Atsuko spotted Atae and walked briskly over to her, her slender arms clutching the copies of the Sereitei Bulletin by her right side.
"Hey Atae" She greeted the other Soul Reaper with a sweet smile, "Where's your captain?"

Atae looks at Atsuko and replied, "Check the halls by where Soi Fon is." She then explained where that would be within the building. "Actually..." She looked at what everyone was doing and let out a sigh, "Why don't I take you there myself." She said. There are only three patients, and I'm not the only member of this squad...

Noctis fidgeted a bit, "I'm glad to know that you have a proclivity for human flesh."

Sab came back with a tray holding the three glasses of tea. She put it down on the coffee table in front of the couch Senthose was on and took a glass for herself and Mortal, handing one to her. "The last one there is your raspberry tea Senthose." She said, motioning towards it, before taking a sip of her own tea.

V"Don't be such a baby."

E"Stop it, both of you. I thought we were on a mission, not discussing Ven's favorite food."

V"Actually, I prefer--"

E"It doesn't matter! Missing the point!"

Noct shrugged, Its not like she is the first person I know that wouldn't mind eating people.

Atae looked around, "Huh, she was just here. Give me a second." Atae searched the area for Binah's spiritual pressure.

Mortal shrugged, "Thank god for progress." She said, taking a sip.

Sab nodded, taking a sip herself.

"No. I don't want to have a bunch of new responsibilities. I'm not sure why they don't just promote Rangiku. Isn't she supposed to be next in line anyways?"

*Her expression of surprise's replaced by one of anger as black ice forms around the charging Cero and completely redirects its energy, causing it to explode only backwards, towards the caster.*

Atae puts a hand on her head, "Of course, she is heading to the Captain Commander. I'm sorry, but I believe this to be important, but maybe you can wait until she is done there."

Noct let out a sigh, "Sometimes people are better suited to support leaders rather than lead themselves." She said.

"Was he now, so he was the one after Aamon's work." Mortal finished off her tea as well. "Then I guess I missed my opportunity."

Sab took everyone's glass and brought it to the sink, then returned. "So, what now. You two track him down and kill him?"

"He is beyond my power to kill. Unreleased, he does things with Garganta I wasn't completely certain were possible. I couldn't even defeat him in Resurrecion. And he claims to have a Segunda Etapa. What's more...I do not believe he is the leader."

V"Rangiku isn't as qualified as you are. For one, she doesn't have a Bankai."

*He steps back, grimacing at the fact that his hand was just blown off. Noting that she's still bleeding rapidly out of the neck, he charges another Cero at the end of his Zanpakuto.*

*She immediately begins Regenerating and opens a Garganta, grinning at him as she steps backwards into it.*

Aera: <(Not. Over.)>

Mortal furled her eyebrows, "I've been meaning to ask, what happened to your Segundo Etepa? That doesn't seem like something you just... lose. Also, you planned on throwing me at him, how do you think I even match up against him?" She asked.

Noctis nodded, "Plus you've got your power boost from your hollowfication. You're strong Taiyo, you just have to want to be captain."

"I guess you're right."

"Many things happen when you lose large amounts of your powers. Including not being able to release one's Zanpakuto fully. As to your second question, I don't know. But one thing is clear: This isn't like when we took on the Soul Society. We're outmatched."

*Ven shrugs, & opens a Garganta to Hueco Mundo.*

*Taiyo follows them inside.*

*Not really knowing where else to go for help, Aera exits the Garganta at Soul Society.*

Kite: <You, Arrancar, what are you doing here?>

*She turns to face him, surprised.*

Aera: <I... hum... I'm looking for Neliel. I'm... her... friend.>

Kite: <Really? I don't remember see-->

Aera: <There's a huge hole through my neck dammit, where is Nel?>

Kite: <... She's at the Squad 7 barracks, but I'm coming with you. You look kind of suspicious, no offense.>

Aera: <(Jerk.)>

*She follows him there, glaring at the back of his head and grabbing her neck the whole time. Once they are there, Kite tells her to wait outside and walks in.*

Kite: <Nel, are you here?>

Mortal let out a sigh, "That isn't good..." She said, "So, what do you propose?"

Noctis nodded, "Alright, lets go."

"If the Arrancar is looking to capture or exterminate all of Aamon's samples, then there are 3 groups he'll go after next: The Shinigamified Soul Reapers, ourselves, or the humans. The Soul Reapers are obviously too well-protected, at the moment. Therefore, if we join forces with the humans, we may well be able to extract more information."

*Nel stands up, moving around her desk.*

Nel<Yes. What is the matter?>

*Once inside, they immediately see a man with one arm, the other clutching a sword. Bone fragments around his right eye indicate that he is an Arrancar. As soon as they exit, the Garganta slams shut.*

V"...Something's wrong. I can feel it."

Kite: <...Hi. So, an Arrancar's here to see you. She says she's your friend and she has a huge hole through her neck.>

*Aera steps inside and gives Kite a quick glare before turning her attention to Nel.*

"How do you figure?" Noct asked.
