RP Topic I Have No Clever Name For

Kujaku unsheaths his zanpakutou, "Disappear into the ephemeral night, Hanaakari" his blade is enveloped in light. After it subsides his zanpakutou has become much larger in size. It looks like it'd be heavy though something seems off with the blade. He swings it releasing blades of light at the spider.

"well since everyone else is doing it....[Torawarenai anata no shūhen no subete no jihi o kou] [Defy all of your surroundings and beg for mercy]"

His zanpakuto was dripping with black 'Stuff', as it changed into a scimitar shape.

*Illiad desperately tries to get out of the web, all the while trying to fend the spider off*

"Shinin no yōna hama tomi [Deathly incarceration]"
A white skull appears above Illiads head, counting down until his shikai runs out, the spider is somewhat paralyzed for the time being.

*Illiad slashes the web repeatedly*

*Kite's weapon cracks one of its teeth off as Kujaku's blades sink into its flesh. The bar receeds slightly. The blade clangs off the web, putting little gouges in it but not quite able to cut it.*

*Lilith wanders into the bathroom & pokes her head out a second later.*

L"Can you pour me a glass of orange juice?"

E"You sure it's strong enough for you?"

*Euryale speaks bitterly, but all the same, she pours some orange juice & Lilith comes out & takes it. She lifts a plastic container with a push pump & starts putting the liquid inside into the orange juice. Then she swirls the cup as though to mix the liquids.*

L"Is now."

E"Is that...is that hand sanitizer!?"

L"Yep."

E"So...umm...do you know of another Soul Reaper in town?"

L"No. There isn't one right now. Why else would I have come here?"

He swings again and releases many more light blades.

*He clenches his fist and the bladerang flies back, towards the Hollow's eyes*

Noctis was slightly dumbfounded by what she saw. "But... you, I mean I have real..." Noct shook her head and made her way over to the kitchen. "Yup, that's it, this day officially calls for some forgetting." Noct opened up her freezer and pulled out one of two bottles of Grey Goose. With a twist and pop the bottle was open. Noct gave the bottle a second to air out before putting the bottle to her lips, throwing her head back, and taking a long swig. "Ahh..." Noctis let out a small sigh as she sat down at one of the stools in front of the bar.

"So, my hand sanitizer drinking friend, what do you plan on doing here, and how long do you plan on staying?" Noct looked at the girl, then to her bottle, "On second thought, I don't care. Just don't make too much noise, the next time you decide to complain about rape you better be a second away from a scissor." Noct took another swig, "Oh, and, just for future reference, if you're going to use hygiene products to get drunk put mouth wash in the freezer, the only thing that won't freeze is the alcohol."

*illiad fired all three spells in quick succession towards his intended target*

"suck on that mother fucker"

*Illiad tries to move free*

*By this point, the spider's health bar is drained to almost nothing. Finally able to move, it looks up with the eyes that are still in tact.*

*A red Cero blasts it from behind, destroying it. Unfortunately, the web still remains. More unfortunately still, a female Arrancar is carefully climbing across one of the cords like some kind of freakish cat monster. She has dark skin, long red hair, red eyes, & thick red-bronze armor around her chest, legs, & arms. The latter 2 items end in clawed boots & gloves. Atop her head is a kind of sloping helmet with a hint of backward-raked horns while under the armor are black robes.*

???<Just my luck. I came here to eliminate stragglers from the army, now I'll get to kill & eat a bunch of Soul Reapers while I'm at it! You look young. The young ones are my favorite. I like to make a game of it...see how long before the will to live fades from their eyes.>

*Euryale drags Noctis aside & whispers in her ear.*

E"(Think about what she said for a minute. If there are no Soul Reapers in this town, then who or what was that guy we saw? I think maybe we should go see the others in the morning, but...what do we do about her?)"

*She looked at Lilith, who had just finished the rest of her imprompteu "drink"--she calls it the Catatonic Bomb--& in a few seconds, it becomes clear why as she drops out of her chair, fast asleep.*

E"Besides rolling her on her front, I mean."

Kujaku blinks a few times at the arrancar woman.

Noct stepped aside with Euryale and listened calmly. The thought didn't slip her mind, she began drinking to begin with due to the implications of that line. "You're right, I was content to just have a drink, go to sleep and hope that everything worked out when I woke up, but your plan may be a bit smarter than mine." Noct took another swig of her vodka before offering Euryale a drink.

