OOC: Implying that's Martel.

*The woman has a tired and somewhat sad look on her face, scanning the confused strangers one by one*

???: <Someone has been interfering with the balance... Lord Origin is not pleased... I need your help!>

Allina: <W-What!?>

???: <...Please, help me.>

Allina: <What are you talking about, what do you mean, "Lord Origin is not pleased"?>

???: <...A dark power is approaching. You were the ones chosen, chosen by fate, to save Mysteria...>

Allina: <Wh-Mysteria? That... so it really existed? Does this mean we're.. in the magic world?>

???: <I can feel my powers growing weaker by the day... Will you help us?>

"Will there be fighting?" Alto smirks a dangerous smirks, "We knights have been trained to heed Origin's voice since we were indoctrinated. Not many believe so strongly in our world's religion but the Royal Knights of Alda will be Origin's arm and blade. So long as there's wars to fight, blood to shed, and souls to save we'll beat the living shit outta any blasphmers and threats to the world... count on it."

"Wow Alto, that was actually somewhat moving" Creed slow claps, "Tell us more about this threat to Origin.

OOC: She reminded me of her appearance, I like Celisus better, much better <3.

[Origin...sorry, Father, guess you were wrong.]

"Who are we fighting then?"

*Jade crossed her arms, still having trouble believing it all, but accepted she'd at least have to listen.*

"What the hell is she talking about?"

???: <I.. I am Luna. It is believed a human, from the dimension you call Verte, acquired amazing magic powers, with a connection to this dimension I had never before seen in a human. But he is interfering with balance... >

Allina: <But what exactly is "the balance"?

Luna: <Magic... his powers are... I believe what he seeks is the power of the Aeldi.>

Allina: <I don't understand... so he's trying to become a Summoner? Why would the Aeldi form pacts with a bad person?>

Luna: <You don't understand.>

*A flash of light and everything turns black and white. Behind them, they hear the little girl's voice*

Girl: <W-Who are you?>

*A black hooded man enters the area, but they cannot see his face. He walks past the girl and towards the cherry tree. He walks around the tree, staring at its roots*

Girl: <You want peachy?>

*The mist opens up next to the tree and he walks into the darkness, disappearing. The mist wall closes, the girl running towards it and disappearing too, leaving behind nothing but the echo of her voice*

Girl: <Don't go!>

*The colors return and the mist starts revolving around the hole, closing in on Luna*

Luna: <He is looking for the key...>

*The mist closes completely and the woman disappears, leaving the group behind. The cherry blossom petals are still floating about, but the wind has stopped*

"That was only... mildly helpful" Creed sighs.

Alto fist pumps though, "Wooooo fighting time!"

Kentaro:<Now I'm even more confused as what's happening.>

"Well, I guess we have to find either that hooded man, or the key that he's looking for."

*Jade turned to the rest of the group.*

"Any idea where we should start?"

[Since our guide wasn't too helpful...]

*The mist wall the illusionary man and girl had gone through opens up, just as seen during the illusion, revealing another narrow path between cliffs beyond it. Allina walks over to James*

Allina: <(What are we going to do?)>

OOC: Sorry for the absence... computer trouble and the works.

James: <This entire thing seems so confusing... all I understood was that there's an evil that needs to be stopped!>

*James starts walking down the narrow path*

"We're going to try and save the world?"

Kentaro:<Something like that I think.>

*The two set off into the valley.*

Creed and Alto follow Allina and James.

[An odd group of people to be saving the world...]

*Jade reluctantly follows the other down the path, not willing to venture out on her own yet.*

*A few minutes down the path they come to a fork.*

Allina: <... The path splits into two up ahead. What now?>

*The rocks on the right wall begin to shape out and become an arm, about the size of a human one, with an oversized hand with long claws. The arm becomes black as the stone turns into pure darkness and another one emerges next to it. They grab Allina, who shrieks. Another pair of arms emerges from the left cliff, slashing at Jade*

*James immediately reacts by slashing at the stone arm holding Allina with his sword.*

James: <Dammit!>

"PAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARTY!!" Alto runs swinging his blade like a hooligan at the arms.

Creed facepalms and attacks the closest pair of arms.

"Crap!"

*Jade rolls away from the arm. She stands up quickly and pulls out her katana.*

"Stay on your toes!"

Allina: <I-I think so... What are these things?>

*The multiple attacks destroy the arms only for them to grow back. The left Obscure Grasp punches at James and the right one grabs Soul by the neck from behind*

Allina: <Watch out!>

*Jade moves quickly to slash the arm grabbing Soul.*

"Watch it! These things are pure evil!"

"We need to run!" Creed says.

"Aw come on! these guys'll jsut keep coming back! I can use them for practice!"

*James blocks with the sword and slides back a bit.*

James: <I'm not about to give up and run away just yet!>

*James' sword lights on fire and he stabs at the palm of the giant hand with his flaming sword.*
