Episode Three: Beneath the Deep

*Dorumon & Guilmon of course drag Aroma down to the kitchen. Aroma is feeling a little rejected, & another hungry meal time watching the Digimon eat is not going to help her mood.*

*Euryale looks around the house for something a few bathing suits to wear as new undergarments.*

*Eve rolls over in her sleep*

Taiyo puts the bottoms of her bikini on and ties them up before going over to Euryale who is presumably looking through the drawer. She wraps her arms around Euryale's midsection and hugs her, chest pressed against her back.

Taiyo: "See anything you like?"

Azuma sits up, having gotten little sleep he shields his eyes from the sun and looks to the bed where Hitomi is awake and waiting.

Patamon: "You look horrible."

Azuma: "Nice to see you too."

*Since I guess it's morning, Eve wakes up gets out of bed. Terriermon wakes up as well*

Terriermon:<(Morning.>

*Kylie and Lunamon head down to their house's kitchen, followed by the half asleep Cameron and Biyomon*

*Roatha sits up & yawns.*

"Mn'n."

*Getting out of bed, he heads downstairs.*

"Uhhhhgh...what're we going to eat, ah'wonder?"

"I really like 'em plain. My favorite color is red, but black, blue, & orange aren't bad, either. I think those colors look best against my skin."

Taiyo: "I thought that heart pattern one looked really good on you."

In the drawer, there is red and blue. Not many of the bathing suits are plain, most of them having patterns.

Patamon: "In that case, feed me."

Azuma: "Go find the kitchen."

*Euryale grabs those 2.*

"I don't want to take that one, unless I can wash it first."

*Eve and Terriermon follow Roatha down to the kitchen*

*Assuming they find the kitchen, Cameron and Kylie start looking around for food*

Taiyo: "I guess that makes sense. There's probably a sink somewhere like in the bathroom."

Everyone who looks in the kitchen of their repsective abodes finds the same thing Aroma found upon her venture. Meat and DigiNoir.

Terriermon:<DigiNoir!>

*He runs over and grabs a few cans, passing one out to Eve and Roatha*

<you have to try it!>

*Terriermon opens his can and starts eating*

*Cameron tries to turn on the stove, while Kylie gathers DigiNoir cans*

"Hm."

*She heads off to look.*

"Yeah, I'm not eating some strange whatever that is. I'll stick with the meat."

*He preheats the oven & gets a pan ready.*

She finds a sink in the bathroom and a bathtub.

Meanwhile, Taiyo pinches a green with white flowers bathing suit and a blue bikini with white stars before she resumes getting dressed, stuffing her previous bathing suit in the bottom of her bag.

Cameron finds the stove does not work.

Azuma and Hitomi drag their asses to the kitchen, finding the same thing everyone else has.

Azuma: "What kind of meat is this?"

Patamon: "What do you mean? Meat is meat."

Azuma: "Is it beef, pork, dog, or what?"

Salamon growls at the mention of dog.

*She checks to see if the sink works, & looks for soap.*

Eve:<So you'll eat strange meat?>

*Eve trie some DigiNoir*

Cameron:<Nothing.>

Biyomon:<I got this.>

*He uses Double Fire on the meat*

The sink sputters a bit at first, but works. Beside the tap is a bottle of soap. Taiyo comes in backpack in one hand, shirt in the other.

Taiyo: "I'll be downstairs."

She gives Euryale a hug and a kiss on the cheek.

Downstairs Renamon looks at Aroma, a canister of DigiNoir in hand.

Renamon: "You really should eat something more."

She finds that it's edibible. An acquired taste that you probably have to be a Digimon to appreciate, but she's still able to see, so it can't be too bad.

Azuma: "The hell is this crap?"

Patamon: "DigiNoir. It's preety good and comes from trees."

Azuma: "That tells me nothing. First mystery meat and now mystery...whatever."

Patamon: "Stop complaining and try it."

And so he does and has a similar experience to Eve.

Azuma: "It's edible."

