RP Topic I Have No Clever Name For

"I'd have rather eaten Senthose" Kyoujin shrugged, ignoring that Senthose was there, "But there's no way I could top his ability yet. You were to be a stepping stone... at least know this: I chose to eat you over the others because your power seemed the most impressive next to the jackass here."
When she said jackass, she pointed at Senthose.
"Anyway, I was helping out a guy who saved my life" Kyoujin sighed, "Or, I tried to help him out..."

Kira stumbled into the back room of the shop and collapsed onto his knees, panting, "I... I'm so tired... I need to go back out!"
He stood back up, feeling his reiatsu rising and depressing in an erratic way, before steadying himself and breathing deeply.

"That is nice, but I was thinking more of cuddling with you."

Noct smiled, "That is great to hear." She said standing up, "Now, hang on for a second, we'll be there in--" She took Lilith's hand and sunk into the shadows, and reappeared next to Euryale, "no time at all." She said, letting go of her hand. With that she turned to Euryale, "I'm sorry I took so long, I had trouble finding the glasses." She said, handing them over to Euryale. Noct then noticed Taiyo on her chair, and was none too happy. Without a word Noct simply tightened her fist and tried to ignore the woman, Just... don't look at her... and you'll be fine...

Mortal looked at Senthose, "Maybe if you were nicer to me..." She replied quickly. When Kyoujin spoke again Mortal looked visibly hurt by her words, "So, that is it, just a 'stepping stone'..." She shook her head, "All for someone who saved your life? What about someone who has had every reason to end your life, and didn't? You don't have to save that person's life, you just needed to save their feelings! But YOU wouldn't know that, would you? No, you just want to help your soul reaper friend no matter who's feelings you destroy." Mortal said crossing her arms and looking the other way. "I can't believe you, Kyoujin..." She finally said, "I bet you still want to help him, even though he wanted to kill me. I bet YOU still want to kill me..."

Kyoujin stood up and walked away, I guess being alone for so long hasn't been any good to me...

E"NOT gonna happen.... Oh, hey, you decided to show up. That's good, but we don't have another chair. Sorry. I like your bathing suit, by the way."

L"Umm...thanks."

*Lilith takes the sunglasses, a pair with small, round lenses & puts them on.*

E"I don't 'look like a bug,' do I?"

S"This is pathetic, we look like a soap opera in front of the Soul Reapers. And another thing--"

N"...'Poit'?"

*Senthose had disappeared, along with the rest of the Arrancar. In their place was a single, tall pillar. Looking around, there were 4 others like it around the building. A Negation appears out of a Garganta in the sky, landing on top of one of the pillars. It is no coincidence: Aamon is standing on top, sneering at all of them.*

<Sorry to keep you waiting, Shinigami, but you just can't rush good science. Oh, it took days just to gather the energy I'd need into these pillars, then I had to have the Arrancar make sure the space-time here was warped enough, THEN I had to sit there & watch your meaningless struggles. I'm afraid that a scientist's life can be a boring one, at times.>

S"--We're Hollows, backstabbing & self-interest is basically all we do. Why are we in Hueco Mundo?"

*He looks up, noticing a Garganta in the sky, where they can clearly see everything that's going on around Urahara's shop.*

S"How long has that been there?"

Kyoujin raised an eyebrow and shrugged, "I really don't know what the hell is going on any more."

Kira opened the door of the Urahara Shop and scowled as he saw Aamon.
"Quincy prick..."

*Disappointed she sinks down in the chair then shakes her head.*

"Not at all."

*She then looks up at Lilith with a big smile.*

"Hi, Lily."

Noct smiled, "Of course not," She said, "And the chairs are a non-issue." She said leaning back into a chair shaped from her own shadow. She made one for Lilith as well. "Nothing like a chair that contours to your body." She said. When she said that she sunk one of the legs on Taiyo's chair into its own shadow so that it was lopsided.

"That isn't the point, why can't my interests ever be in someone else's self interest?" Mortal asked, "Why-- Well, this is odd."

*Anyone who looks closely will notice that there are thin lines of Reishi moving along the edges of the pillars.*

L"Hi, Taiyo."

*She lays down & a pair of red-armed sunglasses forms in her hand, which she then places on her face.*

L"You know, ever since I got Hollow powers, I've been noticing that my Kido abilities are growing a lot faster than usual, especially considering I don't work on them very much, anymore. If I weren't a fugitive from the Soul Society, I think I could be a runner for the position of Lieutenant of the Kido Corps."

