Monudon:<No no, It's fine. What did you think you'd miss?>

Hector stood in silence, his lips set into a smile and his eyes focusing on nothing in particular.

Orca: I saw what I came to see. Elk--the Wavemaster--encountered a cat character. Then they both Gated out. But this one seemed to be a new, different character...then again, maybe not.

Monudon:<I see.>

"I am not sure that I understand..." Hector said, turning his eyes back to Orca. "How different is 'different'?"

Orca: Some of the eyewitnesses say that the cat character is akin to a Wavemaster. This one was clearly a Blademaster.

Monudon:<Then do we keep looking?>

"Interesting..." Hector said, turning away from Orca and taking a more extensive look of the cathedral.

*The church has 2 columns of pews facing an altar and large, ornate windows, over all fairly normal, with the exception of pendulums swinging at the corners of the room.*

Orca: A character model that was altered once can be altered again. That was probably the same character.

*The scene is split by an enraged, female scream moments before the music suddenly changes. As Hector watches the empty alter, 8 beams of light shoot out of the wall towards it. They coil around midair, their glow building as they intersect with each other. When the light fades, the beams have become chains, & there is now a statue of a girl on the alter, which the chains are wrapped around. The music returns to normal shortly after the event.*

Hector's previously serene features were now set into a frown and he began a slow advance on the statue, prepared to draw his cutlass at a moment's notice.

*Monu jumps in surprise*

Monu:<What the!<>

*The statue continues looking down on him with a faintly sad impression.*

Orca: Interesting....

*Monu laughs*

Monu:<That was pretty good. It got me anyway.>

Once Hector was within his arm's reach, he paused and spoke again, "Does anybody have any idea what this might be? Should I be this close?"

Orca: I don't see how a chained-up statue could be dangerous. Other than that, I cannot say.

Monudon:<It's probably just something to scare people.>

Mortal repeats her attack on her Valkyrie, and Sab reuses her spell. Noct leaves the chest for the time being, and attacks the Valkyrie that Mortal attacked.

Hector, still prepared to draw on his weapon, reached out and grabbed the statue.

*I'm just going to assume that all of the Valkyries are now dead.*

*It is too far away to grab, because of the iron fence in front of the altar. He does touch the inscription at the base, though. It reads "Skeith, Innis, Magus," but the rest is faded.*

Orca: No...that isn't how this area is supposed to work.

Monudon:<Then, what could it be? It doesn't really seem like a glitch.>

*Monudon follows Hector up to the base*

"I think I already know the answer to this question," Hector said. "But does anybody know anything about this 'Skeith, Innis, Magus'?"

Orca: I...can't say. I should go now. I am...needed.

Monudon:<Are you saying you know what it means?>

Noct goes to open the chest.

*The chest contains The Fool.*