He holds the container out to Hitomi.

"Name me a meat that is toxic when cooked properly. You can't do it. Meanwhile, plants are practically made of poison. Just because you can eat it, doesn't mean it won't kill you, or give you horrible diarrhea that makes you wish it did."

*Roatha cooks some meat.*

"Thanks for your concern, but what can I do? I don't know if humans can properly digest that stuff."

"Alright, see you there."

*She sets to scrubbing the bathing suit with soap & water.*

*Eve crosses her arms*

<Do you know how to correctly cook meat? Also, what if you're eating a digimon? We haven't exactly seen any other life forms minus Zaref.>

Terriermon:<This stuff is safe to eat.>

*Lunamon grabs Biyomon's beak*

<Let's just eat Noir.>

*They start doing that*

And that's when Taiyo comes into the kitchen.

Taiyo: "Good...day, everyone."

Hitomi: "It's not very good."

Azuma: "Yeah, but it's not mystery meat."

"For Digimon, yeah. And yes, I know how to cook."

*He starts setting the table.*

"Good morning, Taiyo. Have a nice night?"

<It's a useful skill. I suppose I should take the time to learn someday.>

Kylie:<This stuff is...>

Lunamon:<Delicious?>

Cameron:<Not at all.>

Taiyo: "Wonderful. Was yours any good?"

And so after munching on Digimon snacks, the two exit the house where they see Wizardmon, Monzaemon, Zarek, and a Digimon that looks relatively familiar to them. Like a green Hyogamon.

Their D-Terminals vibrate and the Digimon's entry is brought up when it's opened.

Azuma: "Ogremon."

Ogremon: "Why the hell am I leading a bunch of kids through the forest? I should be on Server fighting with Leomon."

Zarek: "These two are needed here and I'm going to Overdell."

"It, uh, wasn't bad."

*As she looks around to Taiyo, she begins to blush, & lowers her eyes to Taiyo's feet.*

"A--ahm, little lonely...but Renamon was very friendly."

*Roatha is eating mystery meat.*

*Eve sits down across from him and continues eating her DigiNoir*

*Kylie, Cameron, and their partners exit their house as well*

Kylie:<Good morning!>

Taiyo tilts her head in confusion at Aroma's peculiar actions.

Taiyo: "Lonely? How come? You were with Renamon and the other Digimon, right?"

Azuma mumbles something. It could be a good morning or he could be cursing at her. It's hard to tell.

The [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] resides atop a plateau where it had been since sensing the death of Murmukusmon the night before. Around the plateau are rock monoliths bearing strange symbols that aside from two that resemble the Crests of Hope and Light are all alien to it.

It looks up to the sky which always seems to be cloudy in this one spot.

Gryphonmon: "Azulongmon, what was my relationship with Murmukusmon? We had never met face to face yet we always seemed to feel each others presence. At least until last night. Was there ever supposed to be a time that we would meet?"

The gryphon looks down and sighs.

Gryphonmon: "The four of you had left to defend against external threats, but what of internal? The Warrior Ten are almost gone entirely, one of your own having slain AncientSphinxmon, the Royal Knights are all dead, and the Olympians have been sealed away."

???: "Mayhap the world is coming to an end. Or perhaps they believe that this world doesn't need a group of great champions to stand against all threats. Sometimes we have to stand on our own two feet."

Gryphonmon bows to the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], a gesture they don't seem to appreciate.

AncientIrismon: "I insist you don't do that. There may have been a time when I would have appreciated that, but that time has passed. If anything, I should bow to you."

E"Renamon wouldn't room with me. As for Guilmon and Dorumon...well...it's just...oh, good morning, Euryale!"

*She waves to Euryale, who comes down the stairs wearing her original outfit, carrying a wet bathing suit.*

E"Hi, Aroma. Mornin'."

A"What's...?"

*She looks where Aroma is pointing, raising the bathing suit in her hand.*

E"Oh! I washed this, now I'm going to put it outside to dry."