Noctis leaned against the bar, eying the now sleeping Lilith, "What to do with her... first, hope that the hand sanitizer I have isn't isopropyl based, as it will lead to her agonizing death in a few minutes, second, we could always--" Noct was going to continue but Euryale cut her off, "Not sure what you mean by 'roll her on her front' but I'm nearly positive that you preempted my sex joke." Noct sighed and took out the sarcasm from her voice, "Honestly, I'm not sure. She seems to have fallen into our laps, we could restrain her, but even though you knocked her out I'm not comfortable to say that she won't be a bitch to deal with if properly motivated. Plus there is that whole hollow mask thing, I've never seen something like that before. I don't trust her, at least not fully, but she has not given us any reason to think she is out to harm us. In all honesty, she seems more lost and confused than anything else." Noct let out a sigh, "I would suggest we leave her here while we go off to meet up with the rest, but I don't trust her to stay put, that said, I don't know if I trust her enough to take her along with us... then again, maybe she knows a bit about what is going on with that guy, as well as the recent hollow rate. I mean, she is a soul reaper, she might know something we don't, and if she does it would be prudent to find out what it is."

Noct took another swig of the Grey Goose, "Then again, we could just tie her down and see how long it takes before she screams 'rape'... or you could go the full 9 yards and just rape her. Up to you really."

"Guys...I think that we're about to be attacked by some sort of cat-monkey thing with horns...I mean just look at how she's moving...We really don't have time to waste here so lets just get down to business"

*Illiad attempts to cut the web surrounding him*

"Damnit Ima need something a little stronger"

*Hadō #4. Byakurai in combination with Hadō #1. Shō"
*Illiad targets the strange newcomer and continues to hack through the web*

Kira opened his eyes, a little dazed.
"Damn it..."
He had bounced off the edge of the web and come to grief on a pointy rock. Now he stood up and looked at the web holding his comrades down.
"Abolishing Flame!" The purple wave of light tore through the middle of the web and dropped the lot of them down just below it.
He then saw the strange creature that had been climbing and instantly unsheathed his blade.
"Who are you, a hollow?!"

*She flips upside-down to avoid the Kido &, when the web is burned up, lands rather gracefully, holding up her gauntlets. She grabs empty hair, which suddenly materializes into a red ribbon from her gauntlet, strangely twisted & knotted. When she lets go, it disappears.*

???<A red spirit ribbon makes these Zanpakuto. And that warping effect is unique to Hollows. Me? I'm a little bit of both. I'm an Arrancar. And I'll tell you my name, if only so you have someone to pointlessly beg mercy from: I am Helen Barbatos. I don't need to know who any of you are.>

"When someone passes out drunk, you flip them over so they don't vomit & choke on it. But it's actually on the side. I forgot."

*She flips Lilith over, & after a second or two of thought, puts a chair on top of her torso so she can't roll either way.*

"If I were you, I'd be worried about her wrecking your house or raiding the fridge. Besides, do we even have anything that can hold her?"

Kira straightened up, "I am Kira Isaan... I will kill you, filth"
He shunpo'd to her left, swing upwards towards her shoulder with his zanpakuto and preparing his left hand to fire Kido as a follow up strike.

Kujaku lands gracefully as well and sighs, "This looks to be a pointless battle."

"why is it everyone wants to kill everyone else...Can't we just sit down and have some tea? I mean although you are a little strange you're still a female, and it's against my policy to hurt girls...However, you don't look to be the talking type, So I'll just get straight to the point. If you continue this, we will have no choice but to kill you."

*Illiad sits down and takes a break*

"I'll let you handle this one, she doesn't seem to be that strong, although it seems I always did have a knack for underestimating my opponents."

As Kira swung his blade upwards and extended his index finger on his left hand, he spoke quickly.
"Had you not come and threatened out operation you may still have lived"

Noct nodded, "Ahhh, now I know." Noct took another sip and smiled as Euryale turned Lilith over, "Aw, and here I thought you didn't like the little soul reaper." Noct stood up at that point, corked the bottle, and popped it back into the freezer. "I was kind of worried about that actually, but I can live with damages and her cleaning me out, my mom can restock my fridge in one phone call. What I'm more worried about is leaving this girl to her own devices and not having any way to keep an eye on her." Noct looked at the soul reaper, "Like I said before, she might know something about that guy from before, at the very least she might know something about the higher than usual hollow rate we've been having.

