Digital Mayhem

*NeoDevimon's arm flies off course and retracts. In response it flaps its own wings sending a chilling gust of wind at Aquilamon.*

"So did everything else, but that didn't stop you."

*NeoDevimon lashes out clawing at MegaSeadramon's eyes. In a flash of pink light and a brief image of a crucifix NeoDevimon dissolves into data, its claws barely making a scratch in MegaSeadramon's carapace before it's dissolved.*

*Breakdramon roars and begins to move back, several cuts being made in its body with each passing slash.*

=====================================================

~Meanwhile, in the Digital World!~

*Zarek covered in multiple cuts and scrapes is sitting in a lawn chair near the burned out remains of his bungalo on the shore overlooking the ocean with File Island nowhere in sight. A shadow belonging to BlackWarGreymon appears in front of him as it lands.*

Zarek:<You seem familiar somehow. For more reasons than your brief appearance at the nexus point between worlds.>

BlackWarGreymon:<How many AeroVeedramon are in existance?>

Zarek:<As I am sure you know I am not a cataloge, but there is one that I know of. Of course it would have been broken down into raw data long ago.>

*Zarek stands up staring at the BlackWarGreymon.*

Zarek:<Now what about you? While I'm sure it's possible for there to be more than one of BlackWarGreymon in existance there's something eerily familiar about you. You're most certainly not the girl with the Crest of Courage as you would've attempted to tear me apart by now. And frankly being reformatted three times is enough for one day.>

*It's eyes widen in surprise and without a word it flies off. Zarek returns to his seat.*

OOC: Its.

A<It's alright, we can sit this one out. There's only one NeoDevimon left, & hopefully Tsune will Digivolve.>

B<BAM!>

*MegaSeadramon rears back, bends over, & flicks his head at NeoDevimon, blasting it with a Lightning Javelin.*

*Taiyo continues to stare at Euryale with a worried expression on her face. The remaining NeoDevimon ignores the Lightning Javelin striking its back and takes flight, Angewomon following it.*

[Why is she acting so strangely?]

*With electricity circulating around its claws NeoDevimon charged at Angewomon, claws outstretched and collided with a barrier. With NeoDevimon in a daze, Angewomon took the opportunity to fire an arrow at it.*

*Meanwhile, MegaSeadramon pelts it with hail.*

*Aquilamon flies upward, opening its mouth and shooting a laser beam at the NeoDevimon.*

*UlforceVeedramon stops and holds his right hand out, a blue light saber stretching out over the back of his hand. He violently swings it in an arc, sending a large energy blade flying towards Breakdramon.*

{We feel so powerful...!}

*The attack misses as NeoDevimon is in free fall. Acting as if nothing has happened NeoDevimon begins to stand up, spreading its wings till' an arrow strikes it.*

*Breakdramon roars, sparks flying as the attack cuts into it. It releases another dome.*

*Seadramon opens its mouth, blasting it with ice spikes.*

*Aquilamon continues on shooting the laser beam after it.*

*UlforceVeedramon slashes downward across the dome, tearing a hole in it and flying towards the enemy. He holds his hand out towards it and a dragon-headed energy beam flies out.*

*It soon explodes into data.*

*Breakdramon roars, as the attacks tears through it the only sound being heard other than its roar is the sound of tearing metal.*

E"Now, let's go find that portal!"

T"But MegaSeadramon didn't get to Digivolve."

*Angewomon hovers above Aquilamon and reverts back to Rookie, Hitomi catching Salamon. Taiyo moves closer to Euryale, their noses now touching.*

"Why did you start acting strangely?"

*UlforceVeedramon holds both hands out, firing off a V-shaped energy wave right towards the enemy's head.*

Tae: <So, what do we do now?>

E"It's nothing, really."

"Then why did you want to sit this one out?"

