*Artemis somehow smiles even more cockily at Tyler before turning to put her junk away. She then stands up, swinging the backpack over her shoulder & pushing her chair in. Turning, she strides evenly towards the door, opening it if Tyler hasn't already. She stops only briefly to flash her Trademark Rakshashi Smile at the class & give a single wave.*

"I'll see you guys later. Bye now."

*Once well out of earshot of Professor Douchebag, she leans over & whispers in Tyler's ear in a low, sultry voice.*

"(I'll meet your sister in secret. Whisper sweet nothings in her ear. Nibble it a bit. Just...like...this)"

*She clicks her teeth together. After a second, regardless of his response, she giggles.*

"(That's what I'll do.)"

June remained seated, "I didn't do anything wrong."

The girl thanks her and introduces herself as Laurel, I guess. Now as I don't want to B.S some disciplinary thing as a savage beating is wrongfully unacceptable, Artemis gets a pep talk about ignoring assholes, while Tyler and that asshole friend of Artemis's June both get detention.

Anywho, fast forward to that afternoon where costumed freaks generally do not do what costumed freaks do. As for the non-costumed freaks, I don't know. Probably dwell on how much they loathe their white privilege or something as it ain't like many of them work.

*Eve sits under a tree in her back yard. She gets out her phone and calls Aroma back*

In the office of Kyle Malkovich, he, Sun-Hi, and some mooks watch a repeat broadcast of a news report from earlier about the attacks on his labs.

Sun-Hi: "If it's any consolation, it was no one involved with the Black Mask that bested the Furious Five."

Malkovich: "Still gonna need a new name. Put the word out, two million for the head of anyone associated with the Black Mask. It's time they learn this is a contact sport. Find out where their guns, drugs, money, whatever is coming from and burn it down. One way or another, this freak will learn this is my city."

Sun-Hi: "Understood. Also the Outstando project will be finished in a few days."

Malkovich: "That'll step up the ground war. How many contacts do we have in Clanstein?"

Sun-Hi: "Enough. I will have a list of inmates and their abilities tomorrow."

*She keeps walking up.*

June began slowly increasing the moisture in the pits of Tyler's shirt; slowly enough that he wouldn't notice it gathering but would eventually think he had been sweating a lot. Meanwhile she whistled quietly.

Once again in the office of Kyle Malkovich, Malkovich is still very much pissed, but for a different reason this time around. Him and his crew watch live footage of several of his people being arrested.

Reporter: "This is the second meth lab raided by police with several arrests made today. We have District Attorney Harvey Zwei with us to offer some insight into the recent clampdown on organized crime."

Zwei: "The people of Manderlay need to know they can count on their public servants rather than vigilantes. Manderlay does not belong to the Russians, the Japanese, the Black Mask, Tyranno Boys or any other criminal group. Manderlay belongs to the people. Myself, Commissioner Morrison and the entirety of our men and women in uniform will not rest until the city of Manderlay is no longer a haven for criminals."

Malkovich: "It must be election time."

A mobster being escorted into a van spits on Zwei.

Mobster: "Blow it out your ass, Zwei. We own the cops, we own the city. We will tear you apart."

The camera lingers on Zwei, something inside him visibly snapping and he grabs the mobster by the collar, choking him.

Zwei: "Threaten me again and I will tear you open!"

Malkovich smirks as the image turns to Zwei regaining his sense and having no idea what happened while Morrison takes him aside.

Malkovich: "How many officers do we still have on the payroll?"

Sun-Hi: "Not as many this week as there were last week."

Malkovich: "Funny. I want information on Zwei. Everything from allergies to whether or not his vaccinations are up to date."

OOC: You would get sent to the office at my high school. JS.

*Amanda holds her position, but crosses her arms and looks up at Artemis*

*She straightens her legs before reaching down to grab her ankles*

Azuma: "They're pretty keen. Thinking of a name change. Something not so ridiculous."