Kira felt sweat building on his brow and looked to Aizen for guidance.

Kyoujin sighed, "What are we going to do now?"

*Taiyo sits on the edge of the chair glaring at Noctis.*

"You want to not do that, Shadow Lady?"

Noct shrugged, "I don't know, also, I'd avoid touching shadows. You never know which ones to trust really, and well... this is Japan, you'd be surprised how many shadows you'd find in the mouth of a volcano."

Mortal looked at Kyoujin, "What do you mean 'we'?" She asked, "I thought you were only out for yourself and your little Soul Reaper friend. Speaking of which, he is about to die, if you really want to repay him now is your chance... go on, go, see if I care."

Aizen<I'm afraid all we can do for now is flee.>

*He grabs Kite & Noah & Shunpos the Hell out of there. Aamon watches him, looking fairly bored.*

Aamon<Pitiful Soul Reapers. Every time you think you're ahead in the arms race, I've been there for years. Do not fault yourselves. It is merely that my genius is beyond compare.>

*She stands up & heads towards the pool. Lilith pulls some sunscreen out of her waist band.*

S"You know so many of us would backstab you just for fun. Why is THIS somehow different?"

Noctis sighed, "Fine." She said, evening out the chair. The missing leg was clearly melted and charred. "Going for a swim, Euryale?" She asked casually.

"Thank you."

*She smiles and sits back in her chair turned to face Lilith.*

S"And you don't from her? The very first thing she ever did was try to attack Aamon for no damn reason! She only joined us because we were going to gangstab her if she didn't!"

*She dives in the no diving end of the pool.*

"I was wondering if you needed any help putting any of that on."

Noct takes off her hat and puts it on Euryale's chair and eases herself into the pool slowly. "The water feels nice." She said with a smile.

"That is my point, if all the douchebags are here of their own accord, I figured she might be different, but I was wrong."

S"Hey, that's not fair, Starrk's not a douchebag! Apologize!"

*Starrk rubs the back of his head, mumbling something like, "So noisy."*

*Euryale is sitting in the pool with her arms crossed over her chest.*

E"Damn it, I knew I forgot something. Besides my sunglasses. Hey, Lilith! Do you have an extra one of your hair ribbons?!"

L"Go give this to Euryale while I think about the question."

*She hands Taiyo a long, red ribbon.*

Kira followed Aizen, having his mist form a circular shield behind him in case Aamon tried to attack him as he went away.

Kyoujin shot a glance at Mortal and looked for a moment as though she was about to say something before turning away again and lowered her shoulders to a slump.

*She takes the ribbon and scurries off to the pool and jumps in. She swims towards then around Euryale where she pops up behind her holding up the ribbon.*

"You said you needed a ribbon?"

*She turns around, taking the ribbon.*

E"Thanks."

*She then ties it over her chest.*

E"It keeps them from floating up & hitting me in the face."

Tessai<Do you have a back-up plan for this sort of thing, Mr. Urahara?>

Urahara<Unfortunately, I don't.>

Tessai<I see. In that case, go. I'll stay here & try to lessen the blast's destructive power.>

Urahara<I can't let you do that alone!>

Tessai<I'm not giving you a choice.>

*He points a finger at Urahara, who's blasted out of the barrier just before it closes. As he sits down in a meditation pose, the pillars glow white, transferring their energy towards the center. Soon, the entire area inside the barrier is just a blinding white light. Then, the earth shakes & the barrier shatters, sending a diminishing plume of white light up into the sky. What's left is the pillars surrounding a crater not unlike that in the Soul Society, Aamon still inside his Negacion.*

Aamon<Hm. He did lessen the blast force. Still, even for perfectly healthy Captain Class Shinigami, an explosion of that magnitude would have a fatality rating of 92%. All the same...>

*He looks at Kira, Aizen, Noah, & Kite. Suddenly, his bored expression turns into an animalistic snarl.*

Aamon<Why is it so difficult to stomp out the last remnants of you roaches?>

"That actually happens?"

"Bastard!" Kira itched to attack Aamon, but the Negacion stood in his way, "You'll pay for this! You'll pay dearly!"

Aamon<Hah! I rather doubt that, Shinigami. But don't worry, you'll have your chance soon enough. I was thinking of just taking over the Soul Society, exterminating any meaningful resistance, & being done with it. But now? Now I want vengeance. If you see 3 older Quincy monks, do me a favor, & tell them I've modified my Zanpakuto just for them. It now only leads to Hell.>

*After he's finished speaking, he begins floating up through the Negacion, towards the Garganta.*
