And you still fail to realize that when a cat is trying to hit a very fast, aggressive spider with it's paw there is a high chance that a giant fucking fang is going to get driven through a pad.
Fun fact: The funnel web's bite runs so deep and is curved, so if it bites you, you have to PULL IT OUT OF YOU. Until then it will just keep pumping venom into you while laughing.

Do you not get the idea of a "funnel web spider"? They hide in confined spaces where they can defend from. Unless they are moving, they usually keep to those spaces. Even when they are moving- do you have any idea how fast they react? One of the main reasons people can stung so much is because in the time it takes to realize that you are within half a metre of a funnel web spider it has already closed the distance and is just about to ruin your day.
