*Asmodeus fires her own pink Cero to intercept. She is so busy with this that she does not notice this & is hit with a Cero from Euryale & another from Lilith. She emerges from the explosion with a ripped dress & some minor burns.*

Asmodeus<Well, that was most unexpected. Fortunately, I am familiar with the patterns of your Reitsu. Yay!>

*When she says, "Yay," she lifts up the doll's arms. Suddenly, big fucking rocks start flying out underneath Euryale, Lilith, & Noctis.*

*She points one hand at the water & another at the scales.*

<Temporal Stasis. Spacial Teleportation.>

*Mortal finds that she cannot dispel the scales or move them in any way. What's worse is that the orb is now filled with water, which the heat from the lightning is boiling.*

"That was... rude... and I'm kind of sleepy," Sab's eyes drooped a bit, "You gave me nasty tasting, sleep bleach... why are you so mean?"

Noct sinks into her own shadow and pops out of tree close to Asmodeus. Noct then bringer lights her way over to Asmodeus and tries for a shadow katar enhanced gut punch.

Mortal tried a rugido, since it is a failsafe to get rid of her scales, but the water fucked up the tone and pitch, so she just powered her way through it, bursting out of the bottom.

*She blocks with the doll, which the katar is curiously unable to pierce, & steps back.*

<Right, I suppose I should do something about this.>

*She touches a tree & it rots away. Soon afterwards, the rest of the plants begin to do so.*

<I've modified the pheremones so that they are no longer Homo sapiens specific.>

*Meanwhile, Senthose finally emerges from the lake, rocketing upwards towards Binah. She waves her hand, generating countless Kido chains, which surround the battlefield like a net. Then she tries to pull them together to trap the pair.*

Noct drops the katar and opts for a regular punch to the face.

Mortal launches another Aliento rugir del fuego del Gran lagarto cero at Binah after shaking her hair free of some of the water.

*Asmodeus staggers back, now with a black eye. As she snarls, the 4 tentacles emerge from her back.*

Asmodeus<Of course, you know what they say about small minds.>

*Now in Shikai, Lilith appears behind her & slashes, only to be met by a rock wall. Euryale takes a step forwards, but finds herself sinking into shadows.*

*Binah teleports herself outside of the net. Senthose's tentacles dart out, stretching to their limit, which turns out to be about 30 feet, in order to keep the net as far apart as possible. He then fires a Cero Oscuras at her, which she blocks with a barrier.*

"I don't like your mother in law..." Mortal said, launching another Aliento rugir del fuego del Gran lagarto cero at Binah.

Noctis goes in for another punch to the face, her fist accelerated, and impact strengthened by bringer light.

"She's only my mother-in-law if Lilith and I are married, fool."

*Binah continues her trend of moving out of the way. She begins chanting, and the chains begin to grow in size and increase the force of their constriction. Senthose's tentacles are now pushed to about 25 feet of length.*

*Lilith quickly slips around Asmodeus, grabbing Noctis & retreating to Euryale's position.*

L"Are you crazy?! Did you forget what his tentacles DO?"

Noct blinked her fullbring back on, "Oh, right, I didn't notice them..."

Mortal drops a release level and begins to push against the chains with her dragon arms. "Well, alright, so your girlfriend's mother, whatever."

"It's more of a friends with bene--why are we having this discussion at all, let alone right now?"

Binah<I only need to keep you contained momentarily.>

*She points at them with both hands, charging blue energy.*

L"Do you think you can get out of those shadows?"

E"What am I supposed to do, break out? They don't even physically exist!"

*Euryale has now sunk to about her waist, & is having trouble pulling herself out without putting her hands in shadow. Lilith holds her sword horizontally & puts a hand behind it.*

L"Okasen."

Mortal goes into Segundo again, and throws up a wall of scales, instead of a dome this time. "Mostly because I want to see how you and Binah react," Mortal answered.

Noct tries to "push" Euryale out of the shadows she is sinking into.

S"That isn't going to stop that blast. She can cast Kido without moving, with her hands, they must be even more--"

*Sure enough, the Kido is fired & effortlessly blasts through the wall.*

*Noctis is met with a lot of resistance, but Euryale is slowly getting pushed out. Asmodeus tenses, but notices that instead of a Kido being fired, a bunch of feathers are rained down. Lilith uses a tenran to cause them to fly about the battlefield.*

Asmodeus<What are you up to now, Soul Reaper?>

Mortal puts her arms in front of herself to brace against the attack, her dragon arms did the same.

Noctis keeps pushing.

"Seems you forgot me!" Astarte hissed from behind Binah as she thrust a hand into the small of her back and dug her claws in before running a significant amount of lightning through.

Enkidu stumbled, his halo dimming noticeably and a chunk of his helmet falling off. Recovering his stance, he tried to take a loping step forward and hurl a ball of fire at glaring Captain from his chipped axe.

*Astarte finds her attack blocked by a small barrier that quickly grows larger. The barrier then shatters, blowing her away with the force. Noah blasts the Soren Sokatsui from outside the cage. Along with a Cero Oscuras from Senthose, the group manages to cancel the attack with no injuries. Noah then slices through the chains.*

S"For a minute there, I thought you were going to let us die."

N"For a minute here, so did I."

*Euryale is finally freed from the shadows.*

E"It's that doll. Somehow, he made it with both of our FullBrings. So he can use its movements to control shadow and earth."

