Taiyo: "It'll probably still be awhile before any of us get to do something."

He goes and recounts his meeting with BANTYOLeomon and about setting up a meeting with it.

"What, just because I got beat up? I really am better now, I don't know how I recovered so fast, but I don't have a trace of brain damage or muscle atrophy."

*Gevurah gets up & starts walking. He exits the tent & walks through the compound, passing a large set of picnic tables where soldiers are eating, an obstacle course made of barbed wire & wooden posts, & finally arrives at a fridge-looking device, grumbling all the way. He opens the door, & Lunamon can see a MetalKoromon, a Motimon, & Tsunomon, all bound & gagged like her. Though they're all an odd shade of blue, they do show some signs of movement.*

Senthose<You're probably wondering what I mean by "the cooler." Well, in our experiments, we found that there was an optimal temperature at which most Digimon could survive, but could hardly move, & certainly couldn't attack.>

Barbatos<What are you doing? You know she's not going to talk back.>

Senthose<Yeah, but I'm interested in seeing how much of these conversations she retains. We're still studying the effects of the Parasimon. Anyway-->

*He turns back to face Kylie, who can already barely remember what he just said.*

Senthose<This obviously doesn't hold true for arctic-type Digimon. We have a different method for them. In general, we store Digimon like this for experimentation purposes. Best results are with Digimon below what you refer to as the "Rookie" stage.>

Taiyo: "No, not because of that. The gate was damaged after we managed to get back from the Digital World."

Patamon: "So we have to meet them in a video game? That's dumb."

Azuma: "I didn't ask why that was the prefered method. I was more interested in hoping there was a way to get Euryale back."

*Moonmon's eyes grow wide and she struggles some more*

Barbatos<Gladly. I've been curious to see what happens when you melt a Frigimon.>

*Barbatos starts walking to the exit.*

Taiyo: "Senthose happened."

*Cameron runs out the door, heading for Hypnos*

"What?! Shit, what did he do? He didn't hurt anyone, did he?"

*In addition to the freezing cold, Moonmon begins to develop an extreme pain in what might be called her stomach.*

*Everyone files out of the tent, leaving Kylie alone in a chair.*

Taiyo: "He shot Dr. Kurata, but he was wearing a bulletproof vest. Otherwise he just damaged the gate and left."

*Cameron gets out his ID and shows it to the guard*

Taiyo shakes her head, Euryale almost takes a twin tail to the face.

Taiyo: "I don't want to talk about that day. I just want to spend as much time with you as possible until we have to get back to work."

*Moonmon is ignored.*

*The guard actually takes him through the front door, for a change.*

*Cameron follows*

*Moonmon clamps her mouth shut, refusing to let herself scream again*

Taiyo puts an arm around Euryale and hugs her close.

Taiyo: "I love you, Euryale."

*Euryale puts the arm that isn't being used to hold Botamon around Taiyo, rubbing her back.*

"I love you too."

*The guard steps up to a desk.*

<He needs to see Professor Kurata.>

*He then points to Cameron & fucks right off. The desk lady heads back to a phone.*

*Cameron waits, tapping his foot impatiently*

Taiyo loves up to Euryale, looking up at her and inching her face closer to Euryale's, lips puckering up.

*Eventually, Kurata appears up seemingly out of nowhere.*

Kurata<Cameron? What is it?>

At some point, someone breaks off to breathe, Taiyo licks Euryale's lips and puts another arm around her and just cuddles.

<They took her.>

*Cameron falls to his knees, dropping Yokomon*

Kurata<What?>

<Kylie was kidnapped. She's gone...>

Taiyo: "Are you sure? You seemed kind of embarrassed at the hospital when I met your parents there."
