*Lekismon repeats the attack*

*Saberdramon lands, and places Cameron near Kyubimon*

*BioDevimon jerks aside. In the struggle, Angemon is hit with a Tear Arrow. BioDevimon immediately follows it up with a Darkness Claw.*

*Now that there aren't attacks flying every which way, they can distinctly hear the sound of very large eggs being smashed. Agumon swoops down towards the temple, where the sounds are coming from.*

*Saberdramon flies towards the doorway of the temple*

*Kylie slashes twin sickles, which Lekismon them uses to attack BioDevimon*

Angemon grunts then attacks with Heaven's Knuckle.

Gatomon runs around to get a clear line of sight of Devimon and attacks with Cocytus Breath.

Kyubimon makes her way to the temple.

*BioDevimon staggers back, covered with all sorts of gashes.*

BioDevimon<There really ARE too many of you to fight. What a shame. I wanted to keep this a secret, but...Matrix Digivolution.>

*He is surrounded by the barrier again, & this time emerges as Myotismon.*

*Agumon also swoops down into it. In a small room close to the doorway, they find the Woodmon busily smashing Digi-Eggs, the room filled with broken shells & streams of data being absorbed.*

*Saberdramon uses Black Saber on the woodmon*

*Kylie stands there, mouth agape, then slashes Radient Fate. Lekismon then dives at BioMyotismon, repeatedly using Tear Arrow*

Angemon charges Myotismon, lance at the ready.

Kyubimon launches a salvo of fireballs at the Woodmon.

*Again, the second they try to attack the Woodmon, they revert to Rookie level. Taking notice of them, the Woodmon turn & extend their branches to attack. Agumon, already Rookie, dodges & shoots alternating blasts of fire & ice.*

*They are hardly able to move before BioMyotismon charges, striking them both down & shattering their weapons.*

<Lekismon!>

*Kylie runs towards Lekismon, who was already struggling to her feet*

Lekismon:<I'm fine.>

*Kylie slashes Hyper Wing, and Lekismon once again takes to the air, using Tear Arrow yet again*

*Biyomon dodges then Spiral Twisters the branches*

Gatomon attacks with Cocytus Breath.

Angemon rights himself, and attacks with Heaven's Knuckle.

Taiyo swipes the Alias! card. Renamon attacks with Diamond Storm, standing in front of Taiyo & Euryale, shielding them.

*He once again interrupts their attacks before they can make them, this time using red lightning from his hands.*

*They are able to heavily damage one of the Woodmon. A branch strikes Renamon, but she shimmers, & sidesteps the attack. Agumon fires an attack that destroys it, but the other absorbs the data & the red blobs that it releases.*

<What now?>

*Lekismon flies around BioMyotismon, and uses Moon Night Kick on him. On the ground, Kylie watches the fight, hands clenched into fists*

*Biyomon once again uses Spiral Twister on the remaining woodmon, while Cameron runs inside to join Euryale and Taiyo*

Azuma: "Honestly? A retreat may be in order."

Renamon charges at the woundes Woodmon, creating clones of herself with Kohenkyo and the three run around the Woodmon.

*BioMyotismon grabs Lekismon's attack & jabs his hand through her chest, degenerating her to Rookie instantly. He is now holding Lunamon by the foot.*

<And what makes you think that you can escape me?>

*Renamon swipes out with its branch, destroying the clones & throwing Renamon into a wall. Euryale watches Agumon fire balls of fire & ice at the Woodmon, clenching her fists & jaw.*

E"I feel so useless...."

The two stand by waiting for an opening so they can attack.

Taiyo: "You're not. You're doing what you can to help Agumon."

Renamon attacks the Woodmon with Diamond Storm.

*Lunamon tries to wiggle free, while Kylie stares hopelessly at the scene*

*Cameron slashes MetalGarurumon's blaster, which Biyomon then uses on Woodmon*

*BioMyotismon smiles, his fangs twinkling. He then swings his arm, slamming Lunamon's back into a tree. They hear something crack.*

<They're doing a bang-up job rescuing you, I'd say.>

*They finally manage to destroy the Woodmon. As the red bubbles rise, they dissolve small holes into the temple. Fortunately, they can see some whole eggs lying amidst the hundreds of broken shell shards.*

*Cameron and Biyomon start rescuing the unbroken eggs from the piles of shards*

*Kylie runs towards BioMyotismon, but is stops when Lunamon gives her a thumbs up before glaring up at BioMyotismon*

Lunamon:<They're doing the best they can, that's all I can ask!>

*BioMyotismon smacks the attack aside, his hand wreathed in lightning.*

<Too bad their best just isn't good enough.>

*He throws Lunamon to the ground & steps on her.*

*Kylie slashes Rock Armor to try and lessen the damage*

*BioMyotismon leaps off of Lunamon to evade the attack, twirls his cape, & disappears into thin air. Much of Lunamon's armor has broken, but she appears to be alive.*

*Euryale climbs on Agumon's back & he takes off, flying to survey the jungle.*

*Kylie runs over to Lunamon, and grabs her*
