Noctis sighed, "So I guess that means you want to help out... that sucks... I didn't really want to do anything."

Mortal raises an eyebrow at Soi Fon and smiles, "If you say so." As the missile is fired, Mortal launches Koma right into its path, then repeats everything she did to stop the blast before, only this time the blast is dulled thanks to Koma getting the brunt of the blast. This time, retaining all of her limbs, Mortal looks around, "Well, one down..."

*Having returned from thrashing Byakuya, Senthose incapacitates Soi Fon by punching her in the back of the head, because someone has to do it. Her Zanpakuto turns back into a short sword by her side.*

"That's good. I was worried she was going to make a run for it. I guess that big heavy tank-arm really slows her down. Let's see...all that's left is Hitsugaya, Tosen, Aizen, Gin, & of course, the Head Captain."

*Aamon arrives on the scene.*

Aamon<The R&D building is mine. Mayuri liquefied & took refuge in a stream. After detonating most of his staff in an attempt to take me out, of course. Really just made things easier.>

*They find the courtyard in front of the Squad 4 barracks completely deserted, save for 3 Captains: A short child like Captain with spikey white hair & a sword strapped to his back; a black man with tied back hair, a scarf, & a weird glass visor; & a man with fluffy brown hair & square-rimmed glasses. The black man steps forward, not opening his eyes.*

Tosen<So you are the invaders? Naturally, Captain Ichimaru is nowhere to be found.>

Aizen<Gin is currently engaged in a battle with an Arrancar.>

Tosen<But is it a necessary one?>

Aamon<How very rude of them to speak as though we aren't here. You 2 should teach them a lesson by killing them.>

*She scratches his face.*

*The ring vibrates & Mortal is assaulted by loud noises. As Hitsugaya unsheathes his Zanpakuto, Aamon points a finger at it & it's surrounded by a translucent shield.*

Aamon<Do not allow Glasses to release his ability. Our allies will arrive shortly.>

"Got it."

*One of Senthose's tentacles bursts out of the ground, swinging at Aizen, but Aizen parries it.*

OOC: ...Shit... what does Tousen's ability do?

*Having decided to go help Soi Fon and the others unlike his two companions, Kite decides to finally show himself and comes running out of nowhere up to Senthose, jabbing at his back.*

Kite: <Look who's here, bitches!>

Mortal hears the ringing and rubs her ears, "Well fuck, that kind of hurt." She said a bit nonchalantly, "Then again, I have an ability a lot like that one." As she finishes her sentence Mortal lets out a cry of Rugido at Tousen.

OOC: Senthose already took care of Soi Fon.

"Truly, your idiocy knows no bounds."

*One of Senthose's tendrils emerges from behind him & wraps around Kite's throat. As he tosses Kite roughly aside, 6 rods of light slam into his torso. Squinting his eyes, he sees that Aizen's finger is pointing at him, obscured by the guard of Kyoka Suigetsu.*

<Now then. "Carriage of Thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six!" Bakudo, 73, Tozansho.>

*As if the rods of light weren't enough, an inverted pyramid surrounds Senthose, cutting off all interaction with him. Facing off against Hitsugaya & Aizen, Aamon grins smugly...& then promptly disappears. Tosen reels slightly from the attack, the ring vibrating to counter it. He then takes a half step back, using the newfound leverage to push Mortal back.*

Aamon<It seems that your ally has been contained & your commander has abandoned you. Maybe now you realize the folly of your invasion?>

OOC: Is that "You have been abandoned" line actually said by Aizen, and aimed at Mortal, or have I missed something?

"Why do I feel like you're going to ask me for something, Mr. Hat n' Clogs?" Noct asked, still a bit annoyed by the fact that she wasn't going to have a lazy day.

Mortal is pushed back from Tousen's assault, and responds by trying to grind him into the ground with an overhead punch from her dragon.

*Yumichika goes limp, falling on Taiyo & convulsing.*

*The punch is blocked by Hitsugaya & Aizen. Tosen steps back & swings his sword in an arc.*

*A series of blades form in midair & fly towards Mortal, vibrating at a high speed. At the same time, a series of Garganta open behind Mortal & a much larger one opens in the air over the Soul Society. Aamon comes back on the scene, parrying attacks from Gin's dagger with a shield of Reitsu over his Zanpakuto.*

Aamon<Did you really think I'd have my reserve forces charge into Soul Society without their own reserve forces?>
