L"Don't people go to the bathroom to use the bathroom any more?"

*Once they're dressed, she opens the door for Mortal.*

*Ghosts float lol. Kitters dives on the bone snatch & they start mauling & stabbing each other. A Revanent attempts Sleep Touch on Azuma. The Skeleton, a Living Bone, & a Ghoul surround Taiyo. The former pair stab at her, while the latter shoots Mimiru with its spirit. The remaining ghost-type also shoots Mimiru with its spirit.*

Azuma attacks the Revenant while Mimiru goes between two of the undead attacking Taiyo and attacks with Whirlwind while Taiyo stabs the other.

"After all that traveling, I felt I was in need of a decent bath," Zac said.

"Why thank you, m'lady," Mortal said, walking out the door.

*The Ghoul, which is actually attacking Azuma, evades & puts his dumb ass to sleep. The Revanent teleports, blocking Mortal, & grabs her by the throat, sucking her blood into itself. She is also pelted by a spirit. Kitters eventually stumbles away from the bones of the Bonesnatch, then is shanked by the Skeleton it attacks. It lays there & noms on its ankle. The other skeleton-type goes down pretty much instantly.*

"Well, -I- have to go to the bathroom."

*She points to herself.*

*And so she follows Mortal to the dining room.*

"...Where is everybody?"

"By all means," Zac said, pointing to the bathroom, assuming they had arrived.

"Maybe they're still sleeping," Mortal said.

*Safian and Cassandra head down to breakfast*

*Lilith heads in to use the bathroom & then emerges a few moments later.*

*Meanwhile, Roatha, Safian, & Cassandra find themselves in the kitchen, which is UPstairs.*

*Safian looks around to ask find someone to ask about getting breakfast*

Mimiru Pummels the monster while Taiyo moves to jump at the Skeleton.

Zac pushes himself off the wall, and said, "I'll see you in a bit." He then walked into the bathroom to finally fucking wash up.

"Ah, there they are," Mortal said, motioning to the newcomers.

E"Yes, but they're not cooking."

*A maid approaches from the hall not long afterwards.*

*The Pummel mostly strikes air, so it continues draining her while the others pelt her with spirits, except one that finishes off Kitters. The cat moans, closes its eyes, & falls over, its breathing stopping. Taiyo kills a skeleton.*

*Safian looks in the direction of the maid*

Safian:<Um, excuse me, could we get some breakfast?>

Noctis and Sab emerge fully dressed from their bath, Noct still drying her hair with a towel.

"Oh, well, I'm sure she can help," Mortal said, motioning to the maid.

Taiyo closes in on the Undead attacking Mimiru and Jumps at it.

*Another undead down, the remaining 2 ghost types change strategy, ignoring the critically wounded Mimiru to attack Taiyo with their spirits.*

*The maid asks them all what they want to eat.*

*When they exit, it is to find Aroma lying on her bed, reading a book. She has hung her vestments up in the corner, & is now wearing a simple, sleeveless loose-fitting green robe made of a shimmering fabric.*

<Oh, hello. How was the bath? I trust it was warm & pleasant enough?>

Mimiru uses Chakra on herself and goes to Kitters' body.

Taiyo goes within jumping range of a ghost and then jumps.

Despite what she said earlier, Mortal is in the mood for waffles, and asks for such.

"Very much so," Noct said.

"Thank you for letting us use your chambers," Sab said, "Will you be joining us for breakfast?"

*Safian and Cassandra go along with Mortal because they don't really care*

<Of course. But are you...very hungry, right now?>

*Another ghost is taken down, but the last one attacks with its spirit before teleporting away, about halfway over the swamp, critically wounding Taiyo.*

*After everyone apparently orders waffles, the maid tells them that the Lady of the Castle instructed her to tell any visitors to make themselves at home, then bows & heads out.*

*Safian and Cassandra find a table or something to sit down at*

As if to answer, Sab's stomach rumbled, "Uh, yes, actually."

"Sorry, Sab," Noct said.

Mortal waits for waffles, then notices the lack of Zac, Lilith, Noct, and Sab, "Where are the others?"

*Aroma looks between them, as if unsure how to read the situation. She starts to slide off of the bed.*

<Um...if you don't mind my asking, what are you apologizing for?>

"Last I knew, they were fighting over the bathrooms."

*Waffles are eventually delivered, with other maids setting various types of syrups & toppings.*

*Safian covers her waffles in strawberries and strawberry syrup, while Cassandra just uses plain syrup*

"Oh, at home we usually eat at... specific times, but I worked up her appetite, and didn't get her any food for the past few nights," Noct said.

"It isn't your fault, I'm just really hungry, cake or no," Sab replied.

Mortal eats her waffles without syrup, but tries the strawberries because they look good.
