Mortal pats Aroma's shoulder, "Don't feel bad, it was a pretty strong banana, actually."

Noct flicks around her little cat charm, and smiled, "You're right, I don't. I guess I just like to make sure."

*Eve follows the others back to the campus*

*They do a quick sweep of the room to see if anyone from the trip is there*

*Cameron lots a little put down, but holds out his hand again once Astarte is done with the phone number exchange*

*It's difficult to see, because it's so dark, but as they move around the partitions, the silhouettes they see aren't immediately recognizable.*

"The safety building is all the way down at the end of this."

*Eve nods and heads down the path*

*They exit and head up the stairs*

Azuma looks at this creepy wooded path.

Azuma: "I bet it is."

Taiyo: "Kind of creepy, isn't it?"

E"Yeah, I'm not sure why it's so remote. But at least it's day time. Imagine if you had to get away with someone at night."

*As they're walking along the path, they might note that, in addition to it being very long, it also has few lights & doesn't branch off into side paths. If there are any buildings nearby, they are far enough away that the clusters of trees block them from view.*

*This stairwell, like others, is dimly lit, the stairs stretching down to the basement, & up for at least 5 stories. Either way, they reach a steel, windowless door to the next floor relatively quickly.*

*Eve hangs back to stay with the others*

*Tirea opens the door and they head inside*

Astarte looked at Cameron's hand, hesitated and extended her own, though she wasn't sure what he was doing.

Taiyo: "I don't want to think about it."

Azuma: "What are you afraid of? I have to come back by myself!"

Mimiru punches Azuma in the shoulder.

E"Well, I guess we could just call, instead of making this long trip."

*The second floor has a small hallway leading to the stacks on one side, & a study room on the other. According to the map on the wall, the study room is an open space with a few couches & several rows of work tables.*

Azuma: "Doesn't really matter. It's spooky, all right, but what's going to happen in broad daylight?"

There wasn't really anything Noct could do to keep them from holding hands, so she just let that play out, betting against Cameron's ability to maintain the physical contact without things becoming awkward. She turned her attention back to the field.

Mortal smiled back, then looked towards the track, "Enjoying yourself, Senthose?"

Astarte held hands, a little awkwardly.

Grimm, back at the church, was inspecting the pews for any more defacing images.

*There aren't any.*

"I was wondering where your friend got her jacket. Say, is...Gabriel ever going to rejoin you?"

"I don't know, you guys just seemed to not want to go."

Azuma: "Would you go down a creepy wooded path? It's a little late now seeing how we should be almost there."

"Which friend, and which jacket?" Mortal asked.

Noct looked down and said, "I got mine from some boutique in Frankfurt, or was it Munich? Anyway, Gabe should be here any second-- Speak of the devil."

Gabe climbed a few stairs and was among her friends, wearing a track suit with white sneakers, and the jacket unzipped. Her hair was still slightly wet, evidence of the post game shower that probably delayed her return, "Hey, what's up you guys?"

"Hey, Gabe," Sab said, "Good show out there."

"Thanks!"

OOC: Because people don't stop walking when they talk about where to go, apparently.

*They come to a staircase that leads to a blue building, most of which is windows. The campus police can be seen working inside.*

*Senthose merely watches the proceedings.*

*Cameron smiles as he holds Astarte's hand*

*Eve heads up the stair case and enters the building*

*They head to the study room*

"Yea, but my knees are fine right now. Sore as hell, but that injury is behind me I think," Gabe said with a smile.

"Gabe injured her ACL a year ago," Mortal informed Senthose, "Oh, and this is Gabe by the way. And this is Senthose. We met at the bar a few days ago, remember?"

"Yea, you're the one who didn't remember him," Gabe said, before turning to Senthose and extending a hand in greeting, "Hello, nice to meet you." She then looked at Astarte and Cameron, "Oh, hi, thanks. I'm afraid you're new to me. I'm Gabriel, nice to meet you."

<I'm Cameron, and this is Astarte.>

*Cameron blushes when he nods at Astarte*

"Hey," Astarte said.

Grimm went and made himself some tea, hoping to calm down his last twitches of rage resulting from Roatha's wild accusations.

*Euryale, Thiera, & Roatha follow, like bosses.*

Gabe smiled, "So, this is a bigger group than usual. And here I thought we were all socially awkward."

"Don't count your chickens before they hatch," Noct said with a small chuckle.

Mortal took a few steps off the bleachers, "So, are we going to head out, or what?"

*Cameron looks at Astarte and shrugs*
