In Zanarkand

Ark: <Attacking the blue and red heads now with their weaknesses might be a good idea.>

*Ark copycats Thundara but on the blue head.*

*The yellow head intercepts Hitomi's spell, but Ark's cracks the gem in the blue head. One of the heads opens its mouth & the barriers surrounding Hitomi shatter. Then a cloud of poison gas explodes over Ark & Hitomi. Luna elects to jump on Yunalesca's shoulders & stab at the blue head.*

*Ark rolls forward and stabs into the ground. A spinning clone of himself made of red energy shoots upward from beneath Yunalesca.*

*Hitomi casts Esuna on herself then Watera on the yellow head.*

*Sporting several knicks, her heads turn around & viciously bite at Luna, save for the blue head, which intercepts the spell. Luna falls to the ground as Yunalesca raises the blade on her tail over the summoner.*

[<If you can't remember me as a Guado, try remembering your time as a Sinspawn.> Who...are you? <Just try to remember.> Your voice...it does seem familiar....]

*Ark dashes forward and jumps towards the yellow head, cross slashing at it.*

*Hitomi casts Thundara at the yellow head.*

Ingrid relays what her Scan said to the rest of the party, and begins casting Flare on the yellow head.

OOC: The whole party gets the Scan information.

*The Flare does absolutely nothing & Hitomi has fully healed Yunalesca. She snaps her tail, & Luna's Phoenix Down activates, returning her to fighting condition. Once back, she uses Spiral of Death on Yunalesca's back.*

*Hitomi casts Thundara on the red head.*

Ingrid casts Aeroga on the yellow head.

*The yellow head swings in the way of the bolt attack, ignoring the aero.*

"Why did you bother casting scan if you weren't going to listen to what it said?! You're doing more harm than good!"

*Luna blasts Yunalesca back with an Azure Javelin.*

*Hitomi blasts the yellow head with Firaga.*

*Ark hurls an Aqua Gem at the yellow head white leaping towards the blue one and stabbing at it with both daggers.*

*The blue head ends up getting hit with an aqua gem & a firaga. Luna adds a slash to Ark's attack & the gem shatters, the head dissolving into Pyreflies.*

"We finally managed to wound it!"

*Yunalesca casts Reflect on all of the heads in response.*

~Hitomi is out of MP!~

*Hitomi casts Osmose, sapping Ingrid's MP and gets to work casting Dispel on the red head.*

Ark: <Reflect? That is just... so convenient. I don't like you one bit!>

*He slashes at the red head.*

"We can use this to our advantage."

*Some of Yunalesca's stomach scales contort, making a skull. It opens its mouth & Hitomi just drops dead as some of Ark's flesh rots away.*

"As for that? Probably not."

*She uses another Phoenix Down to revive Hitomi.*

Ark: <Ahhhhh!! What the hell?!>

*He stabs into the skull.*

*Hitomi casts Dispel on the white head.*

*Curaga is reflected off of the head that still has reflect & Ark's fucking stomach explodes after it bounces onto him. Luna slips past the tail & stabs the body in the back.*

*Ark falls to the ground, groaning and dying.*

*Hitomi casts Dispel on the last head followed by Watera on the white head.*

*The gem on the head that was attacked cracks slightly. The gem on the red head glows green & a torrent of blue-green energy consumes all of them before exploding. It kills Ark & critically wounds Hitomi & Luna.*

*Hitomi casts Cura on Luna.*
