"Hey, could we not share kinky stories at the breakfast table. I mean, unless you want to, I've got a few to share as well," Mortal was still smiling, "Like this one time I used Sab's--"

Sab bleated like a sheep, then covered her mouth, cheeks red, "I meant to yell 'stop', I swear..."

S"Yeah, I don't think I want to hear that one either."

Astarte regained some composure and began listening to the conversation again.

"You don't even know what I'm going to talk about," Mortal said.

Sab reflexively held her horns, "I don't care which time you talk about, they're all embarrassing..."

"Your horns are beautiful, don't be ashamed."

Sab bleated again, "Dammit, I can't say 'stop' while embarrassed..."

S"Ah, now that's just weird."

*Senthose releases his Ressurrecion. Two tentacles get waffles out of the freezer & put them in a toaster. Another pair begin making pancakes. A third pair gets Lilith a glass of water.*

S"Hurry up & eat, we've got shit to do."

"Is there anything you'd like me to do while everybody eats?" Astarte asked.

Sab just sat there, embarrassed, head on the table, and her arms trying to cover her horns.

S"Yes, get better clothes. Failing that, calm down, we'll be ready to go shortly."

Mortal walked over to Aroma and got some bacon, then kissed her good morning.

Sab finally sat up straight, but was still red with embarrassment.

Astarte was not amused and wondered away to her bedroom where she remembered she had left her Zanpakuto.

*Aroma smiles.*

A"Sleep well, Mortal? And, uh, the rest?"

*Senthose opens his mouth, a sneer already forming, then purposefully bites his tongue.*

"I slept very well," Mortal said, "You were soft as a pillow in my arms."

A"Hopefully not TOO soft. I'm told these are pretty rough customers we're dealing with."

S"I know for a fact that no one told you that because no one has said that in at least a 40 years."

Mortal chuckled a bit, "Yes, because you're so hip and current, right Senthose? Tell me again, how old are you?"

"Aren't you two almost the same age?" Sab asked.

Mortal furrowed her brow and whispered into Aroma's ear, "You should go run your hands through Sab's hair, then rub the base of her horns."

*Aroma puts a finger to her chin in thought.*

A"Hmm...maybe later."

S"I may be 3 thousand years older than Sumeria over there--"

*He indicates Mortal.*

S"--But I keep the most current with earth history out of any of you. So there."

L"Yeah, why is that?"

S"Spirit powers belong to the spirit realm. However, all knowledge comes from the mortal world. Weaponcraft, mental patterns, strategic maneuvers...& knowledge is power."

Mortal folded her arms, "Yes, I'm from the Stone Age. I still think I aged pretty well."

*Iris opens his eyes and gets to his feet.*

Iris: <Ah... man, sleeping on a rock is rough, I tell ya.>

*He looks over at Aera.*

Iris: <How're you doin', Aera?>

*Some time later, Senthose opens a Garganta to Noctale's house, which they gather in front of. Noah walks up out of town, the people of course paying no attention to him. As this is Astarte's first time seeing him, he is a Soul Reaper with messy, dirty blond hair, a slightly blue-tinged Shihaksho, & a big ol' longsword on his back.*

S"Did you bring the silver tubes?"

*Noah reaches into his pocket & pulls out what looks like a belt of ammunition.*

N"Urahara calibrated the Garganta device to lead to Hell. It's all ready to go whenever we are. I was told to inform you that 'the Arrancar Venezuela is not going to join you.'"

S"I thought as much. Oh well, her funeral. In that case, all we're waiting on is the humans."

N"There is one other thing. Kira turned traitor. The former Captain, not Izuru. I am beginning to suspect there may be even more traitors in the Soul Society."

L"...It's nice to see you too. And thanks for introducing yourself to the others."

Astarte eyed the new arrival up and down before deciding he was not hostile and let out a slight sigh. She missed how straightforward her life used to be- if you saw a Soul Reaper, you either killed them or ran away. The same went for hollows.

Mortal furrowed her brow, "Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Soul Society have 13 squads? Why is it that all we get is 1 captain, and 1 vice captain? I can deal with 5 not showing up, either doing something behind the lines, or because they've turned coat, but... this is a pretty small squad. Hell, Senthose, Ven, myself and a few others were entirely capable of wiping out the Soul Society. These people are pretty much on our level and in most cases stronger still. Where is the back up?"

Noctis was eating breakfast (guess what she was having) when she let out a long sigh, "They're here. Do you think we can just turn off the lights and pretend no one is home?"

N"There are only seven Captains defending the home front, & we'd be fool to assume they aren't going to mount a counteroffensive. Kira was supposed to come with us, but obviously, that did not work out. As for why there are so few available, I believe you've answered your own question."

E"We're outside. And even if we weren't, I don't think they'd care."

"Are there really enough of them to defend themselves against us and invade the Soul Society at the same time?" Astarte directed the question at the newcomer.

OOC: Oh yea, that is right.

Noct looked around, "Hm, must have been dreaming then. I could have sworn we were already home..."

Mortal let out a sigh, "I thought you refilled those seats..."

OOC: And they say I can't be trusted with continuity.

N"As many as we could. Which was not very many."

*A large-breasted dark-skinned redhead & a pale sour-looking girl wearing all black are dropped off by a cab not too far away. Aroma looks away from them, towards the house.*

S"Great, you're here. Throw your suitcases in your house, lock the door, & let's go."

E"What about Lulu?"

S(in Noctis's voice)"Hey, John, our flight back was delayed. It's a shame, I wanted to join the Mile High Club with Euryale. Teehee."

OOC: By 'they' you mean yourself.

Noct grabbed the bags, poofed into the bedroom, then poofed back out sans bags. "There, done. Also, what makes you so sure that we didn't?"

"How are you not reaction to his ability to mimic your voice?" Mortal asked.

"Yes, because after magic shadow powers, hell, mask wearing cannibals, and soul swords I retained my ability to be shocked by something as mundane as mimicking my voice."

"I had forgotten you were a wiseass..."

"Why Mortal, I'm hurt," Noct mocked, "Next you're going to say how you've forgotten all the good times we spent together."
