Assemble

Jin seemed to twitch slightly on one side of her face, but tried to cover it by quickly rubbing at her cheek and smiling, "Well, that's one way to put it."

The line up extends a little ways down the stairs. They can see the traffic light changing from green to red telling people to either go or wait although some people go regardless of color making the line up go quicker.

There's some bulletins on the wall regarding how one should go down the waterslide, waiting for the light to turn green, and mkst disappointingly to go one at a time.

Spring: "It went well enough. Hopefully no feelings were hurt. And I'm certain those two would make a cuter couple."

Guy: "Nothing weird happens during the day. As far as either of us know at least."

T"Really? That explains why Aroma's been acting so embarrassed. She was quite convinced that you were coming onto her. And, since the cat's out of the bag, I guess I might as well tell Ven that she wanted to break things off because she was getting more involved with Taiyo."

V"So she broke up with someone who wasn't going to date her in the first place?"

*Ven tries hard to suppress her amusement at this.*

T"Yes, well, we're glad you took the surprise so well. Aroma's had some bad experiences in the past. That's why she sometimes has trouble expressing herself."

*As they're in line, Aroma starts wringing her hands.*

"Um, I want you to know...when I talked with Spring, I...said I couldn't be with her...that there was someone else...so...that's what that was about...."

*She blushes, & looks down.*

Taiyo: "Oh...um...well, thank you? Or...sorry, I'm not very good with words."

As they move up in the line, they get looks of shock from people who may or may not have seen a lesbian let alone two and some who think the scene is adorable.

Spring: "Oh my. Do I really come off like that? Either way, I really hope things work out for those two. Perhaps Taiyo can help Aroma open up a bit."

Cameron:<And during the night?>

T"Come off like what? I'm afraid I don't understand the question."

V"Oh, I'm sure they'll open up to each other quite a bit."

*Ven begins raising her eyebrows again.*

T"Please stop doing that."

A"Sorry, it's just...I thought you'd want to know. Make sure that I'm not...y'know...."

*She looks around, frowning, not realizing that people could hear her.*

"Some guy told me Tyranno Boys or whatever roll up in this place sometimes," Jin said. "Ever see anything like that?"

Spring: "Flirtatious."

Taiyo: "It's okay."

Eventually they're next up. Destined to go down alone because them's the rules.

Guy: "We don't come around here at night. Too many weirdos."

One guy wearing black track pants and a white t-shirt speaks up.

Track Pants: "Not like the day is the exception. Besides, nights are for parties. Like tonight for example."

"Something big tonight?" Jin asked, tilting her head slightly to the side and absently moving a step towards the guys and away from Cameron.

*Aroma waves to send Taiyo off.*

A"Have fun."

T"Well, from what I was told, you were basically snuggling under an umbrella."

*Cameron heads back to grab Eve, pulling her towards Jin*

Cameron:<What kind of party?>

Spring: "It was raining, I had an umbrella, and she did not. So I shared it. It was a tight fit."

Taiyo slides down, a few seconds later when she's out of sight, the light turns green again for Aroma to go.

Guy: "A house party."

*Aroma goes down a slide.*

T"Well, if you say so."

V"That does sound like a come on. Think of it this way, if it were you & some guy tried to squeeze under his umbrella with you, what would you think?"

Taiyo is waiting for her at the bottom.

Taiyo: "You want to go again?"

Spring: "That depends on his words and next course of action. Asking if one lives on or off campus isn't coming on to someone."

Guy: "If you're interested it's at--"

He says the address, the other two look at him like he did something horrible.

V"Oh, so you wanted to know where she lived?"

*Ven does that thing with her eyebrows again. Thiera turns & watches, frowning.*

Cameron:<Are we allowed to come?>

Taiyo takes Aroma's hand and leads her around to the staircase back up to the waterslide.

Taiyo: "You want to go together this time?"

Spring: "It was raining quite dreadfully and the city gets pretty bad at night. I wouldn't want something bad to happen to someone I had just met."

Guy: "I don't care. If anyone says something if you go, just tell them Guy Montag invited you."

"But...aren't we not allowed...?"

T"Well, then...now that we've got all of that straightened out--"

*Ven snickers.*

T"Is swimming here the only thing you do for fun, or do you have other hobbies?"

"Yeah, maybe," Jin said, shifting her weight to her back foot and glancing sideways at Cameron and Eve. "Well, we might keep looking around and shit now. Later."

Cameron:<Yeah, nice to meet you.>

*He heads deeper into the area. Eve follows*

Taiyo: "It'd be more fun if we went down together."

Spring: "I quite enjoy skating. Due to school I haven't had a lot of time to dedicate myself to many hobbies."

They're getting closer to the factory. Old dirty bits of caution tape still hang around. Broken glass litters the ground closest to the main building, plenty of garbage litters the outside grounds, and old signs are still barely hanging on regarding trespassing, the area being under video survelliance, and employee parking.

T"I can sympathize. Aroma & I have become a lot busier since we've entered college."

*Ven fidgets uncomfortably.*

"I don't know...what if we get in trouble? Or hurt?"

Jin picked her way along with them, taking care of sharp objects that might be littered about, "So, we know there's something going on tonight. Guess we should have a look and see if there's gonna be any dominoes there."

Taiyo: "I won't let you get hurt. I promise."

Taiyo steps up to the entrance of the waterslides first tunnel, holding her hand out to Aroma.

Spring looks at Ven.

Spring: "Is something wrong? If you don't mind me asking."

Cameron:<Looks like it.>

Eve:<We'll have to be careful not to split up.>

Cameron:<Scared of going to a party?>

*Eve looks away and keeps walking*
