N"That's stupid, no one would ever believe that!"

*The feather was as big as her forearm, but beside that, it looked a lot like an eagle feather. When she pulled it out, she heard an impossibly loud screeching.*

"Then you think of something."

"I think I pissed off the feather-ocean thingy..." Noctis said flatly, backing away from the shoreline and heading in the direction of the lake.

N"We leave him here?"

*The lake is a bit smaller than the plane itself, shrinking slightly as some of the water sprinkles through the sand & into parts unknown. Nothing seems to be living in it.*

"What the hell is this place?" Noctis said, referring to the island in general.

"Great idea."

N"Alright, then, do you want to stay here or go home?"

<You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here. You are all awful house guests.>

<Thunderbird.>

*Sitting beside the wrecked cockpit was a man with shoulder-length, blond hair, blue eyes, in plate armor, with a cross on it & a necklace with a cross.*

[That was me being sarcastic?]

Mimiru:<Should probably take Taiyo home.>

"What's the matter, your arms tired?"

Noctis jumped slightly, then extended her hand so that her gun would form in it, in its revolver form. "Who are you? The last guy who popped out of nowhere tried to take my head off!"

<Be at ease. I am known as Gallahad. And I am on your side.>

N"I know where it is, I'll take you there."

Mimiru:<I'm sure you do.>

"We've all inexplicably arrived there at least once. Pretty sure a tour guide isn't needed."

"You mean, you work with all those people from before, the ones who tried to kill Oda and saved me?" Noctis asked.

<Not exactly. My loyalties lie with King Arthur, but I am told that your enemies are his enemies.>

N"Fine, whatever. I'll walk Euryale home, then."

E"Huh? Oh...sure. Whatever."

"Oh, okay... wait! Gallahad! As in, Lancelot's son, Arthur's purest knight, seer of the Holy Grail?! That Gallahad?!" Noctis ran a hand through her hair, "Forget normal, I'll settle for anything short of mythical."

Allina: <I'll get going too then, I suppose.>

*She goes over to Roatha to check on him one last time and pats him in the head before heading out.*

*The three leave.*

"Should we come up with a story if her parents ask anything?"

Mimiru:<We were out on some grand adventure and she fell alseep. You carrying a pair of lethal weapons around is more of an issue.>

<The very same. You are more than likely confused. Since Camelot fell, I have been taking up residence on Avalon. We departed shortly before these "Illuminati" came to investigate, with the aid of Gilgamesh. Then Sir Arthur gave the order to scatter the rest of his scant forces until the time came to act.>

Noctis held out her hands, "Wait, that is dandy and all, but why tell me any of this, I just want to go home." Noctis then looked back at the thundering bird, "What did you say we were on again?"

*Azuma leans the sword and lance on a tree in the frontyard before the two approach the frontdoor.*

"Think anyone's home? The outside light's not on."

Mimiru:<If no one's home I guess she can spend the night on my couch.>

*Azuma knocks on the door. A few minutes later they hear the door unlocks and opens. With no lights inside on and no outside they can't see what the person looks like, but they can kind see it's a woman. She lets out a sigh of relief.*

Mimiru:<Hi, Taiyo's mom? I'm Mimiru and this is Azuma. We brought Taiyo back.>

Taiyo's Mom:<Yes, she's told me so much about you two. Thank you for bringing her home. I assume you were off on another adventure.>

"Yes, but this one was much closer to home."

[I think.]

Taiyo Mom:<I hope you all had fun. I just wish she'd leave a note or something before leaving. Mimiru, was it? Would you mind bringing her inside?>

Mimiru:<No, not at all.>

*While Mimiru takes Taiyo insides, Azuma waits by the door. A few minutes later Mimiru returns and after saying their goodbye's and exchanging any other words they depart, Azuma collecting the weapons from the tree he left them leaning against.*

"She seemed nice. A lot like my mother unless Kentaro was getting into trouble."

Mimiru:<Kentaro's also an idiot.>

<A Thunderbird. It is a gigantic bird with a lake on its back that causes storms with the flapping of its wings. As you might have surmised, they are very aggressive.>

*The pair ran into Nero on his way home from Euryale's. He had his hands in his pockets & was staring at the ground.*

"You look mopier than usual. Something on your mind, sport?"

"Here is a better question, why am I on a thunderbird?" Noctis held up her hands, "No, no, I can do one better, how do I get off of this thing?"

Kyoujin called for a taxi and Luna payed for them to go back to the mansion.

"Please don't dwell on all the bad things... like Deborah..." Luna said to Kyoujin as they drove home, "That's what I did, and it drove me to such sadness and fear that I just stayed away from everyone and very nearly died."

"I won't do that.." Kyoujin mumbled absently, looking out the window at nothing in particular.

"Really, Kyoujin" Luna pressed, "When I saw you first, you reminded me so much of myself back before all this began for me. I don't want you to continue down the same path I did!"

"Okay, okay" Kyoujin forced a smile and looked at Luna, "I think I just need a good night's rest. I'll be fine. You can sleep on my couch if you want."

"Sure..."

<The Thunderbird attacked that flying contraption of yours because it saw it as a threat. As for how to get off, why be in such a hurry? Take a look at your sourroundings. Most would be envious of this experience.>

"Sure doesn't look like it. Why don't you tell your good friends Azuma & Mimiru about it. We'll ever get ice cream."
