Digital Mayhem

*BlackGarurumon takes off and when crossing the bridge a lightning bolt shoots up from the river followed by a roar. From the river, MegaSeadramon's evil twin emerges and fires a lightning bolt at the group.*

*One of the drills punches through the barrier and strikes MagnaAngemon in the chest. Breakdramon narrows its head, growling at the two.*

*Betamon leaps off of Black Gabumon, armor digivolving in the air & flying around WaruSeadramon, freezing the water around him. Black Agumon rolls off & digivolves to Ultimate, firing missiles to intercept the lightning bolt.*

*On the bridge Salamon Digivolves then jumps off the bridge Armor Digivolving. Tylomon fires a torpedo creating a hole in the ice for her to enter. WaruSeadramon roars and spits a flurry of purple icicles at Quetzalmon.*

*Taiyo finds herself sprawled on Black Garurumon's back as Black War Greymon Black Tornadoes the WaruSeadramon in the head.*

*WaruSeadramon ducks and turns towards BlackWarGreymon exhaling a cloud of black mist at them. Taiyo moans, her eyes shut as she nuzzles the spot where Euryale was sitting for a moment before her eyes snap open and she sits up.*

[Now's not the time to get excited over Euryale's bodyheat.]

"Wolfy, do you think you can fight without having to go off the bridge?"

BlackGarurumon:<I think so.>

*Taiyo grabs Tsune's arms and pulls her forward since there's no longer anyone for her to hold on to as BlackGarurumon sprints to the edge of the bridge where he exhales a jet of flames that barely reach WaruSeadramon before disipating. Following a muffled explosion, WaruSeadramon roars and the ice around it cracks as Tylomon attacks from underneath with a torpedo.*

*Tae is standing back watching, holding Hawkmon in his arms.*

*MagnaAngemon yells as the drill stabs into his chest, dropping Allina.*

Allina: <Patamon!!>

Razz: <AeroVeedramon!>

*AeroVeedramon nods and dives towards Allina.*

*Black War Greymon lands on its head & stabs at its eye. Quetzalmon flies around to its back & shoots ice spikes at it.*

*WaruSeadramon roars and thrashes about firing off a purple lightning bolt. There's another explosion from underneath it and cracks in the ice begin to form. WaruSeadramon attempts to dive by breaking through the cracked ice.*

*Breakdramon lowers its head and lets out a growl that sounds more like rusty gears attempts to turn and slams a front end loader claw on the downed MagnaAngemon.*

*Quetzalmon re-freezes the ice around it.*

{Clear the air!}

*Quetzalmon flies away as Black War Greymon begins gathering purple energy between its claws.*

*MagnaAngemon groans, being hurled off DBZ style by the attack. AeroVeedramon manages to save Allina from crashing down.*

Razz: <We can't beat this thing alone.>

AeroVeedramon: <You two go help MagnaAngemon, I can handle this!>

*He flies down and drops them off before flying back up and shooting a jet of blue flames at the enemy.*

*WaruSeadramon growls and exhales a cloud of black mist at BlackWarGreymon.*

*Breakdramon ignores AeroVeedramon and his attack and begins slamming its claws on the ground. The ground eventually begins to crack and spread towards MagnaAngemon and the two humans.*

*Allina shrieks and Razz grabs her hand, pulling her away from the crack.*

Allina: <MagnaAngemon!>

Razz: <There's no time!>

*She pulls out of his grasp, shaking her head and turning back.*

Razz: <Wait! I'll go. Run!>

*He runs off towards MagnaAngemon, Allina running away from the crack after shaking off the surprise. AeroVeedramon flies right in front of Breakdramon's eyes and darts into it.*

{Terra Destroyer!}

*Quetzalmon tries to blow the mist off-course with a gust of wind as Black War Greymon hurls a giant energy sphere at WaruSeadramon.*

*WaruSeadramon raors and spits out a flurry of purple icicles at BlackWarGreymon. The impact from the Terra Destroyer slams it onto the ice, cracking it. It lays there breathing heavily attempting to slither on out.*

*Breakdramon stops what it's doing and swings its head at AeroVeedramon aiming to hit him with the drill bit protruding from its face.*

*AeroVeedramon grabs the drill and pushes Breakdramon's head back. Razz arrives near MagnaAngemon and starts shaking him, staring at the exposed data in the hole his chest.*

Razz: <MagnaAngemon, wake up! We're going to fall down!>

*Black War Greymon plummets from the air, stomping on its head.*

*WaruSeadramon stops moving and dissolves into data. From the ice where it was partially submerged in water Tylomon climbs out and degenerates back to Salamon who struggles to stand on the ice.*

*Breakdramon swats at AeroVeedramon with one of its claws. From data loss, MagnaAngemon degenerates back to Patamon.*

*Black War Greymon degenerates. Euryale picks up Salamon.*

E"Let's roll."

Salamon:<Slight problem: We're marooned on a chunk of ice.>

*Quetzalmon lowers its tail for them to grab onto. Euryale does so & Black Agumon grabs her leg. With a tremendous beating of wings, he begins to lift them into the air.*

B<Dear Gods, the pain, which one of you has been eating lard for breakfast?>

"Shut up."

*BlackGarurumon backs away from the edge of the bridge, Taiyo letting go of Tsune and backing up a bit so Euryale can return to where she was originally seated. Without all the thunder and lightning it's eerily quiet.*

"Does anyone else thing it's a little too quiet?"

*Razz grabs Patamon and sprints away from the crack. AeroVeedramon roars loudly and his whole body starts glowing as he lets out a combo of dozens of wind blades and blue fireballs before slowly drifting away from the enemy, panting.*

Tae: <Yeah... Hawkmon, wake up soon.>

*He looks around to look for any nearby enemies or suspicious-looking vortex portals.*

T"It's not eerily quiet unless you're expecting there to be noise."

*He sees nothing but the bridge they're on and fog.*

"It's a big city. There'd at least be some traffic, right? And that clock hasn't rang since some time yesterday."

*Breakdramon stares, multiple dents all over its body and fires its drills at AeroVeedramon.*

Tae: <It's the end of the world!!!>

*Tae randomly looks down to be startled by an awake, angry-looking Hawkmon.*

Tae: <(...Hey, I was just kidding.)>

*AeroVeedramon tail whips some and parries some others with his claws. His left leg and right shoulder are grazed by two, and he groans in pain before shooting a beam at the enemy.*
