Digital Mayhem

*The vines return to the ground and pop up grabbing MagnaAngemon's legs and pulling him back. The Petaldramon BlackWarGreymon's engaged with is tossed to the side, skidding to a halt near the shore of the lake. From the lake comes a Seadramon who snatches Petaldramon in its jaws and drags it down into the water.*

"What just happened?!"

*The Petaldramon ShadowWereGarurumon is beating up grabs him with its vines and tosses him off. Removing its tail from the ground it slithers towards him. Angewomon takes flight and fires another arrow into the Petaldramon.*

Tae: <That was weird. But okay.>

Allina: <Yeah. Thanks?!>

*ExVeemon slide digivolves to Magnamon who places his hands on the vines around MagnaAngemon and releases golden energy from his entire body to dissolve them while hurting the nearby Petaldramon. Aquilamon takes flight and dives down into the Petaldramon's back.*

*MegaSeadramon slithers into the water.*

"Hello?"

*BlackWarGreymon black tornado's a Petaldramon into the sky, then just lets it fall.*

*MegaSeadramon finds the lake is surprisingly deep. Near the bottom, he sees the Seadramon swimming away while the Petaldramon tries to swim back up. Eventually it stops and dissolves into data, presumably having drowned. Seadramon stops in front of MegaSeadramon looking fairly angry.*

*The Petaldramon dissolves into data. The vines dissolve and Petaldramon shrieks, firing razer leaves at Magnamon. The second Petaldramon whips Aquilamon with its tails. ShadowWereGarurumon reverts back to BlackGabumon and Armor Digivolves to Stegomon who rolls into it.*

"Okay. Act natural. WE COME IN PEACE. TAKE ME TO YOUR LEADER...God, if I were any smoother, I'd be a silkmon."

*Black War Greymon Black Tornado's into another one.*

*Magnamon shoots an energy cannon through the leaves and into Petaldramon. Aquilamon rams the other Petaldramon and MagnaAngemon stabs it through the back with his Excalibur.*

*The remaining Petaldramon explode, dissolve, whatever into data. When all is said and done, Taiyo is on all-fours by BlackWarGreymon with the leash in her mouth. The tail she doesn't have wagging.*

*Seadramon hisses which MegaSeadramon understands as "Enough of your foolishness."*

"Sorry, sorry...I meant to ask you if you know what's going on around here."

*Black War Greymon attatches it. Then they revert. In that order. Black Agumon is the one who ends up holding the leash, so he tosses it aside as if he just touched something dead, & Euryale picks it up.*

*Tae walks to Hitomi and bows.*

Tae: <I'm sorry...>

*Patamon and Veemon, back to their Rookie stage, lie down on the grass. Hawkmon goes to Salamon, pointing at Hitomi.*

Hawkmon: <What did I miss?>

*Taiyo looks up at Euryale.*

"He doesn't like me very much, does he?"

Hitomi:<It's okay.>

Salamon:<I don't know. What did you and Dummy find? Besides a "mutant bug".>

Seadramon:<Puppetmon reformated the Digital World to include his domain after MetalSeadramon's defeat. I can only assume it expands further than just Dragon's Eye Lake.>*

*=To anyone else Seadramon's speech would just sound like hissing, growling, and other noises.

Hawkmon: <Some weird structure at the end of a gray path with some odd thingies. Mutant bug didn't let us investigate.>

*Tae sits down next to Hitomi, looking mighty depressed and embarassed.*

<Any way you can help us topple him? Or at least find him?>

"Okay..."

*Hesitating Hitomi places her hand on top of his.*

Seadramon:<During the reformating any tunnels leading out of the lake were sealed trapping me here. His house is located somewhere in the forest. Its location changes whenever Puppetmon feels like moving.>

<Why don't you just slither up on land? I do it all of the time. Also, is there any way to track him down?>

*He widens his eyes in surprise and slowly looks at her hand.*

[Hitomi...]

Hawkmon: <I can go take another look but I demand backup. I can't digivolve any further than Champion without Tae. What if I carry you up there and then you digivolve to Angewomon? Or we could just go back the way me and Patamon came and take off from the clearing.>

Salamon:<I don't know. Why not declare a group meeting or something and tell everyone?>

*Seadramon hisses at the suggestion.*

Seadramon:<The house went north into the forest. If it's not there it could be anywhere else. The flyers should be able to spot it.>

Hawkmon: <I meant after we tell the others. Hey, Allina!>

*Allina is sitting on the grass with her legs crossed.*

Allina: <Hm?>

Hawkmon: <I think me and Patamon might've found something important, call a group meeting.>

Allina: <Gotcha!>

*She gets up and runs to Hitomi and Tae.*

Allina: <Emergency group meeting!>

*She glances at their hands and runs off, this time to tell Euryale, Taiyo, Tsune and Razz.*

Razz: <Okay.>

<Well, I don't see what you can do stuck down here. But thanks anyway.>

*He turns to swim away.*

*Hitomi blinks a few times not knowing what she's going on about. Taiyo tilts her head to the side for the same reason.*

"What is she going on about?"

*Seadramon swims down to the bottom of the lake.*

Allina: <I ... don't... know.>

Hawkmon: <I just wanted to tell everyone what me and Patamon found.>

*MegaSeadramon swims up.*

<Hey, dudes. Puppetmon is north. Allegedly.>

"Birdy's calling a meeting. Or something. When did we start having meetings?"

Hawkmon: <Salamon's idea.>

*She turns to MegaSeadramon.*

Hawkmon: <Me and Patamon saw a metal structure nearby. That could be it.>

<Then let's go blow it down! I am Generalissimo Megaseadramon! Maintaining peace with a Lightning Javelin!>

E"It's good to see he has his spirit back...I guess."

*Tsune frowns.*

Hawkmon: <Betamon gets what I'm saying.>
