fingers.*

"What boy? Oh, I suppose if you want," Sab said, "He seemed nice. Maybe we could hang out."

"Not a drinker?" Noct asked, taking a sip of her drink.

*Eve hurries up to her door and unlocks it, holding her breath*

<I suppose I should too. It was really ice to see you again Euryale, and to meet you, Mortal and Gabe,. We should hang out sometime.>

<Fantasy is amazing. As for movies, I generally like a pretty wild variety. Like a few weeks ago, my sister and I watched a bunch of old disney princess movies for fun.>

"That sounds nice, I guess," Astarte said, swirling her drink around in the glass for a moment before downing some.

"Not especially, no."

"Sure, it's always nice to make new friends."

*The elevator opens for them.*

*Eve sighs, enters her dorm room, and changes into a sky blue button up shirt, with darker blue pants. She then grabs her textbooks, and heads to a physics class*

"I suppose, I'll mention it to the others," Astarte replied before downing some more. She put her glass down on the bar and started running her index finger around the rim. She spoke again. "Did you... I don't know, have any bad dreams when you got home?"