Plus I'm pretty sure it is against the rules of, umm, Soul Reaping to just converse with the living, get drunk, and crash in their house. Something is going on with this girl, add that to her weird mask and I can't help but be slightly intrigued." Noct thought for a second before continuing, "As for something that could hold her down, I would suggest your rocks, but I'm guessing she might have the ability to break them... My shadows could be a bit more... 'sticky', but to keep her restrained well I will at least have to use one eye, both depending on how far away we go. That amount of spiritual pressure would be a dead giveaway to whoever wants to find us, well me, but us through extension. Aside from that however, I don't see anyway to keep her put, maybe we could ask really politely."

E"Did you just suggest that I hold her down with my chest? Oh. No. You meant literal rocks. OH! You just gave me an idea! Wait right there."

*She leaves the apartment & comes back a minute or so later with a pebble. She squeezes it & a flash of light appears between her hands. She then holds some kind of powder underneath Lilith's nose.*

L"Ah! What the Hell? I'm tryin' to sleep, here!"

E"You know something about all of these Hollows, don't you! Answer me & things won't have to get prison yard real!"

L"Huh? Oh. Yeah, a little, I guess...haven't really put it all together yet. Is rape a problem in womens' prisons?"

*Euryale glares at her & without losing her threatening tone says, "You know, I'm not really sure."*

*She headbutts the blade with her mask remnants & Sonidos away, slashing Illiad's chest & firing a Cero out of her hand at Kujaku.*

Kujaku shunpo dodges the cero and reappears nimbly to the left of Helen before releasing a near point blank flurry of light blades at her.

"Oh now I'm pissed, you don't like it when I'm pissed, because...I get mad, and well you die...'

*Illiad raised his spiritual pressure to his limit, grabbed his zanpakuto and rushed like a pro*

*Illiad spammed Hadō #4. Byakurai all the while charging in*

Noct took a step forward. "So you do know something." Noct smiled, "Well, if you have not put it together yet I suggest that you start doing so now." Noct took a seat and added, "Oh, and to answer your question, it is a problem, from other inmates, but mostly from the staff."

OOC. Wow... I have not had a post that short in about 5 years.

OOC: I've been half-tempted to post in one-liners & see how well you coped with it.

L"Well, okay. There's this guy. He's a--you know what a Quincy is?"

E"No."

L"I hate telling stories. Give me a drink."

E"No."

L"Yes."

E"No."

L"Yes."

E"No."

L"Fine. Bitch. Anyway..."

*She gets up, grabbing the chair before it falls over, turning it to face them, & sitting down. She then clears her throat.*

L"Okay. Quincies were a group of humans that developed the ability to make bows out of Reishi. Spirit particles. They used their powers to kill Hollows, but it was causing problems, so the Head Captain ordered them--err--exterminated. That was about 200 years ago, so I'm not sure if I was even around back then. Just so we're clear."

E"Of course."

L"Anyway, this new Quincy shows up out of the blue. Calls himself Aamon & he's been experimenting on Hollows. He's responsible for my little dress up routine. But his servant claimed he wasn't involved, & that the Hollows were mobilizing under some King Barragon, for some kind of attack. But the thing is, she seemed to indicate that this was really out of character for him. Like he's the kind of King who just sits on his ass all day & counts his money, or something. The Soul Society seems to think that they will be the target of the attack."

*She shrugs.*

L"And that's everything I know. Oh, & Aamon turned himself into some kind of weird Quincy-Soul Reaper hybrid. Forgot that part."

*The Byakurai bounce off of her stomach & armor at odd angles, ripping the fabric of her robes.*

<Ha! You'll need something stronger than that to pierce my Hiero*!>

*She ignores the light blades sticking out of her in odd places, having pierced her skin about an inch deep.*

Kujaku moves in closer for some good old fashioned close quarters combat.

*Illiad stopped and pondered the situation for a quick second*

"I think that we need some sort of artillery...maybe a tank?...Let's see here...This...No...Maybe this?...No...OOOHHH THIS ONE!!!!"

*Illiad flipped through his kido booklet that he always carries with him, and made a quick note.*

"I hope you're ready. because I just picked out a nice spell...Although I'm not sure if I can use it without hurting myself, but I might as well try!"

* Hadō #58. Tenran! Hadō #54. Haien! Bakudō # 39. Enkosen! Illiad hid behind the shield he had just created to avoid any cero's and the fiery blast, while the tornado of fire flew towards his opponent.*
