Homecoming

*Cameron stops, and holds out his hand, his face flushing*

*He holds out the box of chocolate*

*They meet back up in the living room*

Monu:<We'll need to tell the others about this.>

*He takes the paper, and slides it into a folder before exiting the house, Tirea on his heels. They then head back up to the campus*

<I'm not sure what else we can do.>

"Hope you didn't beat him up too badly," Sab said with a small giggle as Mortal handed her a drink. She then frowned, "Uh, are you alright... oh... uh, Cameron!" She forgot that she was asking a question, and was simply happy to have remembered his name.

Azuma: "Someone could wait here while the others are off doing something or other."

"I'm expected home pretty soon after, I think," Astarte said, feeling kind of lame. When Cameron extended the box of chocolate, she also turned pink and looked from him to the box and back with a gentle smile. "Oh... thanks, that's so nice of you."
She accepted it and gave him a quick hug.

Noct remains undeterred in the face of an immediate rival, whereas Sab realizes she just didn't read the mood properly, and gives off a quiet 'oh' before unscrewing the cap of her water and downing some while looking back to a bunch of chicks running in circles.

"That's a shame," Noct said, "We were going to hang out at the bar after this was done." Noct took her seat, "If you're curfew isn't that strict, maybe you can stop by. I'd like to hang out with you a bit more."

*Cameron returns the hug, turning slightly redder*

<I wasn't sure what you liked, so I went for assorted chocolate.>

"It's lovely, really, thanks," Astarte said, looking at the box which she placed on her lap. She looked up at Noctis. "I don't know, I'll see if I can stop by with you guys."
She slipped her phone out of her pocket and messaged her father.

<Could I come along too?>

*Cameron feels very leftout*

*Senthose watches Noctis. Silently judging her.*

R"Well, you can still go if you want to."

*Thiera glares at him.*

R"What did I say? I mean, I don't want something to happen, but I can't just forbid you to go."

*As the campus buildings come into sight, it becomes apparent that they don't know where the others are.*

Noticing the cell phone, Noct says, "Well, don't feel pressured. The bar isn't going anywhere, so we can always go some other time. Let's exchange numbers so we can keep in touch." She then looked over at Cameron and gave him a quick, "Sure, as I said before, group event."

Mortal joins in the silent judging. Sab is still looking at bitches running in circles.

<Sounds great, thanks.>

*They start checking places like the library*

Azuma: "I don't care for a track meet."

"Oh, sure," Astarte said. She gave her the number a moment before she got a reply from Sidon that said, Sure. You don't really have to ask me but thanks for letting me know.
"Well, it should be fine for me to go tonight anyway."

*There is no one in the lobby of the library. There is a staircase & an elevator nearby, as well as 3 hallways that go deeper into the ground floor.*

T"Well, we still don't know whether or not something happened to Vanessa. I guess it might be worth a shot to contact campus security, at least voice our concern."

*It's looking very likely that Gabe is going to win.*

Tirea:<Should we check around here?>

Monu:<I suppose.>

*They head down one of the three hallways*

*Cameron looks around for Astarte's hand, then holds out his*

<We might as well. They already think we're insane.>

Azuma: "So are we heading back to campus?"

Noct sees Cameron hold out his hand, and holds out her phone to Astarte, "Here, add yourself in my phone, and I'll add myself to yours."

Sab is getting excited, and is squeezing Aroma's hand, though in a Sab grip, so not that strong.

Mortal also decides to look back to see what was going on, and cheered on Gabe when she noticed.

"Oh, okay," Astarte was distracted from Cameron's hand and exchanged her phone. She added her number to it.

Noct smiled to herself a bit, and added herself in her contacts. She handed back the phone with a broader smile, "I put myself in as 'Noctis T.' on the off chance you know another."

R"Yeah, alright."

*Roatha stands up.*

N"I'm just going to stay here."

T"I don't think that's such a good idea. It's dangerous to be alone right now."

N"I don't need a babysitter."

*Aroma is also not that strong, so she's staring at her hand in shock & horror.*

A"Ow. Ow. Ow."

*Gabe crosses the finish line. Everyone cheers at Aroma's suffering.*

*Just assuming they went to the right, they come to a partitioned computer lab, with desks randomly arranged around the walls. Most of the lights are off, but there must be at least a few people in here, evidenced by clicking & typing noises.*

Azuma: "Okay then."

The two begin to head for the door. Taiyo stands by Euryale.

Sab cheers too, then notices Aroma, and stops, "Oh, I'm so sorry! Are you alright?"

Mortal looks at them a bit worried, "What happened."

"I was squeezing her hand too hard."

"But... your tightest grip couldn't bruise a banana..."

Gabe slows down, and tries to catch her breath while also being incredibly pleased that she came through for everyone.

"Oh, thanks," Astarte said, taking back her phone and passing back Noct's. "I just put myself down as 'Astarte'... I didn't think you would know another."
She smiled as everyone cheered.

*Euryale takes Taiyo's hand & they start walking back up to campus.*

*She rubs her hand, then catches what Mortal says about the banana, looks up at her, & then stares at her own feet.*

And so they go back to campus.
