The sokatsui misses because Kira is still flying pretty fast away from Noah. He doesnt dispel his invisibility despite apparently being found to make it slightly more difficult to be hit.

Mortal frowned, feeling like a kid who just got left overs, "I literally killed Gevurah like... 3 times now."

Noct moved her hands downward, "Alrighty then."

S"Worse. He is the former head of the Stealth Corps, which is what the Soul Reapers call their assassins. In addition to being fast, he also has powerful Kido. In particular, he uses a technique called Shunko, which involves making sustained pulses of white energy that can be released through punches & kicks. But he can do other things with them. Things like firing them as arrows, making them follow his enemies, and zig-zagging around obstacles. We aren't sure how he does it, the records of the former Soul Reapers have been deleted."

*He looks at Mortal.*

S"Good, we know you can kill him."

*Funny enough, it turns out the laser is faster. It hits him dead on and dispels his Kido. Noah speeds to the area where he sees Kira fall, eager to deal the finishing blow.*

Astarte frowned and considered this "Shunko" technique in silence.

Mortal still looked unhappy, "That isn't what I meant, but I guess you're right."

"You literally just said something about not needing a shower to get clean, so I figured I'd spend the time in hot water relaxing."

E"Yeah, I don't, because I control dirt. And even then, it doesn't fix the smell."

ooc: since when has sokatsui been faster than, say, a cero? Anybody faster than a lieutenant should be able to outrun that.

As Kira falls he swings two hands at Noah, the first sparking black and the second sparking yellow. Noah finds himself hit with Kuyo Shibari and immobilized suddenly, allowing Kira to layer a Rikijokoro and a Sajo Sabaku onto him.
Kira takes the moments of temporary immobilization to fly directly in front of Noah and grab him by the face while stabbing Noah in his sword arm.
"Hiryūgekizokushintenraihō!"
I swear even if it kills me I won't be defeated here!
Kira flared his reiatsu and released his shikai, wrapping the mist around his body.

OOC: No one has outrun a Cero, everyone blocks it or steps to the side of it.

*Considering one of his hands had been fucked up earlier & probably could not hold a sword, that is probably the one he's grabbing Noah with. Noah takes advantage of this by reforming his Hollow Mask and biting it right off. He wraps the wing around his body to shield from the lightning blast. When the dust clears, his Bankai evaporates and Kira is on the verge of fainting.*

"So you would let me stay dirty, when you have the power to help me?" Noct asked, "How cruel, Euryale." Noct finished, finally moving her hands from Euryale's body to her own.

"Yea, Mortal. Hurry up and kill your easy guy, and help me out with the guy I have to fight."

S"You're not really expected to 'fight' Netzach, per se. You're more of a support role."

Noct smiled, "Well, that is too bad, now I'm getting squeaky clean."

ooc: the hand that was fucked by Noah's sword regenerated, seeing as Kira was in his hollow form at the time (which can regenerate limbs). So Noah was still stabbed in the arm. Noah should also not be able to move his wings since Kuyo Shibari holds his whole form, not just his arms or whatever.

Noah also just basically got the kido fired down his throat since he bit the hand that was shooting the kido and holding his face. Wouldn't that straight up just kill him?

OOC: In order: Then he bit it for spite, the wing moves independently of him--you wouldn't expect a Kido on Mayuri to freeze his big worm, & no because among other things you didn't specify which hand was firing the Kido.

S"Yeah, don't do that. It always ends awkwardly. Like the hyperactive freshman kid who tells bad jokes & snorts when he or she laughs."

Mortal kind of put an arm around her, "Don't worry, I think you're cool."

ooc: the wing part is fair enough, but it should be fucking obvious that he's shooting the kido out of the hand holding Noah's face, not the one grasping his Zanpakuto which is stabbing into Noah's arm.

OOC: It should also be fucking obvious not to stick around when some jackass is going berserk, & that said jackass controls sound & therefore probably knows sonar. By your logic, Kira should have been killed forever ago, like 18 different times.

S"I just said what everyone was thinking. And Mortal is just being that naive girl who wants everyone to be friends, and ends up getting a penthouse destroyed."

L"Can you stop using metaphors? I think they distract you."

Because Neo is a cunt, Kira goes invisible and tries to run off again.

E"Oh, absolutely."

*Euryale does not give Noctis time to turn around. She simply steps up, grabs the soap and rag, and wraps her arms around Noctis, at which point she begins scrubbing her back.*

*Kira faints. Noah stabs him in the back. Just in case, he pulls his blade free and stabs again. Angrier, he stabs him in the neck. Soon, he's descended into a full frenzy of repeated stabs, finally becoming exhausted around 37 and passing out.*

OOC: Whatever.

*Kira manages to get out of the town when his Kido begins to fail and he starts to lose consciousness. Noah does not appear to be following.*

S"Yes, I was hoping to go over some basic attack plans for the Big Four."

L"Well...I have been working on something to counter Netzach's Shunko, but it's nowhere near strong enough. My best bet appears to be capturing him in Sephira Yggdrasil and blowing his own attacks up in his face."

Kira passes out.

Not wanting to let the closeness go to waste Noct kisses Euryale.

S"Does anyone have anything for Malkuth?"

L"...I could give him a stern talking to? Well...there are space/time Kidos, but most are forbidden, no one will teach them to you."

"Not really, our powers work in much different ways, and that said, I don't really think about how other people can get around my power."

S"Didn't I admit like 3 days ago that I have plans to kill someone who uses your powers just in case? Have you no sense of self-preservation?"
