That would require a personality change, and possibly a change in powers (which isn't possible).

A personality change is always possible, if done subtly. Besides, I doubt anyone would have raised an issue with Kyoujin becoming... not dumb. As for the power thing, she wasn't dumb because of her power, though she was a minor Senthose.