*The attack tears through it splitting it in half and both halves land on the ground with a thud. The rest of the body begins to fall apart in a heap. The pile of scrap metal then dissolves into data leaving behind a strange gold object.*

*UlforceVeedramon widens his eyes and darts down, degenerating to Veemon and Razz.*

Veemon: <Patamon can absorb the data.>

*Razz kneels down and points his digivice at the Digimental as Patamon absorbs all of the data, still in Allina's arms.*

"I really don't want to talk about it."

"Okay..."

*She moves back bit looking somewhat disappointed.*

"Tsukaimon said something that sounded like a warehouse, so I suppose we should go-"

*She's cut off by the sound of barking and snarling as four Fangmon come running in their direction and then past them. They're then followed by a lone Triceramon that doesn't appear to have any intention of passing them. BlackGarurumon narrowly avoids the Triceramon and then chases after it.*

Salamon:<I'm gonna make a radical guess and assume we're close to a Portal.>

*A beam of light fires out of the screen and pulls the Digimental inside. With the large amount of data absorbed Patamon feels better than he has in days. With the Digimon defeated and a Digimental claimed the two are alone in a hole with a Portal making warbling noises that couldn't be heard over the previous battles.*

*MegaSeadramon swims after them.*

E"Oh, yeah, now THESE guys we can take!"

T"We could be out here killing Digimon forever, it makes no difference if we don't go through the portal at SOME point."

*Being on pavement, swimming doesn't work all too well. Ahead they see the Fangmon take a left while the Triceramon keeps barreling forward.*

BlackGarurumon:<Which way should we go?!>

Tae: <Like now!>

*Aquilamon flies higher and Tae looks down searching for the portal.*

Patamon: <Woooooooo!!!>

*Patamon shoots out of Allina's embrace into the portal. The others follow.*

Razz: <A Digimental...?>

Allina: <Now we both have one!>

Veemon: <I can't wait to try it out.>

OOC: You know what I meant.

B<So what now?>

"I guess we go left."

[Hopefully Aquilamon will follow the other Digimon.]

*BlackGarurumon takes a left following the pack of Fangmon.*

*They're spat out on to a beach. From his lawnchair Zarek stands and grabs on to a Berserk Sword (Knightmon's sword) that's sticking out of the ground upon seeing the two he lets go of the sword.*

Zarek:<Split up again? You seven should really consider holding hands. Or leashes.>

Tae: <Let's go forward!>

*Aquilamon nods and follows the Triceramon.*

OOC: Stop trying to imply a romantic relationship between two characters who are supposedly siblings.

Razz: <You again?>

Allina: <You again!>

*She raises her fists and steps forward, punching around and groaning. Patamon and Veemon walk over to Zarek.*

Patamon: <Why did we go to the Real World if Millenniummon was here all along?>

Veemon: <Where IS Millenniummon exactly, while we're discussing this.>

*After multiple turns and the like, BlackGarurumon skids to a stop to prevent himself from slamming into a shipping crate.*

"Tsukaimon said something that sounded like a shipping yard, right?"

*The Triceramon plows through fences, shrubs, and wrecks up some cars in its charge. The further into the city they go, the thicker the fog seems to get till' they arrive in what smells like an industrial area of sorts. Aside from the faint flame shooting out of a stack (possibly the source of the odor) they see three red beams firing up at them.*

Zarek:<I've developed a theory. If you turn around, you'll see that this is no longer Server Continent. It's more of a small batch of land in the middle of the Net Ocean that hit a growth spurt swallowing up most of the land and File Island in the process. Now as for that theory of mine, it is quite possible that the whole thing with Diaboromon and whatever happened in the Material World was just a way to get you seven out of the way for awhile. Seeing as the Digital World was given a makeover I'd say I'm pretty close to correct.>

Allina: <Kinda useless to figure that out this late, don't ya think?>

Veemon: <So where is-->

Razz: <He has no idea.>

Patamon: <Of course.>

*Aquilamon hovers down to dodge the beams.*

Tae: <What was that?!>
