They're technical death metal. The aliencore name comes from the lyrical content being about aliens.

It's not like Dead Silence Hides My Cries referring to themselves as epiccore which means not a damn thing.

So it's basically a pointless distinction, and to ever actually name the genre in a way that would be helpful (which is the point of genre titles) you would call it technical death metal. If it's meant to be joke, it's okay I guess.
