RP Topic I Have No Clever Name For

OOC: Kite is Taegan's character & Australia is full of monsters.

*Kite dodge rolls the bird's attack, chuckling*

Kite: <It's a mad Ne--chicken!>

Noct looked at Euryale. "The decision is totally up to you. I mean, you honestly have free reign to cook the first thing that pops into your mind." She made a small gesture with her hand, "I mean, it can't be THAT hard to cook, then again I wouldn't know... I should learn to cook..." Noct finished trailing off.

Just then Noct's attention was drawn back to the soul reaper. Noct couldn't help but grin, the muscles in her legs and core tightening. "Shumpo huh? I've heard about it." Noct took pride in being the fastest person she knew, but now wasn't the time to lose her head over stray words. "Still, I don't think it would do you much good, so your 'orders' might just have to fall on deaf ears, besides, how do I know you're not just going to stab us in our sleep?"

After the back and forth that Euryale and the girl had Noct jumped in again, "I'd prefer to be the only one insulting my friend's intelligence. I'm also not liking the idea of giving you alcohol... then again, if you like sake you're more than welcome to it." Noct stopped talking for a second, becoming, in that very instant, acutely aware that they were talking about rape with a person that wasn't instantly visible to the naked eye. "Why don't we continue this conversation inside." Noct said in a lower tone. With that, Noct turned on her heels and began to walk back to her apartment.

"So, soul reaper, you want a place to stay? I'm okay with that, just a few questions." Noct said as she entered through the threshold of her apartment. "One, what is your name? Two, why do you need a place to crash? I always thought you soul reapers had some kind of safe house set up around town. Three, can you cook?" Noct asked as she sat back down on her couch. The tv showed a new round in the komodo dragon game. Dammit, missed it... Noct thought bitterly.

"Should we help him?"

*The sand underneath them explodes & they fall towards a 50 foot spider poised in a crater twice the size of Ayers Rock with an enormous smiley face on its back & a mask (with 8 eye holes) that vaguely looks like a cow's skull. There are massive cords of sticky web spiraling around it & they swear they can see a health bar hovering slightly over its head.*

*She shuts the door behind all of them.*

L"I drank sake when I was teething. My name is Lilith Psyche & I'll have you know that I'm an excellent cook. As for why I need a place to stay...well, I didn't want to do this, but I guess there's no harm in showing you...."

*Contrary to her words, there's an excited look in her face as she puts a hand to her face & makes a violent ripping motion, a Hollow mask grinning evily at them. She roars a split second before Euryale punches her in the face, shattering the mask & knocking her over the couch.*

E"...To be fair, she really should have given me a warning."

Noct sighed as Euryale said 'tacos'. "Tacos... I'm not a fan... I mean, I have no qualms eating your taco, but we have a guest now, unless she is in the mood for tacos too, then again I'm not sure if I'm up for tacos with such an ambiguous age..." Noctis sighed and deepened her scowl as if in thought. Noct was brought back to reality by the sound of Lilith's voice.

Turning her head back towards her, Noct listened quietly as she spoke. "Good, you can drink it now then, and leave the good liquor alone." Noct interjected as Lilith spoke about drinking sake when she was but a little girl. Noct was about to interject another snide remark about Lilith's cooking when she donned a hollow mask.

Without a second thought, and entirely more panicked than Noct would like to admit, Noct was standing up with gray eyes and a shadow blade in her hand. Before she could get a slice in, Lilith was already punched out by Euryale. "Well then..." Noct said blinking away her FullBring, "that was wholly unexpected." Noct walked over to Lilith's slumped over body. "Did you kill her?" Noct asked, poking the girl in the ribs. "So... if you kill someone who is already dead does it cancel out... I mean, she certainly doesn't look alive, no more than she did before, but there is that whole two negatives make a positive thing... wait... I'm nearly positive necrophilia can be worked into this if I try hard enough..."

Neo you aren't even trying anymore, are you?

Excuse me but you said it had a health bar. Not even the worst Bleach fillers stooped that low.

OOC: It's because of this demotivator that says that the spiders in Australia are so big they have their own health bars. Sometimes I like to liven things up, okay?

*Euryale grabs Lilith by the underarms, pulling her up, but then her eyes snap open & she flails out of her grasp, getting a chair & pointing it at her.*

L"It's happening already! Her lust for young, pure flesh is insatiable!"

*They fall into the Spider Hollow's web. Since I don't have a character to go Big Damn Hero with right now, they're on their own as it climbs towards them, opening its mouth to reveal hundreds of flashing mandibles dripping with acid.*

*His Zanpakuto grows longer as a second blade emerges from the bottom of the hilt opposite to the first one. It bends and becomes a lot wider, hilt and blades. He hurls it at the spider's mouth*

Noctis looked at the scene unfold with an air of casual amusement. She leaned against the couch and looked at Lilith, "Somethings insatiable..." Noct said, "'Pure' huh, so, you're from a race that lives for centuries and I can still sacrifice you to a volcano god? I wonder if its your natural charm, or your curves that does it." Noct shrugged and continued, "Doesn't really matter either way, just put the chair down." Noct finished motioning with her hand for Lilith to put the chair back where she found it.

As Euryale spoke up Noct shrugged, "Really, and here I find that she is starting to grow on me." She ruffled her hair and moved to go sit back on the couch, "Maybe if you stop hurting, and trying to rape the poor girl she might warm up to you. I mean honestly, so mean to a girl you just met... you should really work on those manners." Noct was finding it hard not to lace every word with a sardonic edge.
