Ghost Town

"Any time, any place Krogan" Gazelle gives off a devilish smile the ensures Krast that yes, he was willing to fight him anywhere at any time.

At the mention of going back into the mines Quill sighed, "This planet's a lost cause. How long do you thing the council is gonna give us before they just glass the place?"

*Krast growls at Gazelle before going back to the group.*

Ryder: "That's why we have to get these shuttles off world. They'll have a fleet nearby. If we can brief them on the situation we can buy some time to try and stop those things and maybe even get reinforcements."

Quill pauses for a moment, "Right. Good thinking"

"I'll stay too" Gazelle states.

Mortal checked the heat sink on her weapon, then looked at Ryder, "Let you have all the fun? No, I think I'd like to get to the bottom of this too."

Noct shook her head, "My priority at this point is the civilians."

*Ryder looks at Noct.*

Ryder: "You do what you have to."

Linox: "I'll accompany you. I'd like to know more of these creatures."

*He gestures to the Terrians which might as well have been picking their noses with their lack of interest. They're almost like a completely different species at this point.*

Syn: "You think they'll let us just walk on over to the mines?"

Jade: "I doubt it."

*Erin rejoins the group.*

Erin: "The civilians are ready to go."

Ryder: "Good. Quill, get these people out of here."

"Jade, I know you don't intend to come with but stay safe and we'll meet at the academy." Quill goes to get the civies off world.

Gazelle cracks his knuckles.

Ryder: "All right, those of you that are staying, come over here. We need to make a plan. The rest of you...good luck."

*Jade again looks back and forth, but walks over to Ryder. Krast, Syn and Linox join them. Linox brings up a map of the city on his Omni-Tool.*

*Erin runs back to her shuttle and straps in and preps her shuttle. Then she closes the shuttle door and opens her comms.*

Erin: "Quill, was it? Can you hear me? I'm ready to go as soon as you are."

Quill gets in his shuttle and opens the com. "Ready when you are."

OOC: gone all that time and Script still didn't post lol

*Erin fires up her thrusters, sending her shuttle into a hover mode.*

Erin: "We're good to go. Lets hope the Alliance has someone nearby."

*She flips some switches and pulls back on the controls. The shuttle hovers higher and higher until it is clear and switches to flight mode and starts off towards the sky.*


*Ryder looks up from the map at Noct.*

Ryder: "Now's your chance to get you and your squad out of here."

Noct smiled, and nodded towards Ryder, "When you get out of this, look me up if you ever need anything. I try not to make myself too hard to get in touch with. You too, Doctor." With that, she turned and boarded one of the shuttles.

Assuming I remember this correctly, Iliad takes helm of one of the other shuttles, and sends it skyward as well, taking her crew with her. On board Dura lets out a bit of a sigh, "Well, I think we can chalk this one up as our weirdest mission."

Mortal and Sab both made their way over to Ryder, inspecting the map, and waiting for someone to lay down a gameplan.
