Noah can't be moving because Kira has shot him with a high level Kido restraint, so Kira grabs the Hollows throat with two hands and rips it out while kicking it in the stomach with his clawed foot. Without giving a moment for recovery he shot out of the ring.

A"Well, it was a little awkward, but I don't think Mortal crossed any lines. If anything, Astarte was taking advantage of her."

*The Hollow's throat being heavily armored, this all just kind of annoys it. Since Kira has done nothing about Noah choking him, he also does not escape.*

"Taking advantage? I had no problem taking Astarte to bed. I would have done the same with Lilith too, if you didn't already do so yourself."

Sab has turned bright red with embarrassment and anger.
