Golden Age: Revival

*Taiyo drops her lance and falls to her knees clutching her stomach. Azuma pulls his sword from the floor. Holding it in front of him defensively, he slowly takes a step forward.*

Kyoujin stopped, breathing heavily and spoke between heaving breaths, "Why did... why did you do that to... Deborah?... Why did you have to... do that?"

<Everyone who knows about our existence must die. Those who killed Longinus must die. Everyone Thiera Psyche can use to usurp our authority must die. While the others squabbled over how to handle you, I alone took action, & I alone will see you all slain before the night is through! Then I will take the items you stole from us and go kill Thiera Psyche myself!>

*He starts twirling the black sword. Roatha barely manages to prop himself up on one elbow, ghostly white & panting from the strain.*

R"Look out...he's...gathering air around it...."

Kyoujin's heart skipped a beat and her eyes went wide as the thought struck her, He killed her because... because I got her involved in this! If she hadn't known about Nobunaga she'd be alive!

Luna drew her own pistol, firing twice, trying to hit Nobunaga in between the shoulder blades.

*Azuma stabs his sword into the floor once more, three inches of ice forming on it. Crouching behind the sword, Azuma grabs Mimiru and pulls her down behind it. Covering her stomach with one arm, Taiyo slowly stands up picking up her lance in the process. Staggering back near Roatha and Allina, a bubble forms around the three.*

Noctis sees him twirling the black sword and gets an idea. If I can just get them to hit eachother... but how? Quickly Noctis sends half formed, and wispy shadow clone to attack Oda. Blocking would bring one blade into the path of the other.

*As Nobunaga slashes, Roatha hurls the handle of his sword into the middle of the room. Somehow, they make a haphazard series of slashes across the walls that manage to miss everyone.*

<Ah. It looks as though I didn't make that cut deep enough. Allow me to fix that.>

*As he walks towards them, Euryale steps in his way, holding her arms out.*

R"Are you crazy?! He can cut through solid metal & bone, friction means nothing to him! Get out of his way, you'll just end up dead!"

*Roatha coughs up some blood.*

R"And...and it'll be all my fault...."

<Just as well, I don't care in what order you meet the Kami.>

*He raises the black sword to slash down on her shoulder.*

*The bubble drops and Taiyo stabs at Nobunaga.*

*Allina drags Roatha to a wall far enough from Nobunaga and puts her hand against his wound, casting one last healing spell.*

Allina: <I think I managed to slow down the bleeding. Stay here and don't move, we'll.... handle him.>

[Oh man, we're so screwed.]

*She gets up, draws her rapier and holds it out towards Nobunaga, casting a flash of light right between his eyes.*

Noctis creates a shadow clone that lunges at the arm attacking Euryale, hoping to make the blow avoid her entirely. At the same time Noct shoots at Oda, aiming for the hand holding the black sword.

*When the clone diverts his swing, it bangs against the white sword. Sparks emerge from the impact point, & the weapons start cracking. He quite wisely decides to toss the weapons out the window before they explode in a blinding flash of white light. He cracks his knuckles, & 6 translucent, blue, sword-wielding arms appear at his back.*

<It does not matter. All you've managed to do is downgrade me from being invincible to being a master swordsman, sorcerer, and descendant of gods & dragons who can do THIS. Meanwhile, you remain a bunch of ignorant savages.>

*Roatha has fallen unconscious.*

*Azuma stands up grabbing his sword, melting the ice. Combined with the water on the floor from Taiyo's bubble the water freezes and multiple ice spikes burst out towards Nobunaga.*

*Allina slashes forward, sending a light blade towards Nobunaga.*

Noctis' shadow clone attacks from behind, aiming to impale Oda with a punch tipped with a spike, not a fist. Meanwhile Noct empties eight rounds into Oda from her double barreled revolver, which was colored, and stylized similar to the sawed off she was just using.

Luna also fired the rest of her clip at Nobunaga, while Kyoujin waited for the projectiles to stop flying so that she could attack and sting the hell out her enemy.

*Nobunaga, having 6 magic arms, was able to block all of these attacks & impale the shadow clone. Additionally, just before it was about to set, the sun suddenly started moving backwards.*

<I heard that some of your number had special powers at night, so the obvious solution was to simply not allow the sun to set. That meant I couldn't bring Yomi with me, but that was just as well. I now see that he was far too soft-willed to kill any of you successfully.>

Allina: <Can you please just die already?!>

*She steps back next to Roatha and holds her hands out, refracting the light in the room so as to double Nobunaga's vision.*

Noctis' clone, being made of shadows, comes back into the equation quite quickly, jumping onto Oda, and trying to bind as many of his arm's as possible while Noctis takes aim with her rifle, leveling the barrel at the man's head, and shooting.

*Allina's attack has the unique effect of doubling Noctis's. As this still leaves him with 2 arms, he's able to block both bullets, but Euryale kicks him in the diaphragm, knocking the wind out of him & smashing him into the wall.*

E"First blood!"

<It's not...first blood...idiot, I killed 2 of you!>

"Two?" Noct thinks aloud, before emptying her three barreled sawed off into him.

Luna's eyes shot open, "You cock!"

Kyoujin waited until Noctis had shot him with the sawed off and dived at him, lashing out with her two tentacles at his arms and torso.

*Taiyo slowly moves towards Nobunaga, but with her bleeding everywhere 'cause Allina sucks it's not going so well.*

*Everything Allina does is either ignored or backfires so she seems reluctant to act. She casts a white healing aura upon Taiyo (...again) and stands by.*

*Breaking free of the clones, Nobunaga continues to block most attacks that are aimed at him until Euryale gets the idea to grab an arm he's using to block & just rip it right off. As it disintegrates, he slashes upwards at her with one of his remaining 5 arms, but she blocks with her bangles.*

<Thrice-damned ordinary katanas & their lack of infinite cutting power!>

Another tentacle burst from Kyoujin's back, increasing the speed of her attacks which grew more fierce with every strike.
"You'll suffer for what you did to Deborah!"