Asmodeus<Please don't sell my genius short. I haven't simply "taken control" of your powers, I've dominated them. They cannot touch me, but they can still hurt you. This battle is one that you cannot win. I appreciate your contributions to science, but now I need to dispose of the experiment's waste.>

*Asmodeus raises the doll high above her head & a dome of shadows encases them. The light of Hell is replaced by mottled silver light on the ground.*

*Soi Fon moves, allowing the armor to take the blow. She then reverts back to Shikai & moves away from the blast.*

As her tumbling came to a halt, Astarte disappeared again. She began repeating a strategy she had used many times before- flashing all around her opponent, three or four of herself appearing at one time, and each time firing a crackling blast of lightning at her target.

"It seems..." Enkidu spoke between heaving breaths. "That you can only use that... once..."
He then straightened his back and waved his free hand, scattering dozens of tiny candle flames all around himself.

Mortal dropped into Segunda again, "That is reassuring..." She grumbled. Mortal then looked over at Binah, "So, any plans on how to kill your mother-in-law Senthose?"

Noct furrowed her brow, not liking the situation, "So, what do we do? Punch her to death?"

*Soi Fon smiles smugly.*

Soi Fon<Not at all. I simply detest my Bankai.>

*Binah's Zanpakuto unsheathes itself, turning pure white, as she moves her hands about. It then moves around her, intercepting the lightning strikes & causing white petals to circle her.*

S"I was planning on not doing that, actually."

L"You still have your Ceros and I still have Kido."

Asmodeus<Oh no! Haphazard blasts of energy! My great intellect has surely somehow failed to take those into account!>

Astarte noticed the petals and stopped moving, glaring at Binah from a distance.

"What an idiot!" Enkidu spat as he formed a flame sword in his free hand. "To detest such power... you should embrace it! You don't deserve the strength you possess!"

"You know, I'm upset that Lilith is only a weaker version of her mother," Mortal said, "You should have banged her instead."

"I was just lamenting over how ceros have a shitty track record of getting things done," Noct said, "I mean, it isn't like ours are particularly--" She looked at Euryale, "Alright, so hers is powerful, but mine really isn't, and her's isn't reliable."

*Euryale frowns.*

E"I don't think there's anything wrong with our Ceros."

L"We probably would have destroyed him just now if he wasn't familiar with our Reitsu."

Asmodeus<You do get credit for surprising me, though. I was not aware humans could fire Ceros. Maybe I should study your corpses after this is over.>

S"Lilith is much more proficient in Flash Step, so your comparison isn't very accurate. She also has Hollow powers, which makes her much more desirable."

*Binah continues to stare at them with dull surprise.*

Binah<My daughter...and you? Not what I would have expected.>

Soi Fon<I expected no less from a fool like you. You do not appreciate the fine art of assassination. If you did, you would realize that such a flashy, unwieldy attack is everything a warrior should not be.>

"Perhaps you are right, if you're talking about an assassin, but you seem to think there is no difference between a warrior and an assassin!" Enkidu's entire axe burst into flames at this point and he lifted it above his head. "Raw power, flashy and unwieldy as it may be, is exactly a warrior must possess to win!"
As he said 'win', he chopped down with his arm and launched a massive arc of fire into Soi Fon's area.

"Do you ever shut your mouth?" Noct asked, "Do you understand that you're not allowed to talk shit to the person who has killed you already? I'm sure it is a rule somewhere." Noct began to walk forward a bit, eyes glowing brighter than normal.

Mortal snapped her fingers, "Dammit, I wanted you to tell her. I ruined the surprise..."

Binah<Did you...no, I suppose there isn't any point in asking. I am forced to kill you either way.>

*She ignites a cloud of red smoke in their faces. Senthose apparently realizes something is up, because he encases himself & Mortal in a ball of tentacles. Moments afterwards, the cloud is consumed into a massive fireball, which quickly burns away said tentacles. Noah uses his Hollow mask & releases his Bankai, shielding himself with the wing, & is still being burnt. To make matters worse, precision-aimed lightning bolts are flying through the explosion at them.*

*Soi Fon sidesteps the attack with superspeed.*

Soi Fon<Odd. I seem to be in better shape than you. Or are you now going to explain to me the real reason of "winning," too?>

Asmodeus<I was going to allow you to come up with your best strategy before I effortlessly disabled it. I am disappointed in the results.>

*He raises the doll's arms & spikes of shadow are launched from all around the dome at L.E.N.*

Mortal, having a resistance to fire, focuses mainly on blocking the lightning bolts with scales, and moving to get out of the fireball so she could see Binah well enough to retaliate.

Noct tries to stop the spikes, or at least delay their decent, by holding her arms out and focusing on the shadows there.

*Once the fire goes out, Noah dispels the rest of the cloud with a thunderous flap from what's left of his wing. When he does, it's to see Binah with 4 orbs circling around her: One of fire, one of white energy, one of lightning, & one of blue energy. As well, a black box is slowly encasing them all.*

Binah<"Seeping crest of turbidity. Arrogant vessel of lunacy! Boil forth and deny! Grow numb and flicker! Disrupt sleep!....">

*Asmodeus makes the doll stomp its foot. Before anything can happen, Euryale touches the ground, turning it all to glass. Noctis buys enough time for Lilith to erect a blue Kido net to catch the spikes.*
