Golden Age: Revival

Mimiru:<Should we have attended that concert?>

"I wouldn't of. That guy was creepy. You want to give me a push?"

Mimiru:<You ask me this everytime, and my answer always stays the same. No.>

"I was unaware there was a sign posted that said 'No Fun Allowed'."

*Azuma begins his legs, the swing beginning to move.*

"I don't know yet. Haven't decided."

*He turns past the school & soon enters the park. As they approach where Azuma & Mimiru are, there's a rustle in the bushes & something falls out of a tree, hitting the ground with a soft "thunk."*

*Some twitchy guy in a trenchcoat & a hat knocks on his door next. He has pale skin with emaciated facial features & keeps looking to & fro at an alarmingly rapid rate.*

*Allina runs over to whatever fell down from the tree to see what it is*

*Ricky opens his door to find the stranger.*

"Either you're looking for a fix, or you're going to attempt a bust. Either way, come on in."

*He steps aside and much like a butler would, he holds out his hand and lets him in.*

*The two skid to a stop and hop of the swings going over to the bushes spotting Allina & Nero.*

"Now here's a pair I'd never imagine would be found skulking around a park on Valentine's Day."

"She followed me. She's like a lost puppy...is that a squirrel?"

*The object on the ground was made of solid stone, but it was, indeed, a squirrel. More rustling comes from the bushes & what looks like a snake with an overly large head slithers out of it. For some reason, Nero's first instinct is to kick dirt in its face.*

*He comes in & sits down on whatever's closest at hand.*

<So, whatcha got?>

Allina: <You made me follow you. You're like a creepy--Snake!!>

*She kicks at the snake*

*Ricky sat across from him.*

"That's not how this works...Whatcha looking for?"

"The hell kind of snake is that?"

Mimiru:<One I don't like.>

*Azuma kicks some more dirt at its face while Mimiru tries to go around and pounce on it.*

"Is that a woman's head?"

*Upon closer inspection, the head was bleeding profusely, but appeared to be a woman's with scales. The body was long & fat, with small arms & legs coming off of it. The snake was writhing & spitting, eyes screwed up & furious.*

"I don't like this thing. I vote we kill it."

<Fine. Give me that.>

*He points at the bag that Ricky has.*

"Agreed. There's enough scary things in this wretched country, it doesn't need anymore."

*Mimiru pounces on the thing and tries to shove its head into the ground. Azuma digs his knees into the snake things body to restrain it.*

Mimiru:<Blonde girl, you look like you're wearing boots. Stomp on this things head until you hear a crunch.>

Allina: <What!? Stop it!>

*She pushes Mimiru and Azuma while stretching her leg back to keep Nero away. This ends up making her look somewhat ridiculous.*

*The thing tries to bite her in the leg, but Nero kicks it away.*

"Now can we kill it?"

*Mimiru steps on it digging her heel into its neck. Azuma returns to planting his knees into its body to pin it.*

Mimiru:<Be my guest.>

"This? This is good stuff, I'll give ya a sample for ten bucks and then the bag for...three hundred."

*Ricky grabbed the bag and got his 'equipment' out for the sample. The whole time he had an annoying smirk on his face. He loved working with new product.*

Allina: <The bit--Kill it with fire! (Do you think it's a mutant?)>

<Man, do I LOOK like I have $300?>

"Call me crazy, but I think it's a Medusa. Also? Sounds like a plan."

*Nero pulls a lighter out of his coat pocket.*

OOC: Are these really the good guys?

Allina: <Didn't Medusas turn people into stone? I think I read that somewhere.>

*She tries to kick it into the bushes, covering her eyes with her right hand*

"That solves the mystery of the petrified squirrel."

*Mimiru puts more pressure on her heel that's digging into the things neck.*

Mimiru:<You want to just step on its head or something?>

*Nero has already lit it on fire.*

"Yeah, we'd better destroy the head. Just to make sure."

"Hey you came to me. Drugs ain't cheap."

Allina: <I don't wanna watch!>

*She turns around*

Mimiru:<The hell's her problem?>

*Mimiru takes her foot off the thing. Azuma stands up.*

"Not everyone is so 'It's strange and different! Kill it before it has a chance to make more.'"

<This is taking too long. Give me the "sample," then we'll talk.>

*He reaches into his pocket & produces a crisp 10-dollar bill, obviously aquired recently, probably stolen.*

"Hey, that's an important survival instinct."

*It's left twitching on the ground. For good measure, Nero smashes its head with a rock.*

"Okay. I'm entertained for the night. I think I'm gonna skip that guy's concert."

"He seems like the guy who won't take that well."

*Azuma rummages through the bushes for the petrified squirrel.*

"As morbid as it sounds, this'd look good on my mantle."
