Golden Age: Revival

Luna just parks the car and gets out, demanding again, why it was following her.
"Why don't you just kill me now then? Huh? I may as well have died back with those other freaks.... show yourself!"

<Because that would have been dishonorable. I've always been here.>

*After a few seconds, she sees a movement. Somehow, there's a vaguely human outline sitting in the driver's seat, although she didn't see it until it turned off the ignition.*

*As a matter of fact, they have no idea, but Mimiru trips over something in the entrance that turns out to be a map. To get to the metal shop, they go in the same hall that led to the science department, take the last door on the right, & go down to the end of that hall.*

Luna sighed and put the gun to her head, "Are you a part of me? Or are you just a stalker weirdo?"

Allina: <How convenient! Now to find fuel.>

*Allina starts looking around.*

*There's no fuel there because they haven't moved yet.*

<What? Neither. Are you crazy? I'm night.>

*Allina follows the map and looks around for fuel.*

*Mimiru follows the map to the metalshop.*

"Stalker weirdo" Luna just feels like killing herself.

Yomi<If you say so.>

*The figure doesn't move, but she hears a strange singing in the distance behind her.*

*When they open the door, they find a cabinet with a few cases of blowtorch fuel. Soon afterwards, the room's light bulb explodes. In the dim lighting of the hallway, they see something move & hear a growl.*

"Would you mind shedding some light over here?"

*Mimiru goes about opening the case and removes two bottles.*

*Allina rubs her necklace gently and it starts glowing intensely. She backs away from the door.*

Allina: <I'm not scared!>

"...One question..." Luna peers at the shadows as though she can see her stalker, "How can you find me?"

<I was informed of my target. I can find anyone half a world away.>

*The light illuminates what looks like a panther with glowing eyes & 2 swishing tails. Its claws are covered with blood & are about the size of the prints they saw back in the apartment.*

"How can you track me?"

"Oh, that's nice."

*Mimiru hands Allina the butane bottles then quickly glances around the room for anything that could probably be used to bludgeon the monster should it attack.*

*There's really nothing in the room besides tables, stools, & a few empty blowtorches. The monster opens its mouth & shoots a goddamn fireball at them.*

"Then just do what you want to do... but before you do, please tell me who send you..." Luna cocks her pistol, "and why they did."

*Allina shrieks and dives out of the fireball's way.*

Allina: <Why did it have to spit fire when we're carrying goddamn fuel?!>

*She hides the bottles behind a few stools and stands in between them and the panther.*

Allina: <This would be a great time to hit it. You go first.>

[That's the panther that...]

*She glances at her necklace sadly.*

[For a metalworking shop, it's seriously understocked.]

"I expect you to do something other than mope. Because you're going to be drawing its attention."

*Mimiru fucks off to grab hold of the nearest stool.*

*It spits out 4 more fireballs. However, these ones just hover on either side of it as it slowly prowls into the room. It then rears up on its hind legs & starts running jerkily after Mimiru.*

<I'm afraid I can't do that.>

*Mimiru takes the stool and swings it at the monster.*

"Then stop being a pussy and just do what you came to do!"

*Allina holds her hands out, sending a very bright sphere of light towards the panther's eyes in an attempt to blind it.*

Allina: <And... it actually worked! Score!>

*As it's shooting out a lot of bright lights itself, & busy catching a stool with its claws anyway, not really. One of the fireballs rockets towards Mimiru's face while the other curve balls towards Allina.*

*The shadow flits out of the car, deforming to strafe behind her, & draws a blue blade with a white twinkling effect.*

*She shriek and dives to the ground, shielding herself with a spherical light barrier.*

Allina: <...And it worked again! Hey, hey, hey, I think I'm starting to get the hang of it!>

*She waves at Mimiru.*
