"Well, we're looking for thieves operating around here. Attacking caravans and the like."

Sab walks around, gets more MP, and Gravigas the last Knight. Zac gets into position to Barrage him, and Iliad, launches a shuriken at the Knight as he begins to make his way back down the "steps" gaining HP as he walks.

Mortal shook her head, "That's just it, I don't know if I want to go back. This life, with you, and with Noctis, and everyone... I prefer it." When it started to rain Mortal simply looked up then back down to Euryale, "It is no issue, I'm used to harsh weather, though rain in the desert is a rarity," She let out a small sigh, "You don't need to be sorry for things you cannot control, but, perhaps we should find some shelter before one of us get sick."

E"I'm glad to hear that. There are some lips in the rock we could use, until the storm passes. But it might be better to just descend the mountain, it would put us at less risk of being hit by lightning."

Sorrel dislodges himself from combat again.

*As Clyde's walking, he walks past a boy with white hair, whom seems like he intentionally bumped into him.*

Clyde: <Watch where you're going, kid.>

*Clyde takes a closer look at the boy and recognizes him.*

Clyde: <I've seen you around here before... James, right? That poor kid who's always moving boxes around.>

James: <Poor? My ass! I'll give ya a fist up your ass if you say that again!>

*Clyde walks up to him and gives him 5000 Gil.*

James: <Uhh... huh?>

Clyde: <Just take it and shut up. You're gonna need it more than I will.>

*Clyde keeps walking. James shrugs it off and also walks away, looking for a place to shop.*

"You would ask a mage how to hunt thieves? Unfortunately for you, your job doesn't sound very fun. I don't want to help you with it."

*He turns away from them & continues heading through the mountains. When the lightning flashes again, he's gone.*

*The chocobos continue to run after him. Having lost interest, the goblins go about smashing the supplies on the nearest convoy.*

"We should just leave now," Sab said, "I have things to do, I can't just wait all day for the dead to rise again."

*Euryale smiles & leads Mortal back down the mountain into Lesalia. By this point, the sun is beginning to set.*

Sab walks, and casts graviga on it, upset that those around her have delayed her with a battle they had already won.

Iliad steals gil from it, and Zac uses Seal Evil on the thing.

Mortal follows behind her, enjoying the view.

"Oh no you don't" Sorrel doesn't given them a breadth and unleashes a second Abyssal Blade on the group after closing the gap.

James: <God damn sign! I'll beat the crap outta ya!>

*James starts jabbing the fuck out of the sign.*

*Parker, Reiter and Rhea are sitting side by side under a tree a few yards away from their old cave. None has said a word for a while.*

"That was helpful."

*The three go about the mountain looking for thieves.*

*By the time they get back down, the storm is reduced to nothing but mixed showers. A rainbow forms over the castle.*

*The storm has more-or-less ceased, with just a few sprinkles as Taiyo, Mimiru, & Azuma encounter a cave that looks like a broken-down thieves' den. Three thieves are nearby; a summoner, & two old-fashioned thieves, who are just sitting around staring blankly into the distance.*

"Should've known it wouldn't just be thieves. You and Taiyo deal with the Summoner and assist me with the thieves when it's out of the way?"

Mimiru:<Might as well.>

*Taiyo steps back and begins the Witch Hunt dance while Mimiru approaches the Summoner and Azuma a Thief.*

Mortal stopped and thought for a second, "Revenge sounds cliche, doesn't it?" She asked with a hint of a laugh, "I don't know really, I guess I'll see where life takes me. I wouldn't mind seeing a reformation of the church, but perhaps I'm dreaming too big there."

Noct wakes up to a beautiful rainbow, "They should make a rainbow flag, I mean, who doesn't like rainbows?" She mused to herself, with a small yawn.

*James groans in pain for awhile before stopping and looking at the shop that the sign was for and turning to the counter of said shop.*

*Lilith grabs the statue & yanks it out.*

Sab lets out a pained shriek as she is gouged and torn, "I... don't know, does it look bad?"

Zac holstered his gun and gave Sab a grim look, "It wouldn't hurt to get it looked at, at the very least."
