Old Ones Return

*Thiera emerges from the van & cups her hands around her mouth.*

T"WHY ARE YOU ATTACKING US?!"

*As it's kind of busy, it doesn't answer. Greaymon grapples with it, trying to hold it still. It's not so much that the attacks aren't working on it as that it keeps asorbing Gekomon data to heal itself. Speaking of which, excluding the hypnotized one, the remaining 3 crowd around Gabumon, stabbing at her with their spears.*

With Ikkakumon occupied by most of the other Digimon, Angemon flies overhead and lands behind the Gekomon Gatomon is clawing at and swings his staff at them.

*Lekismon throws a few more Tear Arrows at Ikkakumon before flying back towards the Gekomon*

*Ikkakumon uses the lax in the attacks to pull Greymon in the way of the Tear Arrows & stab him with his horn. He then fires a harpoon torpedo into the dinosaur. Greymon takes enough damage for him to de-digivolve & fall back towards the water. The Gekomon are all beaten aside, huge gash marks in them, but are still healthy enough to blast Angemon with waves of sound. Wizardmon begins to regain his strength & stands up, using his magic to catch Agumon.*

*Lekismon flies down towards the Gekomon, firing Tear Arrow again*

Angemon spins around, creating a tornado which he directs at the Gekomon.

Kyubimon rams Ikkakumon with a Dragon Wheel.

*The remaining Gekomon are unable to escape and are destroyed. Ikkakumon absorbs their data one last time to heal itself. Euryale rushes out to the pier to catch the slowly descending Agumon. Of course, Ikkakumon tries to kick her, like a douche, but Wizardmon waves her staff, creating an ice wall to block it. Meanwhile, Ikkakumon also fires a Harpoon Torpedo at Kyubimon.*

Kyubimon runs around Ikkakumon, Taiyo swipes the Inflation Space!! card to supersize Kyubimon.

Kyubimon roars and goes to step down on Ikkakumon's torso.

*Lekismon flies back towards Ikkakumon, and Kylie uses Snimon's Twin Sickles, which Lekismon then uses to slash at Ikkakumon*

*Ikkakumon thrashes around as it gains a large gash in its shoulder & Wizardmon pumps it full of lightning.*

T"Wait! We should subdue him, and ask him questions!"

Kylie:<If you have Wizardmon do the rock thing like before, it could work.>

*Lekismon uses Moonlight Kick on Ikkakumon*

Wizardmon<I can't do that without actual, you know, rocks. But if he's weak enough, I may be able to encase him in ice.>

Kylie:<Right! Lekismon?>

Lekismon:<On it!>

*Lekismon circles around towards Ikkakumon, using Tear Arrow again*

Kyubimon steps on Ikkakumon some more, repeatedly stamping her foot on it.

Angemon attacks with a Heaven's Knuckle.

Wizardmon<Alright, everyone back away!>

Kyubimon stomps on it once more and steps back.

Angemon strikes it with another Heaven's Knuckle.

*Lekismon flies back towards Kylie*

*Wizardmon waves her hands, blue orbs heading from them to the water. As a result, ice rises from the bay, encasing Ikkakumon's legs, moving up his body, & finally forcing his head up to that the harpoon torpedo can only be aimed at the sky.*

T"Now, let's try this again: Why are you attacking us?"

Ikkakumon<How dare you...you attacked us first!>

Kylie:<Wait, what humans attacked you?>

Azuma: "You're seriously trying to reason with it?"

Gatomon: "It's kind of their thing. Trying to be passive when it'd never grant them the same luxury."

*Thiera turns around, hands on her hips & looking sour.*

T"I'm sorry if I don't believe that murder is the solution to all of my problems!"

Ikkakumon<You, just now, destroyed my army!>

Gatomon: "That army looked more like your dinner."

Azuma: "It endangered the lives of two Hypnos agents, devoured the partners of two other Tamers, as well as endangered our own lives. It will not and has not show anyone mercy. Those Tamers deserve retribution, knowing the monster that took their partners away from them did not go unpunished nor will it ever do the same to anyone else."

Angemon attacks the Ikkakumon with Heaven's Knuckle.

*Lekismon growls at Angemon*

Lekismon:<Can''t you wait until we hear what it has to stay? Honestly.>

Kylie:<But, why bring your army here? Revenge? You could have hurt many innocents.>

*A Hypnos agent gets off of the phone.*

<She's right. Orders are to not attack it.>

Ikkakumon<Innocents? Like the 'innocents' who destroyed my army? Or the ones who are exterminating our villages? What about the 'innocent' Digimon who betray their kind to serve these beasts?>

*He turns to Gatomon.*

Ikkakumon<They knew what they were joining. We defenders of the Digital World have often been pushed to extremes, as of late. Why, my army & I were marching several miles into the desert, just to counter an attack.>

T"So you didn't intentionally Bio-Emerge?"

Ikkakumon<I took the opportunity to attack my enemy's base. Or they took the opportunity to attack me. I forget which, but it does not much matter.>

Kylie:<Like the innocent people who live in this city. If some humans are exterminating your villages, that has to stop, but most people don't even know digimon exist!>
