Astarte flicked her eyes from Yue, to Aera and to Mortal, then back again.
So they... we have allied with the Shinigami? I suppose that is good.

Enkidu took a half step back and swiped forward with his axe, launching a blast of fire straight for Senthose. He brought his axe back after that blow and prepared to strike again.

Sab noticed Astarte's shifty eyes and tried to calm her, "I know this is a lot of people to invade your home, but I doubt anyone here means you harm.."

*The flames dissipate with no apparent damage to Senthose, though it kicked up a lot of dust.*

"I thought you were stupid, but I didn't peg you as a coward. You're not even going to come down here?"

~The next day~

*Euryale rolls over.*

"Hey, are you awake? What do you want for breakfast?"

"Like I'd just step into such an obvious trap!" Enkidu scoffed, charging a much larger amount of fire and launching it down. "I'll just pour flames down your little hiding hole 'till you're dead!"
After that strike, he held a hand out towards the hole and dozens of candle-like flames dropped down to the bottom.

"Okay..." Astarte mumbled before turning her face to the ceiling again. She could hear the distant, muffled sounds of combat. "Don't mind me."
It wasn't her business.

"Kind of hard not to mind you," Mortal said, "You're right there, and this cave isn't big enough for seven people."

Noct is not awake.

Yue offered her a hand, "Sorry we haven't really gotten along. If you want to be by yourself I know another cave near here."

"Kind of rude to invade her cave, then offer her another. The appropriate thing to do is simply offer to leave, not ask her if she wants to," Sab said.

*This time, once the fire clears, there is even more dust in the air, & Senthose is not only unharmed, he is in his Resurrecion, burying his tentacles into the sand.*

"This is not a trap, it is a fortification. Your flames, funneled down this pit, produce a vacuum. That pulls the sand loose, smothering your attack. And since sand is an insulator of heat, I don't feel the effects. As you saw, it also acted as a barrier against those bomb attacks of yours. Which is fortunate, because I didn't know you had those.

*Euryale frowns.*

"Because Senthose would totally leave her alone even if we all left."

"Senthose is off fighting someone, I'm sure you've felt that." Mortal replied.

Noct rolls over and opens her eyes to see Euryale, "I'm so happy I get to awake to your beautiful face everyday. I couldn't wish for anything more," Noct said, kissing Euryale, "Except that maybe you smile when you look at me sleeping, and not frown."

"You don't know a lot of things about me!" Enkidu growled. "You're a coward- face me! If you are truly the king, I will look you in the eye as I kill you!"
He held his axe ready to repel any strikes from beneath him as he saw the tentacles digging into the ground.

"I know many caves around here," Astarte stated flatly. "But I will not go to any of them."
She then made for the doorway.

"That's not fair. Why did you only wake up when I frowned?"

*Senthose fires a Cero at the ground beneath Enkidu so that he falls into the pit. He then jumps about 60 feet into the air & stays there. He glares at Enkidu.*

"Only I will be doing the killing."

"Why were you frowning?" Noct asked, letting out a small yawn before sitting up.

Enkidu looked up at Senthose and met his glare before letting out an immense roar that blasted his opponent away and widened the hole considerably.
He then jumped into the air and began speeding towards the top of the hole while firing blasts of flame after Senthose from his axe.

Aera: <I'll be outta here in a minute.>

*She then turns to Yue again.*

Aera: <Dude. We were sitting. Actually just sitting. And some Soul Reaper attacked us out of no where. So if you're mad, be mad at him. Apparently he was under the impression we meant to attack kids we didn't even give a shit about. Rushing into conclusions is so Soul Reaper.>

Suddenly Mortal felt like she was listening to teenagers complaining about nothing, and wanted nothing more to do with it. "Astarte, I'll come back later. Get me if you need anything," With that Sab teleported Mortal, herself, and presumably Aroma out of there, and back to their cave at Los Noches.

*They come back to find the caves & throne all smashed. Whatever Hollows that are still left are oozing blood at a rabid rate, then dissolving. Freddie is half-dissolved.*

*Senthose puts his hands together, generating a Cero Oscuras & firing it at him.*

"Get...DOWN!"

"Never mind. What do you want for breakfast?"

Enkidu launched a constant stream of fire into the Cero as well as his own Cero and fire breath while soaring up towards it.

"Your healer just left" Yue said also flatly.

Mortal walked over to Freddie, "What happened here?"

"You," Noct said seductively.

*Aera frowns and rips a Garganta opened, walking through. She exits it atop a building in the mortal world.*

*Euryale's stomach growls loudly.*

<Huge Arrancar. Fire. Went that way.>

*He points to where Senthose is fighting before dissolving completely.*

*Senthose angles the blast so that they hit one of the dunes, producing a large cave-in that threatens to bury them in literally tons of sand.*

Noctis let out a small giggle, "Alright, alright, I'm sorry for wasting time. How about some ham and eggs?"

"I like that guy, with his last breath he was really helpful," Mortal said, "Ulquiorra's last breath was used to try and kill Ven. This is much better by comparison."

"So, are we gonna?"

"Yep, lets go." With that they poof'd over that way just in time to see Senthose attacking sand.

*Iris watches Aera go through the Garganta and then turns to Yue.*

Iris: <Now look what you did! Man, now she's in an even worse mood.>

*Iris hurries through the Garganta before it closes.*

*She turns to Iris.*

Aera: <This is bad. Well, bad for you at least. And I sure as hell don't want you dead, if only because you're a top class meatshield. So, let's reflect on our present situation. We were supposedly allied with the Soul Reapers, but got attacked by one. So now, they probably hate us and asking them for help probably wouldn't work very well. I mean, I wanted their hatred, I just didn't expect it to come without us even having to move.>

*As she finishes her sentence, a red-haired young male Soul Reaper flashsteps to her side and punches her off of the building.*
